#7 SU-27 collided with MQ-9 propeller. They made 19 passes dumping fuel, hoping to choke engine, before collision. A video of SU-27 making close pass of MQ-9 is circulating. Probably not from this collision. In video, MQ-9 looked to be carrying side scanning radar pod.

They would be very brave or syupid to try it. wreck SW of Crimea, in range of Ukrainian anti-ship missiles. Turkey is like to give permission for US salvage ship to enter Black Sea and recover wreck. Send the bill to Russia.

You're gonna love the scene where the hero pilot walks out onto the wing of his plane and pees into the intake of the invading imperialist drone, crashing it into the sea.

Rumor has the crash site at 60 km southwest of Sevastapol. I would expect that to be under the cover of shore-based defenses. No official comment from the Russia, but social media says the Russian Navy has snagged parts.

Seems to me that if you are flying a hunter-killer drone into restricted air space with its transponder off, you should not be surprised if someone tells you to knock it off.
