#1 I prefer to set up a US military tribunal...from about 30,000 feet. Any defense attorneys or holy men as wish to represent or confront the accused are invited to meet with them 2 minutes before the hearing begins. Keep an eye on the gavel; when the gavel falls, judgment is not far behind.

#2 Notice that in over six years none of those hundreds of millions of "moderate Muslims" and no representative of the ROP, has ever, never issued or even demanded a fatwa against bin Laden and consorts. This is the first time so perhaps we should rejoice despite the fact that this guy says that the 9/11 attacks were illegitimate because it was case of guest turning against his host and thus every half competent imam will be able to assert that if you enter illegally without any kind of voisa (eg through the Mexican frontier) then you are allowed to perpetrate terrorism.

#4 Well after 6 years at least we have a bigshot muslim theologian who admits that Al Qaeda actually was solely behind the 9-11 atrocities.

This puts him marginally more in touch with reality than, say, Dennis Kucinich or Ron Paul.
