There were over 650,000,000 Million LEGALLY OWNED Firearms in the USA that did not kill a person in 2020.

In 2020 there were 13,620 homicides (including Self Defense & LEO shooting and LEO's being shot and killed) using a Firearm.

ANSWERS:
about 0.0020953846153846153 of 1% were used to kill any person

Eliminating Self Defense and LEO shootings and, that 1,3620 number drops to 12,969.

Or about 0.000001995230769230769 of 1% were used to kill any person

Because according to the FBI’s 2020 Crime Table 14 and private citizens table 15 armed citizens killed 353 criminals during the commission of a felony. However, police only killed 298 or 651 total

Because when seconds count, the police are usually
10 to 15 mins away.

WHERE I SEE THE PROBLEM
School Massacres have happened over 50+ times since 1962 when the Democrats started on their quest to ban CITIZENS from owning firearms. Many more than not, these have happened on Democrat Party watches and during make or break election years.

Given the number of incidents, a logical thinking leadership would start protecting schools and restricting access to them.

But we have Anti-Firearm activists and the NEA, all willing to continue to place kids in danger for a political goal agenda checkmark.

#24 WRT teachers, their job puts them in very close proximity to the students, and their attention is often focused on a handful of students and the cues that they are/are not understanding the material. That doesn't seem ideal for either monitoring the problematic students or even retaining the firearm.

Well, we know their intent, cause in the first session of Congress they passed two Militia Acts in 1792. The Second stipulates - Militia members were required to equip themselves with a musket, bayonet and belt, two spare flints, a box able to contain not less than 24 suitable cartridges, and a knapsack. Alternatively, everyone enrolled was to provide himself with a rifle, a powder horn, ¼ pound of gunpowder, 20 rifle balls, a shot-pouch, and a knapsack.

If they picked up the first load out they had in their possession the same equipment that was issued to a soldier in the small American army. So, whatever the Army issues to their infantrymen, let it be the same.
