It look like some of the capabilities might be like a Perry class frigate. It is more appropriate, in my opinion, for the Black Sea than the Moskva. It has some AA capabilities with the gun and maybe Sea Sparrow like missiles- out to 5NM with the gun and maybe 15 for missiles depending what is loaded in the canisters.
