Doha Breakthrough: Afghan Negotiators Agree on Procedural Rules
[ToloNews] Negotiators from both sides in Doha have agreed on procedural rules for the peace negotiation talks, the Taliban
...the Pashtun equivalent of men...
and the delegation of the Islamic Theocratic Republic of Afghanistan confirmed on Wednesday.
"we've agreed on the size of the table"
"not yet..."

Nader Nadery, a member of the republic’s negotiating team in Doha, said: "Today (Wednesday), the plenary meeting was held between two Intra-Afghan negotiation teams. In this meeting, a joint working committee was tasked to prepare the draft topics for the agenda."

Taliban front man Mohammad Naeem stated that a general meeting of the two sides was held in Doha on Wednesday, and the joint committee was tasked with preparing the topics for the agenda of the talks.

"The current talks between the delegations from the two sides indicate that there is a will for peace among Afghans," said Mohammad Naeem.

The international community and Afghan leaders have responded positively to the news.
Numerous statements saying the usual things from the usual suspects skipped.
Abdullah Abdullah
...the former foreign minister of the Northern Alliance government, advisor to Masood, and candidate for president against both Karzai and Ghani. Dr. Abdullah was born in Kabul and is half Tadjik and half Pashtun. He also held the meaningless salaried sop position as CEO of Afghanistan, while Ghani was president...
, Reconciliation Council chairman, welcomed the "initial major step" of both sides' agreement in Doha on the procedural framework, and thanked the "republic’s negotiation team, all controllers and the host Qatar
...an emirate on the east coast of the Arabian Peninsula. It sits on some really productive gas and oil deposits, which produces the highest per capita income in the world. They piss it all away on religion, financing the Moslem Brotherhood and several al-Qaeda affiliates. Home of nutbag holy manYusuf al-Qaradawi...
for their valuable support."

Presidential Palace front man Sediq Sediqqi: "The president of the Islamic Theocratic Republic of Afghanistan welcomes the finalization of the negotiation procedures in Doha. It’s a step forward towards beginning the negotiations on the main issues, including a comprehensive ceasefire as the key demand of the Afghan people for a lasting peace."

The negotiating teams of the Islamic Theocratic Republic of Afghanistan and the Taliban recently agreed to include the US-Taliban deal, UN endorsements for the Afghan grinding of the peace processor, commitments of the negotiating teams and the will of the Afghan people as the base for upcoming negotiations, sources said.

Both the Kabul and Taliban teams had formed small groups called "contact groups" on the opening day of the talks on September 12. The contact groups have held five meetings so far to discuss rules and regulations as well as the agenda of the negotiations.

Qatar, which hosts the talks between the two sides, hailed the breakthrough reached on Wednesday, calling it a "milestone in the Afghan peace negotiations that began on September 12, 2020."

The peace negotiations between teams from the Islamic Theocratic Republic of Afghanistan and the Taliban started on September 12; however, talks had been delayed because of disagreements on the procedural rules.

NATO Will Decide on Withdrawal Plans by February 2021
[KhaamaPress] General Jens Stoltenberg, at the initial session of NATO
...the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. A collection of multinational and multilingual and multicultural armed forces, all of differing capabilities, working toward a common goal by pulling in different directions...
foreign forces, called on the Taliban
...Arabic for students...
to reduce violence and emphasized that is the only step.

"What we need to see is a lasting peace agreement. And part of that has to be a ceasefire. So, the reduction of violence should only be the first step," Jens said, "The ambition is intra-Afghan peace solution. And, of course, that has to include a comprehensive ceasefire".

He stressed, that NATO is committed to supporting the Afghan grinding of the peace processor and the organization will adjust its presence according to the process.

"While the United States has decided to further reduce its troop numbers to 2,500, NATO’s training mission continues. And over half of our forces are, now, non-US. Ministers made clear that all Allies remain committed to the mission. And to supporting Afghan cops in the fight against terrorism. As we continue to assess the situation in Afghanistan, it is clear that we will face a turning point early next year," he added.

He told at the conference that "If we stay, we risk continued fighting. And an even longer-term engagement" and "If we leave, we risk Afghanistan once again becoming a safe haven for international terrorists. And the loss of the gains made with such sacrifice."

According to Stoltenberg the decision to stay and leave Afghanistan will be declared by February of 2021.

He said, "there is a price for staying longer. But there is also a price for leaving too soon. We will have to take some hard decisions when NATO defense ministers meet next February. But whatever we decide, we must do it in a coordinated and orderly way,".

For decades NATO supported the Afghan allies and will continue its support until 2024, there is an assurance that NATO will not remain in the country further the required necessary time.

This comes as Debrah Lyons, the Secretary-General’s Special Representative for Afghanistan and Head of UNAMA, paid a two-day visit to Doha, Qatar
...an emirate on the east coast of the Arabian Peninsula. It sits on some really productive gas and oil deposits, which produces the highest per capita income in the world. They piss it all away on religion, financing the Moslem Brotherhood and several al-Qaeda affiliates. Home of nutbag holy manYusuf al-Qaradawi...
, on Tuesday.

According to UNAMA’s statement, she will speak to members of the Taliban and the Afghan government on the progress of the grinding of the peace processor.

She will also discuss the outcome of the Geneva Conference, with the peace negotiators.

#1  "Ministers made clear that all Allies remain committed to the mission."

That is an outright lie. NATO countries absolutely despise their troops being in Afghanistan. They view it as the US dragging them into wars that don't concern them, and it's hard to see that they're not wrong.

"According to Stoltenberg the decision to stay and leave Afghanistan will be declared by February of 2021."

Just as the peace president will be out and the war president in. Gosh, what a coincidence.

We're never leaving Afghanistan. Ever. Not even after we surrender our sovereignty to a global governance and US troops become global troops. Permanent war.

Former DG-ISI Reveals Secrete Links With Taliban
[KhaamaPress] DG. Asad Durrani, the former head of Pakistain’s ISI, said that despite the pressures, he used to support the Taliban
...the Pashtun equivalent of men...
in any way he could.

In a recent interview with the BBC, Asad Durrani said he also had links to the mujahedin and helped them drive the Soviet Union out of Afghanistan.

He says that just as he had influence over the Mujahideen, he did the same with the Taliban and cooperated with the group in any way possible.

He added that the same with the Taliban, despite all the pressure, we influenced them and kept in touch with them.

"Pakistain can use its power against the Mujahideen and the Taliban to talk and whatever decision negotiators make is acceptable to us, there is nothing more Pakistain can do." According to Durrani.

This is despite the fact that the international community and Afghans have long said that Pakistain has influence over the Taliban and is helping them, but the country has often denied this, some Pak officials who have resigned or have been retired, uncovered similar secrets that shows Pakistain’s links to the Taliban and that the country supported their war in Afghanistan.

#1  The Taliban is the creation of Zia al-Haq and Pakistan itself, and it has continued for decades with the direct support of the Pakistan military ISI. And Durrani damn well knows it. The USA should have put Pakistan on the terrorist list long ago (hell, it did it with the Sudan no less).

Sudan ties may fall apart as Congress balks at Khartoum’s demands — report
[Israel.times] An agreement by Sudan to establish ties with Israel may be in danger after Sudanese officials demanded that the US approve legislation protecting it from terror-related lawsuits by the end of the year, The New York Times

...which still proudly displays Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize...

reports.

Without the legislation, Khartoum could possibly renege on its agreement to pursue ties with Israel, which was heavily pushed by the Trump administration.

The report says that US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has assured Sudan that the legislation will be passed in the coming weeks and a signing ceremony is already being planned at the White House.

However,
a lie repeated often enough remains a lie...
politicians quoted in the report say there are several hurdles regarding compensation for victims of terror, including from the September 11 attacks. Lawmakers have also raised hackles over another part of the deal negotiated by the State Department, which regards compensation for attacks on US embassies in East Africa in 1998.

Europe
Almost Half of Violent Sex Crimes in Italy Committed By Foreigners
[Breitbart] Nearly half of the violent mostly peaceful sex attacks in Italia are committed by foreigners, according to data released by the Italian statistics agency ISTAT.

The data released by the statistics agency states that around 42 per cent of the violent mostly peaceful sex crimes against women in Italia are committed by foreigners, with non-European Union
...the successor to the Holy Roman Empire, only without the Hapsburgs and the nifty uniforms and the dancing...
citizens representing a significant portion of sex attackers.

The figures, which represent incidents from 2018, reveal that there were 4,802 violent mostly peaceful sex attacks that year and that 2,009 of them involved foreign attackers, newspaper Il Giornale reports.

The newspaper points out that the proportion of foreign sex attacker is exceptionally high compared to the foreign share of the Italian population, which sits at around 8.6 per cent.

Of the 41.8 per cent of sex attackers, 35 per cent come from countries outside of the European Union, with Moroccans and Nigerians making up a large proportion fo the non-EU attackers.

Foreigners are also vastly overrepresented in the exploitation and aiding of prostitution with 68.8 per cent of such crimes attributable to migrants colonists.

Moslem colonists Migrants are also said to be involved in nearly a quarter of child sex abuse cases and migrant women account for one in four victims of sexual abuse.

According to Il Giornale, there are concerns the numbers may be even higher, as many migration-background women may not report sex attacks to authorities out of fear for their own personal safety.

In 2018, the Italian Interior Ministry revealed that migrants colonists and foreigners commit nearly a third of all crime in the country, and a 2016 study suggested that foreigners were twice as likely as Italians to engage in criminal behaviour.

Other European countries have reported similar statistics regarding migrant crime rates, such as Germany, where last year it was reported that Germans were far more likely to be a victim of migrant crime than the other way round.

Earlier this year, Norwegian politicians showed that migrants colonists, particularly Somalians, were vastly overrepresented in violent mostly peaceful crimes.

Israel-Palestine-Jordan
Israel receives first of its new missile boats
[IsraelTimes] Israel receives the first of its new missile boat, with a top naval officer telling AFP the fleet upgrade "dramatically" improves the country’s ability to counter regional rivals, including Iran.

The procurement of four naval vessels and three submarines from German industrial giant Thyssenkrupp has been the subject of long-running corruption probes involving top allies of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

But graft allegations aside, the ships themselves form a key part of a major naval upgrade in the Jewish state, Israel’s head of naval operations, Rear Admiral Eyal Harel, said in an interview last week.

Harel said the new fleet would bolster the navy’s capacity to defend increasingly lucrative offshore natural gas assets from rivals like Leb
...an Iranian colony situated on the eastern Mediterranean, conveniently adjacent to Israel. Formerly inhabited by hardy Phoenecian traders, its official language is now Arabic, with the usual unpleasant side effects. The Leb civil war, between 1975 and 1990, lasted a little over 145 years and produced 120,000 fatalities. The average length of a ceasefire was measured in seconds. The Lebs maintain a precarious sectarian balance among Shiites, Sunnis, and about a dozeen flavors of Christians. It is the home of Hezbollah, which periodically starts a war with the Zionist Entity, gets Beirut pounded to rubble, and then declares victory and has a parade. The Lebs have the curious habit of periodically murdering their heads of state or prime ministers...
’s Shiite group Hezbollah, which receives backing from Iran.

According to Harel, Israel’s offshore rigs "are the main objective on the Hezbollah target list for the next war."

The vessels — Saar 6-class corvettes — are equipped with "the (most) sophisticated radar on board any vessel in the world," he said.

The first Saar 6, the INS Magen, arrives at Haifa’s port on Wednesday.

Syria-Lebanon-Iran
More than 900 Syrian Fighters Return Home from Karabakh
[AnNahar] More than 900 pro-Turkish Syrian fighters have returned to Syria after the end of fighting in the disputed area of Nagorno-Karabakh, a Britain-based Syrian war monitor said Wednesday.

A November 9 truce ended more than a month of fighting between Azerbaijan and Armenia over the ethnic Armenian enclave that broke away from Baku's control in a war in the 1990s.

Turkey has been accused of sending hundreds of Syrian mercenaries to fight alongside Azeri forces in the conflict, though Ankara has denied this.

More than 2,580 Syrian combatants have been sent to back Baku in total, of whom 293 have died, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitoring group.

"More than 900 fighters from pro-Ankara factions have returned to Syria in several waves," the latest on November 27, Observatory head Rami Abdel Rahman said.

The rest of the fighters were expected home in the coming days.

Returning fighters went back to northern parts of war-torn Syria under control of pro-Turkey rebels, including Afrin, Jarabulus and Al-Bab, Abdel Rahman said.

Terror Networks
Article In New Pro-Al-Qaeda Magazine Urges 'Lone Wolves' In The West To Exploit Coronavirus Pandemic By Handing Out Poisoned Masks, Burning Cars Of 'Crusaders'
[MEMRI] On November 26, 2020 the pro-Al-Qaeda media outlet Jaish al-Malahem al-Electroni released the first issue of a new magazine called Wolves of Manhattan, aimed at "instructing jihadis who live among the unbelievers" to carry out various kinds of attacks.[1] The issue, titled "Defeaters of the Cross" and posted on the group's Telegram and Twitter accounts, included an Arabic-language article offering ways to exploit the coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague)
...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men...
pandemic by handing out poisoned masks to passersby or burning the cars of "Crusaders" on the streets.

The article, titled "Ways And Means Of Exploiting the Corona Pandemic Against The Powers Of Global Unbelief," began by reminding lone wolves living in the West that the pandemic offered them many opportunities that they should not miss.

The article urged mujahideen lone wolves to use masks for killing, plundering, and spreading terror. It reminded them that masks will help them avert surveillance cameras, which in the past were a significant impediment to lone wolf attacks and led to the arrest of many mujahideen. The article noted that since people are required to wear masks during the pandemic, Allah's "soldiers" should seize the opportunity and wear masks and gloves to carry out attacks without arousing suspicion.

"Remember to support your religion, retaliate for your brothers in the beloved Paleostine, and fulfill the promise of your imam Osama [bin Laden] that the Crusaders will never dream of security unless we have it in reality in Paleostine."

The article listed five methods to use for various types of attacks. These included "killing with bladed weapons (a knife or something similar); killing by striking with stones or heavy weights (above the neck); killing with firearms; setting off explosions with handmade bombs (Molotov cocktails); setting stores and companies ablaze."

The article also urged lone wolves not to be limited to these ideas, reminding them that the "Manhattan raids" [the September 11 terrorist attacks] benefited from numerous previous operations: "Do not think that the aforementioned is your only way to perform jihad."

Offering additional examples of attacks, the article urged lone wolves to use poisoned masks to kill the "Crusaders." It also called on "the wolves of Islam" to hand out poisoned masks in streets or 'stations" and reminded them not to wear any clothing that could arouse suspicion or to insist that passersby take the masks.

The article then asked the "soldiers of Islam" not to limit themselves to this idea, noting that there are dozens of methods and ideas they can exploit during the pandemic.

The article stated that "your target is every Crusader, since every Crusader is a criminal. The greatest crime which he committed is his unbelief in Allah." It offered a list of key targets, including retired officers and intelligence officials, soldiers and coppers, businessmen who pay hefty taxes to "Crusader governments," "Crusaders who are hostile and belligerent towards Islam in their speeches," and "Crusaders in general who are collaborating by paying taxes."

The article concluded by urging lone wolves to burn "the cars of the Crusaders" using lighters, matches, and two liters of oil, since streets are empty because of the pandemic as per the list of key targets. The article reminded the lone wolves to wear masks and extra clothing that can be easily removed and thrown away in a remote place, far from surveillance cameras.
