Nor do the findings change the reality that places that quickly and aggressively enacted lockdowns and encouraged measures like social distancing and masks have fared far better than the those that did not.

Right, like China 'aggressively enacted lockedowns'.

The latest C-VIRUS mutation sure looks a lot LESS deadly than last years.

BTW: Since we are in Season #2 of the C-VIRUS, why are we still adding this years to last years numbers for totals?
