#1 Well, shoot. It looks like the Taliban are getting their emirate after all, but all of Pashtunistan, not just the Afghan part. Only it won’t be the refuge from the Indian hordes that Pakistan’s generals had planned on. Will the generals accept the treaty that two civilian governments negotiated and will soon sign?

#2 well, with the current other turmoil going on in Pakistan maybe someone in Pakistan is hoping they'll be able to use the TTP as muscle against other locals?
