#2 Aziz won't be driving a cab a year from now... assuming he's alive at all, he'll be sitting in the Big Jug in Marion or Leavenworth serving his time as Buster's Personal Bedtime Toy while he's waiting for his dose of Nice Soothing Sleeping Solution. Y'know, "crimes against humanity" and all that.
