#1 Anyone earning less than average wage is a public charge.

Infrastructure costs per person are roughly the tax on average wage.

The subsidy to immigration tends to be picked up by the establishment through lower wages and higher rents.

#2 It was in the law made by Congress. The Constitution says Congress makes those laws not the Judiciary*.

4. To establish a uniform rule of naturalization, and uniform laws on the subject of bankruptcies throughout the United States;

* Not that the Constitution has been any restriction of the judiciary to ever expand its powers on purview since the middle of the 20th Century.

#6 Ninth Circuit is currently 13 - 16 Republican vs Democrat appointees. Senate will vote next week on replacing 2 of the older R appointees with fresh recruits. Interestingly, 6 of the D appointees are in their 70's or above. Another Trump term would almost certainly flip this court.

#7 So how come a single Federal Judge can make a nationwide ban - but a Circuit Court cannot lift the ban nationwide?
