Biden administration RESCINDS deportation of Mexican illegal immigrant who crashed into and killed a 19-year-old woman while drunk as part of their bid to reduce the number of removals
[MAIL] An illegal immigrant accused of killing a woman in a hit-and-run car crash in Texas in November 2020 is no longer facing deportation after Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas changed rules to lower the number of removals.

Heriberto Fuerte-Padilla was driving drunk in November 2020 when he caused a car crash, killing 19-year-old Adrienne Sophia. The accused tried to flee the scene but was caught by police.

While the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) initially wanted authorities to deport Fuerte-Padilla after Texas issued its punishment, the federal agency changed its mind because the individual does not qualify for priority deportation under Mayorkas' new rules issued in September 2021.

Under Mayorkas' recently updated rules, according to The Washington Times, many deportation requests were canceled for illegal immigrants who are accused, charged, pleaded guilty to felony charges of evading arrest or even those who have already been convicted of drunk driving, drug possession or domestic assault.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) told Texas that these detainers – or requests for deportation – are no longer considered 'priority lifts', indicating they aren't seen as important targets under Mayorkas' rules.

Joint Ministerial Committee Formed to Address Durand Line Issues
[TOLO] A "Fence" you say? How would that be effective?
The Islamic Emirate is forming a joint committee comprised of several ministries to address the problems along the Durand Line, officials said on Monday.

The announcement follows the visit of Pakistan’s National Security Advisor visit to Kabul.

The decision for the formation of the joint committee was made in a meeting chaired by the Second Deputy of Prime Minister, Abdul Salam Hanafi.

"The objective of the joint committee is to resolve the problems along the Durand Line and address the security issues that may potentially occur in the future--or have already happened in the past--these issues should be solved via understanding," said Inamullah Samangani, deputy spokesman for the Islamic Emirate.

A Pakistan delegation led by NSA Moeed Yusuf returned to Islamabad on Sunday evening after holding talks with several officials of the Islamic Emirate in a two-day visit.

The Pakistan Foreign Ministry said in a statement that the objective of the visit was to discuss Pakistan's proposals for deepening economic engagement.

"During the visit, Pakistan offered Afghanistan capacity-building and training support in multiple sectors including Health, Education, Banking, Customs, Railways and Aviation, among others. Both sides also reiterated their commitment to early completion of the three major connectivity projects, CASA- 1000, TAPI, and Trans-Afghan Rail project," the statement read.

"We should have established a committee that works on the removal of fencing. This is an issue that will not be solved via the formation of joint committee. This issue belongs to the decision of Afghans on both sides of the Durand Line," said Ahmad Khan Andar, a political analyst.

The Pakistan military's move to build fencing along the Durand Line has continually sparked reactions from Afghanistan.

Earlier, a video circulating on social media showed the forces of the Islamic Emirate engaged in a dispute with Pakistani militias over the fencing of the Durand Line.

U.N. Says Over 100 Ex-Afghan Forces, Officials Slain since August

The United Nations has received "credible allegations" that more than 100 former members of the Afghan government, its security forces and those who worked with international troops have been killed since the Taliban took over the country Aug. 15, Secretary-General Antonio Guterres says.

In a report, Guterres said that "more than two-thirds" of the victims were alleged to result from extrajudicial killings by the Taliban or its affiliates, despite the Taliban's announcement of "general amnesties" for those affiliated with the former government and U.S.-led coalition forces.

The U.N. political mission in Afghanistan also received "credible allegations of extrajudicial killings of at least 50 individuals suspected of affiliation with ISIL-KP," the Islamic State extremist group operating in Afghanistan, Guterres said in the report to U.N. Security Council.

He added that despite Taliban assurances, the U.N. political mission has also received credible allegations "of enforced disappearances and other violations impacting the right to life and physical integrity" of former government and coalition members.

Guterres said human rights defenders and media workers also continue "to come under attack, intimidation, harassment, arbitrary arrest, ill-treatment and killings."

Eight civil society activists were killed, including three by the Taliban and three by Islamic State extremists, and 10 were subjected to temporary arrests, beatings and threats by the Taliban, he said. Two journalists were killed — one by IS — and two were injured by unknown armed men.

The secretary-general said the U.N. missions documented 44 cases of temporary arrests, beatings and threats of intimidation, 42 of them by the Taliban.

On a positive note, Guterres reported "a significant decline" in the overall number of conflict-related security incidents as well as civilian casualties since the Taliban takeover. The U.N. recorded 985 security-related incidents between Aug. 19 and Dec. 31, a 91% decrease compared to the same period in 2020, he said.
That’s because most of the security-related incidents were by the Taliban in their drive to take over the country.
The eastern, central, southern and western regions accounted for 75% of all recorded incidents, he said, with Nangarhar, Kabul, Kunar and Kandahar ranking as the most conflict-affected provinces.

Despite the reduction in violence, Guterres said the Taliban face several challenges, including rising attacks against their members.

"Some are attributed to the National Resistance Front comprising some Afghan opposition figures, and those associated with the former government," he said. "These groups have been primarily operating in Panjshir Province and Baghlan's Andarab District but have not made significant territorial inroads" though "armed clashes are regularly documented, along with forced displacement and communication outages."

Guterres said intra-Taliban tensions along ethnic lines and competition over jobs have also resulted in violence, pointing to armed clashes on Nov. 4 between between Taliban forces in Bamyan city.

Mali kicks out French ambassador
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.

Commentary by Russian military journalist Boris Rozhin

[ColonelCassad]
  • Mali's military junta officially kicks out the French ambassador.

  • He was given 72 hours to collect his belongings and leave the country.

  • The reason was the statements of the French Foreign Minister, who called the authorities of Mali "illegal" and accused them of doing business with PMC "Wagner".

As a result, in Mali they called the statements of the French outrageous and hostile, after which they pointed to the door.

Mali's state press says it's time for France to be reminded that Mali is not a French prefecture, but a sovereign country that decides how and with whom to do business. France should restrain its colonial reflexes and stop interfering in the affairs of its former colony.

The next step could be a formal demand for the withdrawal of all French troops from the territory of Mali.

The French Defense Ministry has already stated that if the cost of staying troops in Mali becomes too high, they will be withdrawn.

PS. In neighboring Burkina Faso, Russian flags continue to flicker at rallies. In the press associated with the new military junta, it is stated that Russia can become a more profitable partner for the country than the fading colonial empire of France.

Local residents in an interview say that Russian support will allow Burkina Faso to gain full independence from France and put an end to the colonial legacy.

Meanwhile, the junta was appointing Lieutenant Colonel Paul-Henri Damiba as interim president of Burkina Faso. Damiba received his military education in France.

Target: Burj Khalifa
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.

Commentary by Russian military journalist Boris Rozhin

[ColonelCassad] Houthi military propaganda has taken to the topic of attacks on the Burj Khalifa skyscraper in Dubai, threatening to destroy the tallest building in the world with drone and ballistic missile attacks. The main leitmotif is that being in this building is no longer safe and Ansar Allah considers the skyscraper as a legitimate military target due to the continued bombing of Yemeni cities.

Also among the stated desired targets are an international airport, Expo Center 2022 and other large buildings in the center of the UAE capital.

In addition to the threats themselves, the Houthis thus seek to inflict indirect economic damage on the UAE, scaring away business.

A video with a drone strike on Burj Khalifa is attached

Plus, do not forget about Abu Dhabi International Airport and other targets.

Yesterday there was a strange explosion at the Dubai Expo, after which the building was evacuated:

(A drone hit is suspected - the UAE denies this).

At night, a ballistic missile was launched at Dubai, which was shot down by the forces of the Dubai air defense center. The destruction of the launcher in Yemen was also announced (but here 50 to 50 - the last time the emirates gave out a truck stop for the destruction of the launcher).

Several citizens have been arrested in the UAE for posting videos of attacks on social media. Military censorship is trying to block any evidence of successful hits on Dubai so as not to give the Houthis additional propaganda material.

The Houthis themselves claim a successful complex operation using drones and missiles. Yesterday's attacks were timed to coincide with the visit of the Israeli President to the UAE and led to a disruption in the departure schedule. Yemeni sources joke that Ansar Allah sent gifts to two "lovers". The Houthis promise to provide more details of the attacks on the UAE during the day.

At night, in retaliation for these attacks, the Emirates and the Saudis again bombed Sanaa. 8 airstrikes reported.

The bombing of Sanaa has been ongoing since 2015. This is to the question of who is to blame for the attacks on Dubai.

PS. And also in Yemen.

1. According to the UN, in 2021, more than 1,500 underage soldiers who fought on the side of the Houthis died on the fronts of the Yemeni war.

2. Houthi air defenses shot down another "Scan Eagle" UAV Already the 7th in recent months:

3. Houthi troops recaptured part of the territory in southern Marib, which they lost in January as a result of the offensive of the emirates' forces. They use the withdrawal of "Amaliki" from the front.

4. It is also worth noting that the Houthis sent a farewell podzhopnik to the forces of the Amalika brigade withdrawn from the front in South Marib, launching a ballistic missile at the area of concentration of forces that were awaiting orders to depart for the southern provinces.

A resident of Makhachkala is suspected of financing militants
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[KavkazUzel] A criminal case on the financing of terrorism is being investigated against a 27-year-old resident of Makhachkala, who is suspected of transferring more than 100 thousand rubles for the needs of the Islamic State.

According to investigators, the suspect, while outside of Russia, misled two acquaintances, through whom she transferred more than 100,000 rubles to a Turkish citizen to support the Islamic State.

The suspect was aware that the money was intended for illegal armed groups created in Syria to commit crimes of a terrorist nature, the investigation said today.

As part of the investigation, "measures are being taken to locate and detain the suspect," according to a statement on the website of the Russian Investigative Committee for Dagestan.

The "Caucasian Knot" also wrote that in April 2021, the court found the residents of Dagestan Nurudin Abdurazakov and Rustam Kokeshov guilty of transferring money to militants in Syria. Both received three years in prison.

Albanian terrorist flag hung at the entrance to the Serbian enclave in Kosovo
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[REGNUM] A flag bearing the coat of arms and the name of the terrorist Kosovo Liberation Army
...an ethnic Albanian separatist militia trained by the CIA that sought the separation of Kosovo, the vast majority of which is inhabited by Albanians, from the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and Serbia during the 1990s...
was displayed on January 31 at the entrance to the Serbian enclave of Velika Hoca in Kosovo and Metohija. This was announced by the Office for Kosovo and Metohija of the Government of Serbia.

The report notes that the flag of the terrorist organization was displayed on the fence of the Orthodox Church of St. John the Baptist. On the territory of the temple there is a monument to the killed and kidnapped Serbs, which was previously often desecrated by Albanian extremists.

"There is no doubt that we are talking about an open threat to the Serbs who stayed here to live," the RTS TV channel quoted the text of the Chancellery’s message.

The Serbian government recalled that the incident occurred on the day when EU and US representatives Miroslav Lajcak and Gabriel Escobar are visiting Kosovo and Metohija .

Recall that the Serbian village of Velika Hoca is located in southern Metohija, in the municipality of Orahovac. It is one of the Kosovo Serb enclaves. Before the war in the late 1990s, the village had approximately 2,000 inhabitants. Today, together with the municipality of Upper Orahovac, about 750 people live here. The village is under the protection of KFOR ( "Forces for Kosovo" - IA REGNUM ).

The Grand Turk
How Turkey became ISI’s playground to drum up anti-India narrative
[OneIndia] With India enhancing ties with Saudi Arabia
...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. Fifteen of the nineteen WTC hijackers were Saudis, and most major jihadi commanders were Saudis, to include Osama bin Laden. Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman quietly folded that tent in 2016, doing terrible things to the guys running it, and has since been dragging the kingdom into the current century...
and the United Arab Emirates, Pakistain has turned to The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the occupiers of Greek Asia Minor...
to drum up anti-India sentiments. The ISI along with Turkey has been influencing Moslems across the world to speak about the Kashmir
...a disputed territory lying between India and Pakistain. After partition, the Paks grabbed half of it and call it Azad (Free) Kashmir. The remainder they refer to as "Indian Occupied Kashmir". They have fought four wars with India over it, the score currently 4-0 in New Delhi's favor. After 72 years of this nonsense, India cut the Gordian knot in 2019, removing the area's special status, breaking off Ladakh as a separate state, and allowing people from other areas to settle (or in the case of the Pandits, to resettle) there....
issue and project a false narrative of India.

Turkey according to an Intelligence Bureau report has adopted a three pronged approach against India.

They include employing Kashmiri journalists to put out a false narrative, dole out scholarships so that radicalisation can take place at educational institutes and fund NGOs to influence Indian Moslems on foreign policy which is detrimental to India's interests.

An OSINT report by the Disinfo Lab speaks in detail about how a boycott campaign was launched last year September by the Moslem Brüderbund (MB) nexus against India as well as targeting Saudi Arabia and UAE apart from La Belle France.

The campaign was supported by the troll factories of Turkey and Pakistain. It was the first open campaign by MB through the new emerging nexus of Qatar
...an emirate on the east coast of the Arabian Peninsula. It sits on some really productive gas and oil deposits, which produces the highest per capita income in the world. They piss it all away on religion, financing the Moslem Brotherhood and several al-Qaeda affiliates. Home of nutbag holy manYusuf al-Qaradawi...
-Turkey-Pakistain, dubbed as QTPi. While it had all the characteristics of propaganda, including the liberal use of fake pics and videos, it was not ordinary propaganda.

It appears as a strength test for Moslem Brüderbund, as it put several of the news media from its arsenal to use, including the jewel Al Jazeera, risking their credibility. The sheer resource MB-led QTPi deployed in this fake news-driven propaganda made it abundantly clear that not only Brotherhood has arrived in India, but it also intends to stay, the report said.

An Intelligence Bureau official tells Oneindia that earlier Pakistain used to rely on the UAE and Saudi Arabia to drum up an anti-India narrative. However India's foreign policy has shifted and New Delhi has close allies in Saudi and the UAE, which has made Pakistain shift focus to Turkey, the official also said.

Family of Kansas woman who allegedly joined ISIS wants nothing to do with her
[FoxNews] The family of a Kansas woman accused of joining ISIS and training an all-female unit in Syria wants nothing to do with her, prosecutors said.

Allison Fluke-Ekren, 42, made her initial appearance Monday in U.S. District Court in Alexandria. Prosecutors say that the alleged jihadist, who is charged with providing material support to a terrorist organization, tried to recruit operatives to attack a U.S. college campus and shopping mall.

Fluke-Ekren allegedly became the leader of an ISIS unit called "Khatiba Nusaybah" in the Syrian city of Raqqa in late 2016.

First Assistant U.S. Attorney Raj Parekh told the judge that he had been in communication with Fluke-Ekren's parents and adult children,
What adult children? As far as we know, there are only the four with her first husband, Mr. Ekren the sniper, that they took with them to ISIS in Syria, and the child of their jacket wallah friends that she took in...
and they all said they wanted no contact with her.

Magistrate Judge Ivan Davis said he could not prevent her from reaching out to them from jail.

Fluke-Ekren, wearing an inmate jumpsuit and headscarf, said she understood the request. She's due back in court on Thursday for a detention hearing.

If convicted, Fluke-Ekren faces up to 20 years in prison. Her lawyer declined to comment.

Killing of Zahid Wani will leave Jaish-e-Mohammad-demoralised
[OneIndia] On Sunday, the Jammu and Kashmir
...a disputed territory lying between India and Pakistain. After partition, the Paks grabbed half of it and call it Azad (Free) Kashmir. The remainder they refer to as "Indian Occupied Kashmir". They have fought four wars with India over it, the score currently 4-0 in New Delhi's favor. After 72 years of this nonsense, India cut the Gordian knot in 2019, removing the area's special status, breaking off Ladakh as a separate state, and allowing people from other areas to settle (or in the case of the Pandits, to resettle) there....
police shot full of holes five bandidos murderous Moslems including top Jaish-e-Mohammad
...literally Army of Mohammad, a Pak-based Deobandi terror group founded by Maulana Masood Azhar in 2000, after he split with the Harkat-ul-Mujaheddin. In 2002 the government of Pervez Musharraf banned the group, which changed its name to Khaddam ul-Islam and continued doing what it had been doing before without missing a beat...
-e-Mohammad commander, Zahid Wani.

The killing of Wani is significant as he was one of the top wanted bandidos murderous Moslems and was leading the outfit in the Valley. He took over as the commander of the JeM following the arrest of Sameer Dar in Srinagar in 2016. Officials tell OneIndia that Wani was key to the JeM as he provided both logistic support and planned attacks.

The security forces have met with plenty of success in the past two years and have managed to gun down scores of bandidos murderous Moslems including top commanders. Wan's presence in the outfit ensured that the outfit was able to recruit and plan major attacks.

The official cited above said that his killing is bound to demoralise the cadres of the JeM. This would mean that the recruitments too would go down drastically. His killing comes in the backdrop of the security forces killing 21 bandidos murderous Moslems in January alone. There have been 11 encounters already this month.

Five bandidos murderous Moslems were shot down in two separate encounters in Jammu and Kashmir. The encounters took place in Pulwama and Budgam. "5 bandidos murderous Moslems of Pakistain sponsored proscribed terror outfits LeT and JeM killed in dual encounters in last 12 hours. JeM commander terrorist Zahid Wani and a Pak terrorist among the killed. Big success for us," a tweet by the J@K police read.

BDSM: Kashmir is the next startup for Muslim Brotherhood
[OneIndia] The Moslem Brüderbund has been targeting and strengthening its base in countries which are strategic partners with India. The Moslem Brüderbund has a strong footprint in Australia and the reason is obvious and that is to build a narrative and Boycott, Divestment Sanction Movement (BDSM). This is the Business Model of Conflict Industry.

The intent was soon clear when a hush-hush Tribunal was organized in Sarajevo (Bosnia, & Herzegovina) in December 2021 on the Kashmir issue.
An OSINT report by the Disinfo Lab speaks in detail about how a boycott boycott campaign was launched last year September by the Moslem Brüderbund (MB) nexus against India as well as targeting Saudi Arabia
...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula.

Science & Technology
Israel Now Has Potentially Effective Weapon Against Balloon Terror
[StrategyPage] An Israeli arms firm, Smart Shooter, has developed SMASH Dragon, an armed hexacopter that carries a stabilized gun platform that can be armed with a 5.56mm assault rifle or a 7.62mm sniper rifle. SMASH Dragon uses the same SMASH 2000 computerized rifle scope Smart Shooter introduced in 2018, but with addition of a new digital camera with zoom that enables the operator to search for and identify targets at longer ranges day or night, or set the system to automatically scan for certain types of targets. Armed with the 7.62mm rifle, SMASH Dragon can hit stationary targets over 300 meters distant with the first shot.

...Israel found that a locally made device, SMASH 2000 could do the job once its software had been modified to handle fire kites, fire balloons and, it turned out, quadcopters.

Boy, aren't you excited for the future in which our ruling class keeps us down with robot swarms? And if we protest that they're oppressing us, they just send out the drones to mass murder us? Yay, I can't wait!

Syria-Lebanon-Iran
Iran shifts centrifuge work away from site allegedly struck by Israel — UN watchdog
[IsraelTimes] European diplomat says centrifuge plant at Karaj has been moved to ’better protected’ facility in Isfahan; IAEA says cameras installed at new site

Iran
...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites....
has informed the ineffective International Atomic Energy Agency it has stopped production at one of its nuclear facilities attacked last June and transferred work to another site, the watchdog said Monday.

The move responded to a "security concern" following the attack, with the new site "better protected," a European diplomat told AFP.

The TESA complex in Karaj, which is near the capital Tehran, hosted a workshop to build components for centrifuges, machines used to enrich uranium.

Iran said cameras at the site were damaged on June 23, 2021 during what it called an Israeli "sabotage" operation.
OR, it was damaged by the Iranians. Why would the Juice want to disable surveillance?
In the aftermath, the Vienna-based IAEA said it did not receive permission to gain access and replace the surveillance equipment damaged in the attack.

The two parties finally struck an agreement in December and new cameras were installed.

However,
the difference between stupidity and genius is that genius has its limits...
IAEA Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi said "Iran had informed the Agency on 19 January that it intended to produce centrifuge rotor tubes and bellows at a new location in Isfahan," according to the UN watchdog.

It said "the Agency could adjust its surveillance and monitoring measures accordingly."

"A few days later, Agency inspectors applied seals on all the relevant machines in the Karaj workshop, placed them under containment and then removed the surveillance cameras installed there," it said.

"As a result, the production of centrifuge rotor tubes and bellows at the Karaj workshop had ceased," it added.

Then on January 24 IAEA inspectors set up cameras at a site in Isfahan "to ensure the machines intended for the production of centrifuge rotor tubes and bellows were under monitoring," it said.

It added that the production of the centrifuge equipment at the new workshop had yet to begin.

Iran has sharply accelerated its nuclear activities in the years since then-US president Donald Trump
...dictatorial for repealing some (but not all) of the diktats of his predecessor, misogynistic because he likes pretty girls, homophobic because he doesn't think gender bending should be mandatory, truly a man for all seasons......
withdrew from the 2015 international nuclear deal and imposed sweeping sanctions on Tehran.

The 2015 deal — struck between Iran and the United States (under president Barack Obama
How much damage could he do in four years?... Eight, then...
), Germany, La Belle France, Britannia, China and Russia — offered Iran drastic relief from international sanctions in return for draconian curbs on its nuclear program.

After US President Joe The Big Guy Biden
...46th president of the U.S. We hold these truths to be self-evident. All men and women created ... by the — you know — you know, the thing...
entered the White House just over a year ago, talks to revive the nuclear deal began in April 2021 in Vienna.

But they stopped for several months as the Islamic Theocratic Republic elected a new ultraconservative government.

The talks finally resumed in late November and are now in their final phase that requires political decisions, according to parties involved in the talks.
