Afghanistan
Taliban Launched Attacks in 23 Provinces in Last 24 Hours: MoD
[ToloNews] Afghanistan’s Ministry of Defense (MoD) on Friday said the Taliban
...the Pashtun equivalent of men...
launched attacks and other "destructive activities" in 23 out of 34 provinces of the country in the last 24 hours.

One of their attacks was on the center of Maymay in the northeastern Badakhshan province on Thursday, where according to Hujjatullah Kheradmand, an MP from Badakhshan, at least 25 members of Afghan cops were killed and seven more are missing.

"The foreigners are leading the war in the border areas of Badakhshan, according to the reports we received from local people in Maymay, foreigners were also present. Their role was significant," the politician said.

He said that imported muscle provided big support to the Taliban in their attack on Maymay district.

"Some members of the security forces and the public uprising forces were martyred. Some of them had their heads chopped off after being arrested, which is a war crime and crime against humanity," Badakhshan governor Zakaria Sawda said.

Also in the southern province of Kandahar, officials said on Friday that at least two non-combatants were killed and 20 others were maimed in a magnetic IED blast in the province.

"Two of coppers were also martyred. Our reserved forces arrived at the scene and then the Taliban fled the area," Badakhshan police front man Jawed Besharat said.

"The brave Afghan National Security and Defense Forces repelled and foiled plots by the enemy. They also inflicted massive toll to the enemy," said Rohullah Ahmadzai, front man for the Ministry of Defense.

Sources on Thursday said that the Taliban has staged attacks on the centers of at least 50 districts in 16 provinces of the country following the signing of the peace deal with the US in Doha in February and most of these attacks happened in the last two months after the start of the negotiations in Qatar

on September 12.

Violence has intensified in various parts of the country despite ongoing efforts in Doha by negotiating teams of the Islamic Theocratic Republic of Afghanistan and the Taliban.

Troops intercept N2m ransom payment to Boko Haram
[PUNCHNG] The Nigerian military has intercepted ransom payment to suspected members of Boko Haram
... not to be confused with Procol Harum, Harum Scarum, possibly to be confused with Helter Skelter. The Nigerian version of al-Qaeda and the Taliban rolled together and flavored with a smigeon of distinctly Subsaharan ignorance and brutality...
A statement on Thursday by the acting Director, Defence Media Operations, Brig. Gen. Benard Onyeuko , said troops of 251 Task Force Battalion on November 17, in Strong Response Area Molai, acting on intelligence, intercepted some Boko Haram members while attempting to collect N2m ransom from relations of some kidnapped persons.

"The gallant troops engaged the Boko Haram criminals, forcing them to abort the collection of the payment as well as their captives.

"One Boko Haram/ISWAP terrorist was neutralised while others escaped with gunshot wounds. An AK-47 rifle and a cycle of violence were recovered. The victims, including two women and three children, were all rescued unhurt," the statement added.

The military spokesperson stated further that on November 17, troops of 151 Battalion engaged Boko Haram gunnies around Zaye Ngusa Village, adding that one of them was killed.

He said,"Same day, troops of 202 Battalion conducted a successful ambush operation along one of the criminals’ crossing point leading to the neutralisation of one Boko Haram criminal while several others escaped with varying degree of gunshot wounds.

"Similarly, on 15 November, 2020, troops of 26 Task Force Brigade in Strong Response Area, Pulka, intercepted Boko Haram criminals’ logistics convoy.”

army said Thursday its troops have killed three holy warriors of terror group Boko Haram

in the country’s Far North region.

The fighters were killed overnight into Thursday in Malika locality of the region during a confrontation between government forces and the terror group, according to the army.

The army recuperated arms and munitions after the attack. It is unclear if security forces suffered losses during the offensive.

The attack came a day after the holy warriors attacked Satomi village in the region, killed the traditional leader of the village and "badly" injured his children, according military sources.

On Wednesday, Cameroon’s defence minister Joseph Beti Assomo said the terror group has been "significantly weakened" in the region but "has not given up."

#1  Read Sword and Scimitar by Raymond Inrahim to get clear about the never ending conflict between Islam and the West, that one side hides when amongst us, and our elites pretend is racism and hate. Of particular interest is the taking of white, Christian slaves by the Barbary Emirates of North Africa, including Americans At one point in the early 1800’s sixteen percent of the federal budget was for tribute payments to them to keep our merchant vessels safe. Eventually we grew our Navy after the disgrace of the taking of the USS Philadelphia and put at end to it. This conflict is the same story, just dress up in modern camouflage by the elite media.

#2  "Islam is Peace" Says President [Bush]

No wonder Chaney was really running the show.

#3  No wonder Chaney was really running the show.

As I recall, George W. Bush’s undergraduate degree was in history, so he must have had some idea. And he engaged in competitive book reading with his friends, including Dick Cheney, so the odds that he was unaware seem low to me. The statement always struck me as intended to give at least American Muslims an out to not take up the gauntlet of jihad, and to the world-wide Ummah as well.

Many here have done so — despite traditional prejudices brought from various Olde Countries, CAIR’s support is orders of magnitude smaller than they claim. The example of the Tsarnaev family is instructive — despite the mother veering toward Salafism, neither parent was supportive of the boys’ little project when they learnt about it, nor were the uncle and the sisters, and when the parents individually returned to whichever Caucasian state they came from, the rest of the family remained here. Yes, it could be they are playing a longer game, but they all seem happier in a country where Islam is not given a preferred place.

'Imma shoot them': Journalist arrested over threat to kill Republicans

[THEPOSTMILLENNIAL] A left-wing journalist and Black Lives Matter activist was arrested after she threatened to shoot several prominent Florida Republican politicians on Twitter.

Karen Elizabeth Jones, 55, of Lantana, Fla., was charged with three counts of intimidation through written threats to kill or do bodily harm. Jones threatened Gov. Ron DeSantis and senators Marco Rubio

and Rick Scott on Twitter. On Nov. 12, Jones tweeted: "DeSantis, Rick Scott and Marco Rubio are looting my state. Imma shoot them."

Jones, a registered Democrat, was responding to a Washington Post news hound who had shared an article about proposed "anti-mob" legislation that would expand Florida’s stand-your-ground law.

When questioned by authorities, Jones admitted to writing the post but claimed it was a "joke," according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

The Grand Turk
Turkey Orders Arrest of 101 over Alleged PKK Links
[AnNahar] Ottoman Turkish authorities have issued arrest warrants for 101 people including lawyers in a wide-scale operation aimed at outlawed Kurdish murderous Moslems, a judicial source said on Friday.

Police conducted simultaneous raids in Diyarbakir, in the Kurdish-majority southeast, Istanbul, Izmir and Adiyaman as part of an investigation into the Democratic Society Congress (DTK).

The group is accused of links to the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).

The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the decaying remnant of the Ottoman Empire...
and its Western allies designate the PKK a terror group. It has waged an insurgency against the state since 1984 which is believed to have killed tens of thousands.

Police rounded up at least 72 suspects, including 24 lawyers, the source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, told AFP.

Four others could not detained as they had tested positive for the coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague)
...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men...
, the source said.

The Diyarbakir bar association condemned the latest arrests, which targeted 17 of its members.

"The Diyarbakir bar has never bowed to the threat of detentions and arrests and will never do so," it said in a statement on Twitter.

"These operations indicate a desire to stifle the voice of the Diyarbakir bar and is a direct intervention in the activities of the civil society."

The opposition pro-Kurdish Peoples' Democratic Party
...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects...
(HDP) has also been on the radar of Ottoman Turkish authorities for its alleged links to the PKK and dozens of its mayors -- elected in the 2019 local elections -- have been ousted.

The HDP is Turkey's second-largest opposition group in the parliament.

Inam Ghani has said that minority citizens living in all districts of the province and followers of other religions are the beauty of Pak society whose protection, service and immediate solution to their problems are among the top priorities of Punjab Police.

He said that the Punjab Police was maintaining the standard of recruitment for minorities in government jobs under the quota for minorities and the recruitment of minority citizens in all the allotted seats would be ensured. He directed the Additional IG CTD to conduct re-survey of minority places of worship in all the districts of the province including churches, temples, gurdwaras and other places of worship including Ahmadi places of worship and further improve security arrangements in the light of survey reports.

He further said that DPOs themselves are active in preventing crimes against minorities and action is being taken against the culprits involved in such crimes on priority basis. He further said that those who force the minority workers to work in kilns do not deserve any concession and efforts would be made to protect the rights of the minorities by taking action against them under zero tolerance.
