Everyone in the UK should wear a face covering, the president of the Royal Society has said. In a statement published today, Venki Ramakrishnan said people should have face coverings with them when they leave their home and should always wear them in crowded public spaces, "particularly indoors in enclosed public spaces where physical distancing is often not possible."
The Nobel prize-winning biologist also said that the UK is way behind other countries when it comes to wearing masks. "You only need to go on public transport, where they are supposed to be mandatory, to see how many people are ignoring this new rule," he said. "As we lift lockdown and people increasingly interact with each other we need to use every tool we have to reduce the risk of a second wave of infection," he said. Ramakrishnan said not wearing a face mask should be regarded as antisocial, and that the messaging on face coverings in the UK hasn’t been strong or clear enough.
The comments came as an independent group of researchers convened by the Royal Society — called Data Evaluation and Learning for Viral Epidemics (DELVE) — published an updated report on mask wearing. The report says there is growing evidence supporting the use of masks in all circumstances where it isn’t possible for people to stay more than one meter apart. This is in line with World Health Organization guidelines updated in June.

Georgia Governor Brian Kemp on Monday issued an executive order declaring a state of emergency and activating up to 1,000 National Guard members after Atlanta was wracked with violence over Independence Day weekend.
The move follows "weeks of dramatically increased violent crime and property destruction in the City of Atlanta," said Kemp, a Republican.
Over the July 4 weekend, Atlanta had eleven shootings with 31 victims, leaving five people dead, including an 8-year-old girl.
"You shot and killed a baby, and it wasn’t one shooter — there were at least two shooters," Atlanta mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms said at a news conference, adding that "you can’t blame" police for the high number of shootings of recent weeks.
The eight-year-old girl was shot outside a Wendy’s that was torched and became a hotspot for protests after Rayshard Brooks, a black man, was shot there by a white police officer last month.
Between May 31, the weekend after Memorial Day, until June 27, shooting incidents have doubled from 46 last year to 93 this year for that period, according to police data. Murders more than doubled from six last year to 14 this year for that period.
[PJMedia] House Democrats working on the annual appropriations bill say that they will force a government shutdown unless the statues of Southern politicians in the Capitol are removed.
The government will technically run out of money on September 30 unless Congress passes appropriations bills. The appropriation for the legislative branch includes the demand that the Confederate statues in public areas be removed and returned to the states that donated them.
The Democrats are also demanding that plaques and markers that honor people with "unambiguous records of racial intolerance" be removed as well.
The move is a political ploy to force Republicans into an uncomfortable political position while displaying their racial bona fides to the mob. I really don't see how this benefits them as it is the local, district representatives that get hit hardest by this. The average union man, working on military-government projects will be furloughed right as they are in the heat of the election cycle.
They will blame their local representative more than Trump.

In many ways its starting to look like the Democrats want to lose.
1. Democrats are in constant civil war. Corrupt wing versus the super-far left that the corrupt know don't appeal to the center of the country.
2. Corrupt democrat wing realizes they are forced to demand increasingly bizarre things as the GOP kept caving.
3. Corrupt Democrat wing knows that the nation is close to an economic death spiral.
4. Yelling Orange-man bad is fun.
So if they let the Marxists go to town they get smashed and GOP gains a spine and helps Trump fix the economy and undo their more recent crazy demands. This allows them to rage against Orange Man for decades as well as re-fight the same battles to put all that stupid crap back into the laws.
It also lets them get there crap together in time for 2024 against Pence and 8 years of Orange man which should be a lot easier. Especially if their own crazies have been humiliated into silence.
Either that or they truly are insane and think the center of America thinks like they do. This is a possibility as well and the results will be the same so it may not matter.
#2
I have thought of that as well. Right now they are losing the fight against the far-left in their party. If they push those ideas and win, then they are good. If they push those ideas and Trump wins in a landslide, they can purge those ideas and people from the demoncrat party.
Right now it is looking like they want a Trump landslide so they can do the second option.

[BigLeaguePolitics] A group of Black Lives Matter (BLM) rioters terrorized a peaceful Catholic prayer group in St. Louis on Saturday.
"Yesterday, while praying for peace and unity in our city and the protection of the Saint Louis statue, Black Lives Matter protesters started to harass, berate, and assault the Catholics that were peacefully praying. We did nothing in retaliation," Conor Martin wrote in a Twitter post documenting the violence from the left-wing thugs.
"We allowed them to spit on us, call us names, put their fingers in our faces, push us, and antagonize, but we did not retaliate. We continued to peacefully pray," he added in a subsequent tweet.
There were pictures captured of the violent display by the BLM terrorists who showed up to demonstrate their hatred of Christianity and white people with violence.
Martin announced that he will be pressing charges against the thugs and hopes they are punished for the violent assault they committed against the peaceful Catholics.
I will be pressing charges against the attackers. If you can identify anyone in these videos or pictures, please let me know. This can not stand. The police were called 6 times by others on the sidelines and never showed up. 6/8

The videos at the link are very upsetting, but show that the Antifa/BLM thugs are trained to do a few things well — their actions follow a checklist, it seems to me.

Sorry, but since when does voting matter? Gee, a choice between two parties. WOW! And remember when the GOP had both houses of Congreß in Clinton's term. Sure got a lot done for the betterment of the country, didn't they?
Twitter analytics engineer David Marwick once wrote on his account that he supported kidnapping the children of Republicans.
"At this point I only want to hear about bare knuckle resistance machinations," Marwick wrote in response to an anti-Trump tweet by Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA). "Sn@tch up some GOPs kids in Brooklyn basements or something."
Marwick has recently made his account private, but the post was archived by RedState’s Brandon Morse courtesy of independent journalist Nick Monroe.
Marwick has pushed for Orwellian censorship at Twitter for at least several years now. He promoted the commercial terrorism organization Sleeping Giants to pressure Breitbart’s advertisers in a 2018 tweet archived here.
It should come as no surprise that one of Twitter’s software engineers would endorse harm toward children. The social media platform has gone out of their way to allow abusers on their platform.
Big League Politics has reported on how Twitter altered their terms of service in order to allow p@dophiles to discuss the finer points of r@ping kids on the platform:
Twitter executives sure hate Republicans, but they don't seem to mind child abusers all that much. The Silicon Valley titans are quite literally at war with human decency.

[BigLeaguePolitics] Social media giant Reddit has been forced to amend their new terms of service after they were called out for their anti-white bias.
Quillette writer Colin Wright noted on Sunday that Reddit’s new terms of service seemed to create an exemption that would allow for white people to be readily discriminated against on the platform.
"While the rule on hate protects such groups," the old terms read, referring to various whining victim groups, "it does not protect all groups or all forms of identity. For example, the rule does not protect groups of people who are in the majority or who promote such acts of hate."
After they were called out for their anti-white policies, Reddit changed their terms of service yet again. They made the policy on hate speech more vague, and less explicit, but still allowing for whites to be demonized on their platform.
"While the rule on hate protects such groups, it does not protect those who promote attacks of hate or who try to hide their hate in bad faith claims of discrimination," Reddit wrote in the new terms of service.
Big League Politics reported on how Reddit booted r/TheDonald off the platform earlier this week as they intensify their Orwellian crackdown against dissident voices:
Reddit is engaged in the Big Tech conspiracy to suppress conservative thought in the run up to this year's presidential election. They ought to lose their special government protections under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act until they consistently respect the American values of freedom of speech and open expression.
[ZeroHedge] As the EU's antitrust regulator announces another round of sweeping antitrust investigations into the big US tech behemoths. an American judge is apparently making noises about throwing out a major settlement involving German multinational pharma conglomerate Bayer. According to the settlement, which we reported on a few weeks ago when it was first announced, Bayer had agreed to pay $10 billion to settle thousands of lawsuits brought against it over its purchase of Monsanto, the American agrichemical giant that's best known for producing Roundup weed killer.
The lawsuits stemmed from evidence that glyphosate, one of the primary ingredients of Monsanto's Roundup, is actually carcinogenic. Which means that by marketing Roundup into ubiquity, even pairing it with genetically modified crop seeds allowing farmers to spray the stuff then simply forget about it since it wouldn't harm the crops.
A landmark California Court ruling handed down in 2017 found Bayer liable for the plaintiffs' cancers, since it now owned Monsanto. The mountain of litigation has weighed on Bayer's share price ever since, making the Monsanto acquisition one of the biggest blunders in the history of the storied German firm. The two sides have been in negotiations virtually ever since, until two weeks ago, when a majority of the plaintiffs agreed to a $10 billion settlement....
However, a minority of plaintiffs and their lawyers held out for a better deal, arguing that the $10BN settlement would preclude other victims from seeking compensation in the future. And now, apparently, a US judge agrees, and in an opinion filed on Monday, he is hinting at the possibility of striking down the proposed settlement, and forcing the two sides to start afresh.
....During the next round of talks, the plaintiffs would have much more leverage over Bayer, and would likely be able to negotiate a much more generous settlement.
That's bad news for Bayer shareholders, as one analyst explained to Bloomberg.
The judge’s filing reinforces concerns from investors that Bayer’s Roundup deal isn’t enough to get it beyond the mountain of litigation, Alistair Campbell, an analyst at Liberum Capital, said in a note. While Bayer’s market valuation is "deeply discounted" right now, that situation probably won’t change until the company can convince the market that it’s finally resolved the Roundup legal headache.
It's also a long-overdue move by an American court to hold a European company accountable for alleged abuses perpetrated in the US, after the EU has spent so much time nitpicking every little violation committed by Apple, Facebook, Amazon and Alphabet. This should not be a game of tit-for-tat. The courts need to follow the law--on both sides of the pond.
[Minneapolis Commie Media - Soviet of ABC] In a Facebook video Senator Scott Jensen (R-Chaska) said that he was notified by the state Board of Medical Practices that he is under investigation for allegedly spreading misinformation regarding death certificates in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic. They also say that he provided reckless advice as a physician by comparing COVID-19 to the flu.
Jensen has accused the state of inflating the number of deaths from COVID-19.
[The Hill] A combination of the coronavirus pandemic, economic uncertainty, and social unrest is prompting waves of Americans to move from large cities and permanently relocate to more sparsely populated areas. The trend has been accelerated by technology and shifting attitudes that make it easier than ever to work remotely. Residents of all ages and incomes are moving in record numbers to suburban areas and small towns.
A perfect storm of factors makes the decision to leave major cities like New York very obvious. The dense nature of urban living and the lack of proper local government planning led to the coronavirus spreading five times faster in New York than the rest of the country. The city that never sleeps now resembles a ghost town in many areas after thousands of its wealthy and middle-class residents fled early in the pandemic.

The medical journal Lancet has published a new study looking at the seroprevalence of the coronavirus in Spain. The study used a large, nationwide sample of more than 61,000 people and gave them two different types of blood tests to determine if they had antibodies to the virus. Using the two tests in combination they came up with a "seroprevalence range," i.e. an estimate of the percentage of the entire population that has already had the virus. As of early May, the average in Spain was about 5 percent, though it varied substantially by region.
...In addition to the study itself, Lancet published a note explaining its significance. ...
In light of these findings, any proposed approach to achieve herd immunity through natural infection is not only highly unethical, but also unachievable. With a large majority of the population being infection naive, virus circulation can quickly return to early pandemic dimensions in a second wave once measures are lifted. As was indeed the case in every place there restrictions were lifted
In addition, the geographical variability and the dynamic of weekly increasing seroprevalence rates during the early phase of the pandemic highlight that these studies are only snapshots in time and space, and reflect the circumstances of the period in which they were done. As we are still in the midst of an unprecedented global health crisis, such seroprevalence data will continue to be necessary for public health authorities to estimate exposure rates, especially in areas with little testing capacity for acute cases. If and when a vaccine is widely available, ongoing seroprevalence studies will be able to provide information about the extent and duration of vaccine-induced herd immunity.
[Free Beacon] Gov. Tate Reeves (R., Miss.) signed the Life Equality Act into law Wednesday, banning abortion on the basis of a fetus's race, sex, or disability in the state of Mississippi.
The bill, which makes sex-selective, race-selective, or disability-selective abortion a felony, passed Mississippi's state senate by a 33-11 vote and went to Reeves's desk after a concurrence from the state house. The law's language mentions sex-selective abortions and abortions targeting genetic abnormalities as examples of "modern-day eugenics."
"Sex-selection abortions are used to prevent the birth of a human being of the undesired sex. Its victims are overwhelming [sic] female," the law states.
It also states that pharmaceutical treatments, gene therapies, and prosthetic advances have provided disabled individuals with "much greater opportunities for survival and success than ever before."

The use of abortion as birth control should have been added to the bill, but this is a start. It will be interesting to see how our Federally appointed Black Robed Tyrants declare the Mississippi law "unconstitutional."
[Red State] The sad reality of today is that there are a dozen or more stories across the country from just the last few days of African-American children dying from gun shots — and none were fired from the weapon of a police officer.
The reports out of city after city over the past few weeks about record numbers of deaths from gunshots are just almost mind-numbing.
Earlier today my colleague Brandon Morse covered the story in Atlanta about an 8 year-old girl shot and killed while in a car with her mother at the entrance to what used to be the Wendy’s where Rayshard Brooks was killed by an Atlanta Police Officer three weeks ago. The 8 year-old girl, Secoriea Turner, was killed when two armed men shot into the car after her mother refused to yield to their instructions when she attempted to turn around and leave the parking area. They weren’t security or police — they were just two criminals with guns "dictating" to law abiding people in Atlanta what they must do. Maybe for Atlanta Mayor Keisha Bottoms this was finally "enough is enough." That’s what she said today. But those are just words. Maybe she’ll call Fulton County DA Paul Howard and make him understand how destructive to policing it is to prosecute a police officer for "felony murder" when he’s pursuing a fleeing felon who had just assaulted another officer with a weapon that Howard himself called a "deadly weapon" in a televised press conference only 2 weeks earlier.
But I want to call attention to DC Mayor Muriel Bowser’s press conference earlier today about the shooting death of 11 year old Davon McNeal on July 4th, while his mother was hosting a "nonviolence" cookout at the home she shared with the little boy.

Black gangs, Hispanic gangs, Somali gangs, Chinese — once upon a time the gangs were Irish, Italian, and Jewish. In Australia they’re Lebanese, in Sweden they’re Kurds, Syrians, Uighurs... And all have the same attitude and behaviour. It’s an underclass thing, not a race one. And in all these countries, remaining in the underclass to the point where they become a stereotype is the result of generous welfare payments that keep the recipients in anti-success behaviours.
[American Thinker] Past midnight on July 4, a group of Black Lives Matter protesters in Seattle congregated on Interstate I-5, parking their cars on the highway to protest alleged police racism and to advocate for defunding police departments. Seattle authorities had shut down the highway hours earlier by blocking entrances to allow the illegal protest to carry on without interruption.
The roadblock protest was being livestreamed by members sitting behind the parked cars in the otherwise empty road when suddenly a woman alerted the mob to an incoming car. It soon became clear that the car was not going to stop, and more warnings are heard from the mob. Dozens of protesters, clad in black, dashed out from behind several black cars and onto the shoulder of the highway, the only possible path for the incoming vehicle to avoid a collision. Video footage taken from a nearby apartment balcony shows the incoming vehicle decelerating and swerving to avoid the protesters swarming into its path, unfortunately hitting two protesters head on, catapulting them into the air.
[JPost] - The January US drone strike in Iraq that killed top Iranian general Qasem Soleimani and nine other people represented a violation of international law, a UN human rights investigator said on Monday.
The United States has failed to provide sufficient evidence of an ongoing or imminent attack against its interests to justify the strike on Soleimani's convoy as it left Baghdad airport, said Agnes Callamard, UN special rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions.
The attack violated the UN Charter, Callamard wrote in a report calling for accountability for targeted killings by armed drones and for greater regulation of the weapons.
"The world is at a critical time, and possible tipping point, when it comes to the use of drones. ... The Security Council is missing in action; the international community, willingly or not, stands largely silent," Callamard, an independent investigator, told Reuters. Your tax dollars at work.

[FoxNews] 'We're not walking away from our federal facilities like police departments have in some communities,' Morgan says
Acting Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Commissioner Mark Morgan asked, "Where are the local political leaders?" after violence rocked Portland, Ore., overnight, and border patrol agents were called in to assist.
"What we saw in Portland last night was criminal and we stood strong with our federal partners to resist that," Morgan told "Fox & Friends Weekend" on Sunday.
Police in Portland declared a riot around 11 p.m. local time Saturday as Independence Day marked the 38th consecutive day of civil unrest in the city.
Videos showed graffiti painted on downtown buildings and showed a fire burning as a crowd gathered.
Journalist Andy Ngo, writing on Twitter, claimed rioters were burning American flags "while shouting BLM and antifa slogans."
"These are not protesters, these are criminals who got together and organized and planned and actually brought weapons, they brought shields, they brought frozen water bottles, rocks, lasers, weapons with the intent to destroy a federal building and harm law enforcement officers," Morgan said on Sunday.
Morgan pointed out that United States Marshals, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations and the FBI has "committed a lot of resources to making sure that these individuals are arrested and prosecuted to the full extent of the law for the criminals that they are."
"We are doing a disservice to peaceful, lawful protesters when we call these individuals protesters," Morgan said. "They're not. They're criminal thugs with an agenda."
"We're going to escalate to the use of force that's needed to repel these criminals and apprehend them and prosecute them," Morgan went on to say.
He added, "We're not walking away from our federal facilities like police departments have in some communities. We're staying."

Actually, they move to where they think the votes might be, which usually avoids the need to do anything and keeps them in power. But it isn't working. This is a time of cognitive dissonance and realization for them.

After hospitals and healthcare, perhaps no other part of American life has been more affected by the Chinese coronavirus disaster than education. From the conservative perspective—one which recognizes that today’s public education system, even in ordinary times, is not preparing students to one day shoulder the responsibilities of American citizenship—what challenges and silver linings should we expect to emerge from the age of the virus?
Elementary and Secondary Education Prior to COVID-19 A short review of the decivilization process American Education Post-Virus
Though millions of families are currently navigating education at home, we must be careful not to expect that this situation will produce a huge permanent swing in the numbers of homeschooling families. But we are seeing evidence that the number of families homeschooling in the fall will be much higher than usual. In North Carolina, for example, so many applications were sent in that the state government server, designed to handle a more modest number, crashed. That homeschooling uptick will likely be particularly pronounced among families whose children have special needs and who find direct, at-home instruction is actually easier than fighting the system tooth and nail to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Also among the likely candidates for more permanent homeschooling are children for whom school was a social stressor due to high-violence environments, intense bullying, or other peer issues.
...It is possible this crisis will produce a permanent seismic shift in homeschooling numbers, but even if homeschooling numbers double, the vast majority of students will return to in-person schooling at some point. Long-term, what should conservatives look for? A more subtle—but perhaps, in the long run, more important—cultural shift. I think the author misses the point. Today the main purpose of K-12 is to provide hundreds of thousands of incompetents (mostly women) with gainful employment & social status. In return, the schools churn out masses of ignoramuses who eagerly push into higher education. The 1% who can actually benefit from education are accounted bad/disrespectful students - because they ask uncomfortable questions, instead of rote memorizing - just like the teacher did when she was a student.

[IsraelTimes] Dozens of Paleostinians participated in a Fatah-organized protest near the town of Biddya against what residents called a "takeover" of their land, Paleostinian Authority official news agency WAFA reports.
The site of the protest, Khillet Hassan, saw a violent mostly peaceful confrontation between Paleostinians and Israelis yesterday; both parties claim that they were attacked first.
Four Israelis were lightly maimed, while two Paleostinians were shot and taken to a public hospital in Salfit for treatment. Ma’an News Agency reported one of the shooting victims had moderate wounds.
[IsraelTimes] Military decree set to take effect, applying anti-terror law to West Bank and holding banks liable for PA payments to attackers and their families.
Four banks are again refusing to dispense stipends that the Paleostine Liberation Organization pays to convicted terrorists, ostensibly for fear of Israeli sanctions that go into effect in mid-July, according to a Monday press statement put out by the Paleostinian Authority’s official news agency, WAFA.
The statement, which was republished by many Paleostinian news outlets, did not name the four banks. One banks that was previously said to have taken a similar measure in May is the Jordan-based Cairo Amman Bank.
Paleostinian Prisoners’ Affairs Commission director Qadri Abu Bakr was quoted as saying he was demanding that the banks pay the stipends, adding that the banks were violating the instructions of the Paleostinian Authority government.
The refusal to dispense the money came after two months in which the Paleostinian Authority has been unable to pay any of its employees due to a massive fiscal crisis.
The Israeli government has long decried the tens of millions of dollars the PLO pays every year to Paleostinians convicted of terrorism and to families of dead assailants, which Israel says encourages terror attacks by offering a direct incentive to carry them out.
After an Israeli military edict that criminalized PA government funding for convicted terrorists, several banks closed or froze prisoners’ accounts in the West Bank and Jordan in early May. Abu Bakr later announced that the salaries had been dispensed, and Israel’s Kan public broadcaster reported that Defense Minister Benny Gantz had suspended the implementation of the edict until mid-July.
Abu Bakr also said at the time that efforts were being made to create a financial institution directly controlled by the PLO to handle the prisoners’ accounts, rather than placing them in private banks. This measure, Abu Bakr indicated, would allow them to skirt Israeli sanctions.
Ramallah has vowed to continue the payments, describing them as a form of social welfare and compensation for what it claims is an unfair military justice system.
The military order, signed in February, applies substantial parts of Israel’s anti-terror law to the West Bank. The law states that any person or body handing financial aid to anyone, with the purpose being to facilitate, advance, fund or reward terror-related offenses, is committing a crime that carries a punishment of up to 10 years in prison and a fine.
Israel has previously deducted the presumed total worth of the stipends from tax revenues it collects on behalf of the PA, prompting a long standoff with Ramallah.
There are 13 banks operating in the West Bank areas ruled by the Paleostinian Authority. Seven of them are Paleostinian-owned, five are Jordanian and one is Egyptian.
[Rooters] U.S. manufacturing activity rebounded in June, hitting its highest level in more than a year as the broader economy reopened, but rising COVID-19 infections threaten the recovery.
The Institute for Supply Management (ISM) said on Wednesday its index of national factory activity jumped to a reading of 52.6 last month from 43.1 in May. That was the strongest since April 2019 and ended three straight months of contraction.
A reading above 50 indicates growth in manufacturing, which accounts for 11% of the U.S. economy. Economists polled by Rooters had forecast the index rising to 49.5 in June.
The rebound in the ISM index was in tandem with improvements in regional manufacturing surveys and added to data on job growth, consumer spending and the housing market in suggesting that the economy had turned the corner after sliding into recession in February.
A reluctant admission from an anti-Trumper in Israel.
[Jpost] With Independence Day addresses, the US president uses scare tactics to boost lagging poll numbers. Democrats should take note
It might be too generous to chalk it up to actual strategic planning, but US President Donald Trump ...dictatorial for repealing some (but not all) of the diktats of his predecessor, misogynistic because he likes pretty girls, homophobic because he doesn't think gender bending should be mandatory, truly a man for all seasons...... ’s innate tendency to divide Americans into an us-vs-them, steel-cage, ’til-the-death match might inadvertently prove to be his golden card to reelection.
With poll numbers plummeting amid the coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague) ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... pandemic free fall due to chaotic or non-management policies and the unrest that has gripped the United States since the death of George Floyd, Trump used the Fourth of July holiday to draw the battle lines.
Speaking at the iconic Mount Rushmore monument in South Dakota and a day later from the White House, Trump promised to defeat the "radical Left."
"We are now in the process of defeating the radical Left: the Marxists, the anarchists, the agitators, the looters and people who, in many instances, have absolutely no clue what they are doing," Trump said, echoing remarks he gave at Mount Rushmore. "We will never allow an angry mob to tear down our statues, erase our history, indoctrinate our children or trample on our freedoms."
By lumping anyone who supports change in the American tradition of honoring Confederate generals and other symbols of racism and questions the long-held historical narrative that ignores the decimation of Native American culture with the lawless mobs who are taking the law in their own hands and toppling monuments around the country, Trump is succeeding to instill fear into Middle America.
Although they may have grown weary of Trump despite having voted for him, they don’t want anarchy and rampant violence in the streets. They want a democratic process to determine the future direction of the country, fueled by legislation and reasoned logic, not by mob mentality.
If Trump is able to convince those voters that a Biden administration will open the floodgates for the "Marxists, agitators and looters" to take over, it could emerge as a powerful tool to overshadow the incumbent’s deficient qualities that have him considerably trailing Biden in nationwide polls.
It’s a long way to November, and any confidence that Democrats feel now should be tempered with worry about how to embrace progressive change while condemning street justice.
It is possible to identify with the idea that all black lives matter and still come out strongly against the growing sense that the most extreme elements of the recent enlightenment are prodding the process to spiral out of control.
If they really want to win in November, Biden and Democrats need to distance themselves from the knee-jerk reactions to the cancel culture that has erupted in the aftermath of the Floyd debacle. Otherwise, they will find those poll numbers closing in as we head toward the conventions and the November election.
Trump is a master manipulator, and his July 4 addresses demonstrate that he is far from ready to hand over the keys to the Oval Office.
And more, from writers who approve of him. Hotlinks in the article — just click on the headline:

Brilliant chess move. On the one hand you have communists, terrorists, marxism, rioters, democrats, looters and media garbage. On the other hand you have American patriots, supporters of police, military, God and country. The choice will be obvious in November. Pay no attention to the polls. The Chinese have paid 19 million to our media and they expect results.

[ToloNews] Security sources on Monday reported a cluster of attacks by the Taliban ...Arabic for students... on multiple parts of the Baghlan-Balkh highway, a key route that connects Kabul with northern and northeastern provinces.
The sources said the festivities are ongoing in the Chashma-e-Shir area and on the outskirts of Pul-e-Khumri city, the center of Baghlan, leaving the highway closed to traffic.
The festivities started after the Taliban installed a checkpoint on Baghlan-Balkh highway in Chashma-e-Shir area and started "extorting funds from truck drivers," say sources.
Hundreds of vehicles have been stranded on both sides of the highway, according to eyewitnesses and passengers.
Ahmad, a passenger, said that women and kiddies are among those stranded on the two sides of the highway and are in a bad condition.
The commander of a highway unit, Abdul Ghani Mahmoudi, said the Taliban closed the highway after launching an attack on it.
He added that Taliban have hidden in civilians’ homes and there is a need for reinforcement troops to push the Lions of Islam back from the highway.
The Taliban has not commented on the attack so far.
[ALMASDARNEWS] On Monday, an unidentified aircraft carried out a raid on the positions of the Ottoman Turkish-backed Death Eaters in northern Syria.
According to reports from northern Syria, an unidentified aircraft, possibly belonging to the U.S. Coalition, bombed the sites belonging to the Ottoman Turkish-backed forces in the al-Raqqa Governorate.
The first Arclight airstrike ...KABOOM!... was said to have targeted the outskirts of Hammam al-Turkman in the countryside of Tal Abyad, which is controlled by forces loyal to The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire... The second airstrike targeted a neighboring area, but it caused limited damage and no casualties.
The third raid targeted the village of Abu Shakhat near al-Mabrouka in the Ras al-Ain countryside. No casualties were reported.
Since the bombings, the Ottoman Turkish-backed Death Eaters have been high alert, especially after their forces were targeted in a number of areas where they have launched attacks against the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and Syrian Arab Army (SAA).

[NYPOST] Today’s Republican Party is lost. There is no clear mission driving the GOP. Some Republicans may describe their mission as "freedom" or "limited government." But this is only a means to a mission. These maxims don’t provide guidance as to what the government should be doing at any particular time. A better mission is this: to "preserve the American way of life." This is a shorthand for securing the conditions necessary to pursue a worthy life — what the Founders meant by "happiness" in the Declaration of Independence.
America used to see ourselves as one people with a single culture, directed by the Declaration, supported by the Judeo-Christian ethos and shaped by our history. Of course, there were sub-cultures, but we understood them as all sharing the fundamental attributes of a single culture. We insisted that immigrants be assimilated. Colorblindness was our ideal.
We believed ourselves to be the least class-conscious, most self-reliant, most religious people in the world. We valued work, no matter how humble. Dependency was thought to be shameful. We believed that happiness required doing good in this world, and we prized civic participation. Many Americans still hold this understanding of our way of life, and it is this that Republicans should preserve.

Monday's figures bring the total number of confirmed cases since the outbreak in mid-February to 76,222 and the death toll to 3,422.
Egypt first recorded more than 1,000 cases a day on 28 May (1,127 cases) along with 29 fatalities.
The health ministry said on Monday that 512 patients were discharged after recovering from the virus, bringing the total number of recoveries to 21,238.
Since June, Egypt has moved towards a gradual reopening of its economy as part of a plan to “coexist” with the virus. The reopening comes amid expectations of recording lower numbers of cases by the second half of July.

[BREITBART] An American flag was removed from a construction site in Richmond, Virginia, on Friday after officials claimed it was a potential target for protesters.
"Over the past month we’ve seen buildings and structures around Capitol Square vandalized and flags, dumpsters, a bus and other items set ablaze during demonstrations around the city," spokeswoman for the Virginia Department of General Services Dena Potter said in an email, according to the Hill.
"When we saw the flag, we were concerned that it could become a target, so we told the contractor to remove it," she continued.
However, alcohol has never solved anybody's problems. But then, neither has milk... the decision reportedly angered a subcontractor whose fireproofing company made the approximately one-story tall flag out of tarps, according to NBC 12.
In a Facebook post Thursday, Eric Winston of American Coatings Corp. shared a picture of the flag and said, "the straw just broke the camels back!"

[ALMASDARNEWS] In a report released by the New York Times
...which still proudly displays Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize... , the publication alleges that the Israel is responsible for the earth-shattering kaboom at the Iranian nuclear facility last Thursday.Citing an unnamed "Middle East intelligence official", the report said the earth-shattering kaboom was caused by a "powerful bomb" that exploded at the Natanz nuclear facility in Iran.
According to the report, however, this explosion was not connected with the two other blasts that rocked the Islamic Theocratic Republic last week.
The publication also cited a member of the the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC), who allegedly confirmed the blast at the Natanz nuclear facility.
The IRGC source said Iranian officials "have considered the possibility" that "a cruise missile or a drone" was used to attack Natanz, but saw a bomb scenario as more likely.
"The episode will probably accelerate plans to move more of Iran’s most sensitive facilities underground", the IRGC member reportedly said.
Iranian officials said the nuclear facility was damaged during the earth-shattering kaboom, but they affirmed that none of the substances at the site have polluted the air.
While some reports have claimed Israel was behind this explosion at the Natanz nuclear facility, the Iranian authorities have yet to reveal the cause of the blast.

[BREITBART] CNN has determined that "master bedroom" carries racist connotations, as do several other commonly used terms and phrases, including "blacklist," "cakewalk," and the "peanut gallery."
The English language is fraught with words and phrases that carry racist connotations, say CNN’s Scottie Andrew and Harmeet Kaur, both of whom presented the problematic terms in a piece published Monday.
Many of the phrases used are "so entrenched that Americans don’t think twice about using them," they asserted.
"But some of these terms are directly rooted in the nation’s history with chattel slavery. Others now evoke racist notions about Black people," they wrote, concluding that America’s "reckoning with systemic racism" is "forcing a more critical look at the language we use."
"Master bedrooms" and "master bathrooms" were among the first phrases highlighted in CNN’s analysis. In real estate, the terms are used to describe the largest bedroom and bathroom in the house. The pair noted that the term first appeared in a 1926 Sears catalog, "according to the real estate blog Trelora."
"It was a feature of a $4,398 Dutch colonial home, the most expensive in the catalog, referring to a large second floor bedroom with a private bathroom," they reported.
Notably, they admitted that the description "master bedroom" does not have a clear or direct tie to slavery.
"While it’s unclear whether the term is rooted in American slavery on plantations, it evokes that history," Scottie and Kaur wrote.

[ZeroHedge] On July 2nd, Texas Governor Greg Abbott issued an executive order mandating the wearing of face masks across the state, whether indoors or outdoors, when six feet cannot be maintained between people. In the governor’s decree, he cited a rise in Covid cases, a rise in test positivity, and a rise in hospitalizations as justification to force people to cover their faces in public.
The move is not only a violation of the civil liberties of all Texans. Abbott may have based his executive order on inaccurate information about a "rise" in Covid cases due to the Texas State Department of Health Services changing the definition of what constitutes a "Covid case."
Thanks goes to Collin County Judge Chris Hill for blowing the whistle on what appears to be a move in mid-May to redefine what was a "Covid" case to open the door to a massive increase – all to match the mainstream media line that a "second wave" was on the way.
In a Commissioners Court hearing for Collin County on May 18th, it was revealed that while previously the determination of a Covid "case" was a confirmed test result, the definition was suddenly changed to count "probable" cases as "cases." At the same time, the threshold for determining "probable" was lowered to a ridiculous level.
As Judge Hill said at that May 18th meeting, "If you have a subjective fever and you have a headache and you live in Collin County, you now meet the qualifications to be a probable COVID patient. It is remarkable how low the standard is now."
Even worse, once a "probable" case was determined based on possibly unrelated subjective criteria, up to 15 people in possible contact with that "probable" case were also listed as "probable cases." And "probable cases" were considered cases.
Repeat that farce across Texas and is it any wonder there was a "spike" in "cases"?
Also, Governor Abbott's claim that hospitals were being over-run by Covid patients was refuted by the Houston hospital directors themselves, who said they were nowhere near actual capacity and in fact were about the same level as they were last year.
The share of Texans who reported being "extremely" or "very" concerned about the spread of the coronavirus in their community decreased from 54% in April to 47% in June. Those who reported being "not very" or "not at all" concerned about its spread in their community increased from 17% to 26%.
The share reporting being "extremely" or "very" concerned about either themselves or family members contracting the virus decreased from 54% to 48%, while those who reported being "not very" or "not at all" concerned increased from 17% to 27%.
The share who reported that they were only leaving their residence when they "absolutely" had to decreased dramatically from 63% to 37%. Those who reported that they were "living normally, coming and going as usual" more than doubled from 9% to 19%.
Acting like it's only as dangerous as the flu, because it is.

CDC Website confirmed the change: What is a COVID-19 Case?
A COVID-19 case includes confirmed and probable cases and deaths. This change was made to reflect an interim COVID-19 position statement issued by the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists on April 5, 2020.
The position statement included a case definition and made COVID-19 a nationally notifiable disease.
What is a COVID-19 Probable Case?
A probable case or death is defined as:
1. A person meeting clinical criteria AND epidemiologic evidence with no confirmatory laboratory testing performed for COVID-19;
2. A person meeting presumptive laboratory evidence AND either clinical criteria OR epidemiologic evidence;
3. A person meeting vital records criteria with no confirmatory laboratory testing performed for COVID-19.
I'm sure it was reported in the news. Somewhere.

[UPI] A federal judge ordered the shutdown of the Dakota Access pipeline until an environmental review can be completed, handing a blow to the Trump administration and victory for the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe.
Up to the appeals court for reconsideration or straight to the Supreme Court?
President Donald Trump ...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and what ever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States... signed an executive order earlier in the year allowing for the completion of the Dakota Access pipeline after the B.O. regime blocked it over environmental concerns.
The pipeline has long been contentious in North Dakota because of its closeness to tribal lands. Supporters touted its safety and that it would create jobs for the local community.
U.S. District Judge James Boasberg
...Obama appointee, appointed by UNSC chief justice John Roberts presiding judge of the US Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court and chief judge of the US Alien Terrorist Removal Court....
said the pipeline must be closed within the next 30 days. He ordered the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to re-examine the risks of the pipeline and prepare a full environmental impact statement.
"Today is a historic day for the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe and the many people who have supported us in the fight against the pipeline," Mike Faith, chairman of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe, said in a statement. "This pipeline should have never been built here. We told them that from the beginning."
On June 17, 2010, President Barack Obama formally nominated Boasberg to the District Court for the District of Columbia.[9] Boasberg was confirmed on March 14, 2011 by a vote of 96 ayes to 0 nays.[13] He received his commission on March 17, 2011.[10]

I expect the appeals court will stay the District court's decision. With respect to the Supreme court I'm not so optimistic.
The Obama decision to deny the permit was based on the imagined effect of construction; that it would discourage other countries emission reduction programs. Even the Obama team couldn't find any actual environmental detriment.

If he's going to "transform" the nation that implies it needs transformation. Many of us happen to like this country. It's got things that need fixed, like the education system and corruption and the Soros sedition machine, but there's so much that's good about it I'd be deeply opposed to throwing it away for "something else."
[FOXNEWS] Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Old, boring, a plagiarist, fond of hair sniffing and grabbing the protruding parts of women, and not whatcha call brilliant... tweeted Sunday night that if he gets elected, his administration "won’t just rebuild this nation — we’ll transform it," raising speculation online about what exactly in the country will be transformed.
The tweet comes after a politically charged Fourth of July weekend, as the country works to manage a new surge in COVID-19 cases and tries to emerge from weeks of tense protests that have resulted in a widening divide between Democrats and Republicans.
Biden’s tweet did not specify what exactly he means by transforming the country. His critics from the left have expressed concern that he served in the upper echelon of government for over 40 years and didn't help solve these major issues in the past. His critics from the right insist that a Biden White House will take marching orders from the Rep. Alexandria Boom Boom Ocasio-Cortez Dem Congressgirl from da Bronx in Noo Yawk and leader of the Mean Girl Caucus in Congress. One of the Great Minds of the 21st Century, she is known as much for her innaleck as for her dance moves. She is all in favor of socialism, even though she's fuzzy on the details. She was the inventor of the Green New Deal, though she doesn't talk about it much anymore... wing of the party. Some conservatives say his vice president pick will be an early indicator of his administration's direction.
His campaign sent a link to his website when reached by Fox News for comment about the tweet. The tweet appeared to be embraced by supporters and was liked 140,000 times as of early Monday.
Scott Morefield, a media and politics news hound for the Daily Caller, responded to Biden’s post and said the transformation Biden was referring to would be the country's turn "into a socialist hellscape."
Biden's website lays out his plans to combat the coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague) ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... by offering, for example, the "wide availability of free testing." The campaign says a Biden White House would offer Americans a "decisive economic response that starts with emergency paid leave" to help those affected by the virus.

The notion of fairness requires us, apparently, to treat all peoples the same in our actions and our thoughts. This applies to victims of alzheimers as well as everyone else. Mr Biden should be allowed to run for president like anyone else. And you should ignore his disability in your vote!
You can vote against him though if you dislike his notion of transforming the USA into Zimbabwe or Venezuela.

Still not sure Biden will win, but should he, it wouldn't be the first time we had a figure-head or puppet president with others pulling the strings. Arguably Dubya, although relatively more lucid, wasn't much different. Dick and Don made sure of that.

Kinda tough on a platform like Twitter to give many details about exactly what kind of transformation he has in mind. But then, that's typical of Democrats. You probably wouldn't want to know the details anyway.

Multi-colour map at the link. The Turks really need to consult a designer about their colour choices.
[Rudaw] Ottoman Turkish forces have almost 40 "military points" in the Kurdistan Region, including four in Erbil, Duhok, Soran and Zakho cities, according to a map published Monday by the Ottoman Turkish presidency.
Wait — when did they set up shop inside Kurdish cities, and why are they permitted to stay there?
The Ottoman Turkish presidency’s Directorate of Communications issued a map late Monday saying it has established 37 "military points" in border areas of the Kurdistan Region and inside the cities of Erbil, Duhok, Zakho and Soran.
The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire... began air and ground military operations in the Kurdistan Region in mid-June with the stated aim of removing suspected Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) targets from the area. So far, five civilians have been killed by Ottoman TurkishArclight airstrike ...KABOOM!... s.
The map shows a Ottoman Turkish military presence in multiple locations, spreading across the Iraq-Turkey and Iraq-Iran ...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The nation is today noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence. The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan. The abbreviation IRGC is the same idea as Stürmabteilung (or SA). The term Supreme Guide is a the modern version form of either Duce or Führer or maybe both. They hate JewsZionists Jews. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol... border areas in the Kurdistan Region. The Ottoman Turkish army also has a base in Bashiqa, in the disputed province of Nineveh, despite multiple calls from Baghdad to withdraw from the area.
Ankara’s presence in the Kurdistan Region has grown significantly in recent decades, particularly since the 1990s.
Rizgar Ersi, a commander of the PKK, told the group’s media this week that Turkey is trying to establish "an occupation corridor" in the Kurdistan Region.
"It is trying to occupy a strip of land that is about 30 to 40 kilometres wide. If it succeeds in this, the attack will continue on a line from Qandil to Shingal and an occupation corridor will be built," he said.
Iraqi border forces in Zakho have set up five bases in "strategic" positions in order to de-escalate festivities between Ottoman Turkish forces and the PKK, as well as prevent civilian losses, a commander said on Thursday.
Hamada Dizayee, Commander of the Iraqi 1st Border Guard unit told Rudaw’s Hiwa Jamal on Monday that Turkey has asked Iraqi border forces to cooperate with them amid Ankara’s ongoing operation in the border areas, located in the Kurdistan Region
"Turkey has asked to build cooperation with us in order to secure the areas on the Iraqi-Ottoman Turkish border," Dizayee said. "We already have cooperation with the Iranian border forces to secure the areas on Iraqi-Iranian borders, and we meet every six months."
[Rudaw] Iraqi border forces and their Ottoman Turkish counterparts will cooperate to "secure" border areas between the two countries, an army commander has told Rudaw.
Hamada Dizayee, Commander of the Iraqi 1st Border Guard unit told Rudaw’s Hiwa Jamal on Monday that The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire... has asked Iraqi border forces to cooperate with them amid Ankara’s ongoing operation in the border areas, located in the Kurdistan Region
"Turkey has asked to build cooperation with us in order to secure the areas on the Iraqi-Ottoman Turkish border," Dizayee said. "We already have cooperation with the Iranian border forces to secure the areas on Iraqi-Iranian borders, and we meet every six months."
Turkey began fresh air and ground military operations in the Kurdistan Region in mid-June, with the stated aim of removing suspected Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) targets from the area.
Dubbed Operation Claw-Eagle, Ankara launched a set of Arclight airstrike ...KABOOM!... s across the Kurdistan Region and Nineveh province on June 15, followed by a ground operation, or Operation-Claw Tiger, on June 17.
Turkey has conducted airstrikes and ground operations against the PKK within Iraq’s borders for years, accusing the federal Iraqi government and Kurdistan Regional Government of failing to take measures against the group.
Kurds make up the majority of members of the Iraqi border forces units stationed in Dohuk province, with some Arab and Turkmen members. The force was established in 2003 and has been based in Duhok province since, according to Dizayee.
"Our only job is to monitor the borders and prevent smuggling across the border," he said.
Zebari told Rudaw on Monday that the main task of their forces is to protect the border with Turkey, in order to prevent the presence of "smugglers" between Iraq and Turkey.
"So far we have not had any issues with the PKK and the PKK has not prevented us from carrying out our duties," Zebari added.
Iraqi security analyst Husham al-Hashimi puts the number of PKK fighters in Iraq, including the Kurdistan Region, at between 8,500 and 10,000, distributed across 81 points and bases.

[MedicalXpress] Anna Aksenova, a senior research associate at the Laboratory of Amyloid Biology at St Petersburg University, has advanced a hypothesis that the severe course of COVID-19 may be associated with the von Willebrand factor, one of the main components of the blood coagulation system. As the researcher suggests, the replication of the virus stimulates the development of microdamage on vessel walls. In its response to this, the body releases von Willebrand factor into the blood, trying to 'patch' possible holes. As a result, the risk of thromboses increases. It is with this clotting that a significant part of the deaths from COVID-19 are associated.
Nowadays, doctors throughout the world report that the novel coronavirus infection COVID-19 occurs in different people in completely different ways. Combinations of symptoms that are dissimilar, ranging from coughing to digestive disorders, make diagnosis difficult. Additionally, scientists and doctors still do not understand why people of the same age and with comparable health indicators can transmit the infection so differently from each other: some require ventilator support to stay alive, while others do not feel sick at all. One of the possible causes of this phenomenon may be a different level of von Willebrand factor (VWF) in the blood of patients.
"This protein is synthesized in endothelial cells and platelets, and its main function is to form a framework for platelet adhesion," explains Anna Aksenova. "To date, the way in which the level of VWF is regulated in the blood has not yet been fully studied. However, it is known to be stored in vascular endothelial cells in special organelles, where it secretes in the form of multimers. As soon as some damage to the vessel occurs, then in order to eliminate it, a cascade of blood coagulability is launched in the body, in which VWF takes an active part."

[The ZBlog] The following is a fictional transcript of a negotiation between white people and black people in America over reparations. Representing black people in the negotiations is Nikole Hannah-Jones, a staff writer for New York Times magazine. She is the creator of the 1619 Project, which is an ongoing blood libel against white people. Representing white people of America is the typical white person, who has tried in good faith for generations to figure out how to include blacks in civil society.

[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] Chinese troops were seen removing structures from a Himalayan valley where they fought a deadly battle with Indian soldiers last month, Indian army sources said Monday, after high-level talks between the nuclear-armed neighbors.
Brutal hand-to-hand fighting in the Galwan Valley in Ladakh on June 15 left twenty Indian soldiers dead and sent tensions between the countries soaring. China has acknowledged it suffered casualties but has not given figures.
The two sides agreed on Sunday to “completely disengage” from the border flashpoint and ensure “a phased and stepwise de-escalation in the India-China border areas,” India’s foreign ministry said Monday.
For all the latest headlines follow our Google News channel online or via the app.
In a CCTV readout of the meeting, China’s representative Foreign Minister Wang Yi said Beijing would “effectively defend its territorial sovereignty, while maintaining peace in the border areas.”
Earlier, an Indian army source told AFP that China’s People’s Liberation Army soldiers were seen removing tents and structures in the Galwan Valley, and military vehicles were being moved back.
“Disengagement with the PLA has started as per agreed terms in the Corps Commanders’ meeting,” the source said, adding the Indian army was verifying how far back Chinese forces had withdrawn.

This is language straight out of Nazi Germany. But the moron saying it is talking about a couple hundred million well armed Americans who find her stupidity increasingly annoying.
[Babylon Bee...Duh] The Bible tells us to work smarter, not harder. Or, better yet, don't work at all if you can help it. You can look it up. It's in the Proverbs somewhere.
That's why we're announcing today that we will simply be republishing everything Joe Biden says word for word rather than spending a lot of time and effort writing satire.
We at The Babylon Bee realized we were spending all this time trying to satirize Joe Biden when, frankly, he just can't be satirized. He's doing all the hard work for us with statements like "You ain't black!" and, of gun violence, that "150 million people have been killed since 2007."
Every day is a real grind when we arrive at the sprawling Babylon Bee headquarters, settle in on our throne of Chick-fil-A sandwiches, and boot up the ol' PC to check what Biden said over the past 24 hours. We're tired of trying to out-parody things like "I got hairy legs that turn blonde in the sun and the kids used to reach in the pool and rub my leg down and watch the hair come back up again" and "Corn Pop was a bad dude."
Like, what do you do with that? Seriously. Go ahead. Try to satirize it. Anything you do just doesn't have that perfect mix of absurdity and reality that makes satire work so effective at communicating truth. So we're throwing in the towel.
We'd also like to take this opportunity to thank Joe Biden for being such a great satirical performance artist. You're the real hero, Joe. The people really need comedy in a time like this, and you're doing a great job. Keep it up!
Finally, laugh at these hilarious Babylon Bee headlines from our new best satirist, Joe Biden:
Biden: 'Poor Kids Are Just As Bright As White Kids'
Joe Biden Says All Men And Women Are Created By You Know The Thing
Presidential Candidate Nibbles On His Wife's Fingers
Joe Biden: 'I'm Going To Beat Joe Biden'
'Go To Joe 30330' Says Joe

You can look forward to lots more content coming from your new favorite Babylon Bee writer any moment now.

[ToloNews] The Afghan government on Monday once again stated it's firm stance of not releasing nearly 600 Taliban ...Arabic for students... prisoners who are reportedly guilty of serious crimes beyond membership in the Taliban. The government called on the group to not request specific individuals for release.
The intra-Afghan negotiations were expected to begin within weeks after the US-Taliban deal was signed late in February, but the process faced multiple delays over disagreements on the release of Taliban prisoners by the Afghan government.
"The US has agreed with the Taliban about the release of 5,000 prisoners... We do not expect the Taliban to tell us who should be released," presidential front man Sediq Sediqqi told news hounds in Kabul on Monday.
Meanwhile, ...back at the laboratory the smoke and fumes had dispersed, to reveal an ominous sight... former US national security adviser John Bolton has said that Taliban is not committed to the agreement they signed with the US.
"I think the Taliban remain as dangerous as they have ever been. I don’t think they’re going to follow through on the peace deal that they have negotiated. I don’t think they have any intention of honoring that with respect to the government of Afghanistan and I think the harboring of turbans whether they’re ISIS, al-Qaeda or others remains a severe problem," Bolton said in an interview with DD India TV.
Taliban front man, however, rejected the remarks and said the group is committed to implementing the peace deal.
Based on the agreement, the group has committed to not attack cities. On Monday, Taliban launched attacks on the outskirts of the northern city of Pul-e-Khumri, closing the main highway to traffic.
Sources close to the Taliban said the release of key Taliban prisoners — on which the Afghan government has disagreements — will help the start of the intra-Afghan negotiations.
"The release of prisoners not only creates an environment of trust, but it also helps the start of the intra-Afghan negotiations," said Faiz Mohammad Zaland, a university lecturer.
On Sunday, the Afghan government revealed that one of the main reasons behind the delay in the intra-Afghan negotiations was its refusal to release 597 prisoners out of the 5,000 inmates that were to be freed as part of the US-Taliban agreement signed in late February.
These individuals are accused of serious "moral crimes," and are on a list that was given to the government by the Taliban, said Ahmad Rashid Totakhil, who heads up the prisoner release process.
According to the Afghan government, so far 4,015 Taliban prisoners have been released and the process will continue this week.
[ALMASDARNEWS] A Lebanese newspaper revealed on Monday that the U.S.ambassador to Leb ...an Iranian colony situated on the eastern Mediterranean, conveniently adjacent to Israel. Formerly inhabited by hardy Phoenecian traders, its official language is now Arabic, with the usual unpleasant side effects. The Leb civil war, between 1975 and 1990, lasted a little over 145 years and produced 120,000 fatalities. The average length of a ceasefire was measured in seconds. The Lebs maintain a precarious sectarian balance among Shiites, Sunnis, and about a dozeen flavors of Christians. It is the home of Hezbollah, which periodically starts a war with the Zionist Entity, gets Beirut pounded to rubble, and then declares victory and has a parade. The Lebs have the curious habit of periodically murdering their heads of state or prime ministers... , Dorothy Shea, sent a stern message to Lebanese Prime Minister, Hassan Diab, with the aim of implementing what the U.S. government wants from him personally.
According to al-Akhbar, quoting private sources, the American ambassador sent to the Prime Minister of Lebanon, through mutual acquaintances, strong-worded messages accusing him of implementing the Hezbollah agenda in the government.
The newspaper pointed out through its sources that these messages have increased in frequency, especially after information about the possibility of Lebanon opening up economically to cooperation with Iraq, and to accepting Chinese investments.
Al-Akhbar confirmed that the Lebanese Prime Minister ignored Shea’s messages and refuses to answer them.
According to their sources, these messages came after the ambassador pointed out the seriousness in opening doors to help relieve pressure on Lebanon in light of the American blockade.
She concluded that Diab had expressed in front of those who meet them, his anger over her actions and her blatant interference in the affairs of the country.

Mr Laumer. Mr Keith Laumer come to the white courtesy phone, please.
[BREITBART] President Donald Trump ...the Nailer of NAFTA... jumped to Twitter on Monday to slam NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace for not apologizing for claiming that someone had left a "noose" in his garage.Last month, track officials alerted NASCAR that what appeared to be a noose had been left hanging in the garage used by Bubba Wallace at the Talladega Superspeedway before the start of the later-postponed GEICO 500.
The report spurred the whole of the NASCAR community to stand up with Wallace in a show of force against racism. NASCAR even brought in the FBI to investigate the "crime."
But the FBI soon determined that the so-called "noose" was just a pull rope on a garage door and many of the garages had them. There was no noose, no crime, and no racism.
Now, on July 6, President Trump is wondering via Twitter if Wallace — NASCAR’s only full-time black driver — has ever apologized to the NASCAR drivers and officials who supported him.
"Has @BubbaWallace apologized to all of those great NASCAR drivers & officials who came to his aid, stood by his side, & were willing to sacrifice everything for him, only to find out that the whole thing was just another HOAX?" Trump tweeted. "That & Flag decision has caused lowest ratings EVER!" the president tweeted on Monday.

I'm so fricken tired of Trump putting his nose into stuff like this. He's obviously just trying to stir the pot, which does not help with anything. I voted for him in 2016. I'm NOT voting for him again. Its pathetic that the "best" we have to choose for president are Trump and Biden.

Given the corruption at the FBeye, maybe she is being "groomed" to not name names and protect the rich and powerful that might be outed. The only way to guard against unwanted revelations is to control the asset. After they have all the evidence under "protection", her usefulness is over and you know the result after that.

[NashvilleTennessean] Charlie Daniels, a member of the Country Music Hall of Fame who sang "The Devil Went Down to Georgia," recorded with Bob Dylan and was a vocal supporter of U.S. veterans, died Monday morning after suffering a hemorrhagic stroke. He was 83.
Daniels' death was confirmed by his publicist, Don Murry Grubbs. He is survived by his wife, Hazel, and son, Charlie Daniels Jr.
By the time the Charlie Daniels Band topped the charts with "Devil" in 1979, the instrumentalist, singer and songwriter had long established a remarkable, multifaceted career in Nashville. As a session musician, he played on three of Bob Dylan’s albums — including the revolutionary "Nashville Skyline" — as well as recordings for Ringo Starr and Leonard Cohen.
He was a fixture of the touring circuit for the next 40 years, became a tireless advocate for servicemen and women, and entered the information age as one of country music's most outspoken conservative voices.
'WE WOULD FOLLOW HIM INTO BATTLE'
Born Oct. 28, 1936, in Wilmington, North Carolina, Charles Edward Daniels grew up inspired by church music and local bluegrass bands. He listened to Nashville’s WSM and WLAC, which streamed country and R&B music from Music City all the way through Daniels’ radio speaker in North Carolina.
Daniels merged those sounds in the mid-1950s to create rock band The Jaguars, which most notably recorded instrumental single "Jaguar," in Fort Worth, Texas, for national distribution via Epic Records. In Texas, he’d connect with producer Bob Johnston, who — years later — Daniels would credit with helping him find his way as a songwriter and sought-after session player in Nashville.
In 1964, Daniels and Johnston co-wrote "It Hurts Me," a single cut by Elvis Presley that proved the first victory in decades of songwriting success to come.
[NYDAILYNEWS] An emergency room nurse heading home from her shift over the weekend was brutally beaten with a cane inside a Bronx subway station in an unprovoked attack, police said Monday.Irina Langdon, 53, was on the mezzanine in the 149th St.-Grand Concourse No. 4 line station about 11:45 p.m. on Saturday when a man attacked her without warning, cops said. He struck her multiple times with a cane in the head, arms and ribs.
Two Metropolitan Transportation Authority workers called 911, and Langdon was taken to the emergency room at Lincoln Hospital — where she had been working earlier in the night in the pediatric department. The attacker ran out of the station and is being sought by police.
Langdon’s daughter Diana Lee, 23, said her mother was back at work Monday — but was shaken up by the assault.
"She definitely remembers the attack. I think her memory of how the guy looked was a little fuzzy because she was in shock," said Lee. "Now we’re just trying to figure out a way to provide her with something she can use to keep herself safe. In New York, there are so many limitations. Taser, pepper spray — you’re not allowed to use any of those."

GOOD! That smarmy little punk Huntsman lost his good will with the voters
[The Hill] Utah Lt. Gov. Spencer Cox fended off former Gov. Jon Huntsman in the Republican primary race to succeed Gov. Gary Herbert (R).
Cox prevailed in a crowded June 30 Republican primary with 36.4 percent of the vote, according to The Associated Press. Huntsman received 34.6 percent of the vote. Results were out on Monday after the state accounted for a surge in mailed ballots.
A former state representative, Cox has served as Utah's lieutenant governor under Herbert since 2013.
Cox will be the favorite to replace the retiring Herbert, who endorsed his lieutenant governor. The state last elected a Democratic governor in 1980.
Polls had indicated a tight race between Cox and Huntsman ahead of their primary, with Huntsman holding high name recognition from his time as governor and Cox benefiting from incumbency.
