#3 I have one thing to say to Mr. Kofi:

"Round Spherical Objects."

Two years: most everything cleaned up.
Five years: wouldn't know it happened, 'cept for the tsunami detectors off the beach.

(This is of course if the 'Party of Four' keep the lead in rebuilding. If the UN gets ahold of it, then what #1 said. Never...
