Clue for you: YOU devastated OUR savings. YOU destroyed our children's future. YOU destroyed our life's work over nothing, with no basis in medical science, with an absurd lockdown that you imposed MONTHS AFTER the virus had been circulating among and had infected over a million in this state.

I love their logic: California acted early! But not really--the lockdown in California didn't happen until March 19.

#9 State sales tax revenue is directly proportional to sales. State income tax revenue is directly proportional to income.

If you take measures to reduce sales and income drastically, then state tax revenue will also decline. I know that both mathematics and economics are hard; but that is simply the case.
