The group condemned the two attacks in strong words and blamed the ’criminal and malicious elements affiliated with the Afghan government’ for being involved in the two attacks.
"The Islamic Emirate strongly condemned both attacks and clarified that these attacks were the work of criminal and malicious elements who are seeking to attain their malicious objectives by killing defenseless human beings," the group said in a statement.
The statement further added "The Islamic Emirate once again clarifies that it had no hand in the Dashti Barchi incident, considers it a vile, inhumane and an un-Islamic act and shares the grief of the families of deaders and maimed of this tragedy."
This comes as the Afghan government ordered the Afghan forces to resume offensive operations against the bad boys, blaming the Taliban and ISIS groups for targeting the civilians, women and infants.

[Washington Examiner] A former Mayo Clinic research coordinator has been charged for attempting to provide support to a terrorist group.
Muhammad Masood, 28, was indicted Friday after investigators said he told undercover informants that he planned to carry out terrorist attacks in the United States. The Pakistani doctor has been jailed since he was arrested in March at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, according to the New York Post. He was initially charged by criminal complaint at the time, and he has been in custody ever since.
The Mayo Clinic said Masood had worked there in the past, but at the time of his arrest, he was no longer employed by the medical center.
Investigators said Masood told informants he wanted to go to Syria to help the Islamic State. He allegedly said he wanted to carry out lone wolf attacks in the U.S. but decided to go to ISIS’s hub in Syria instead. Prosecutors said Masood was originally planning to travel to the war-torn country through Jordan but reassessed after the country shut down its borders because of the coronavirus pandemic.
"There is so much I wanted to do here ... lon wulf [sic] stuff you know ... but I realized I should be on the ground helping brothers sisters kids," he is accused of saying in a message to an informant.
Masood tried to travel from Minnesota to Los Angeles so that he could hitch a ride to Syria on a cargo ship, court documents show.

Muhammad Masood, a 28-year-old Pak national, first arrived in the U.S. in February 2018 after he was able to secure an H-1B visa — the visa program whereby more than 100,000 foreign workers are brought to the U.S. every year and are allowed to stay for up to six years. There are about 650,000 H-1B visa foreign workers in the U.S. at any given moment.
Masood worked as an H-1B visa holder "research coordinator" at a medical clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
According to a criminal complaint by federal agents with the Department of Justice (DOJ), Masood repeatedly stated his wanting to commit terrorism on Americans for ISIS while in the U.S. on his H-1B visa.
"[Masood] indicated ... because he was currently in the United States, ’sometimes I want to attack [the] enemy when I am behind enemy [lines] itself’ because ’not many people [can] even reach here to attack,'" the criminal complaint states. "Discussing his travel to [commit jihad for ISIS], [Masood] noted that he will lose the chance to conduct an attack in the United States: ’I wonder if I will miss the opportunity of attacking the enemy when I was in the middle of it.'"
In another message through a messaging app, Masood said he had intended to attack Americans in the U.S. while on his H-1B visa but decided to make travel plans to fight for ISIS in Syria instead, according to federal agents.
"You know [brother] ... there is so much I wanted to do here ... [lone wolf] stuff you know... but I realized [I] should be on the ground helping brothers, sisters, kids inshAllah," Masood allegedly wrote in a message.
On February 21, federal agents said Masood bought a plane ticket from reliably Democrat Chicago, aka The Windy City or Mobtown ...home of Al Capone, the Chicago Black Sox, a succession of Daleys, Barak Obama, and Rahm Emmanuel... , Illinois, to Amman, Jordan, where he then planned to travel to Syria. After Masood was forced to cancel his trip to Jordan due to the Chinese coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague) ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... crisis, he bought a plane ticket from Minneapolis, Minnesota, to Los Angeles, Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party,.
On March 19, Masood was taken into custody by federal agents after arriving at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport to board his flight.
Masood has been charged with attempting to provide material support to ISIS.

When I was in IT in the early 90s, I'd get the trade publication Compterworld. The back section contained want ads. It was filled with page long listings for a job with very precise skill sets. No one had all those skills. It was just a CYA process for the company to justify getting a H1B. There was no Q&A process by the government to audit whether the H1B hire met all those skill sets. It was a game. It destroyed the incentive to put in the years and study (investment) to get skills only to have someone from overseas take the jobs.
