[WBKO] Hello, Kentucky? Eliminate this creature. Rehab isn't going to work. Ever.
BARREN COUNTY, Ky. (WBKO) - An Allen County man has been charged for the third time this year with child sexual abuse offenses after an undercover investigation.
Chad Delucenay, 34, was charged Saturday with with 10 counts of promoting a minor under 16 years old in a sexual performance.
Delucenay was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation.
The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after discovering the suspect sharing images of child sexual exploitation online.
Delucenay was originally arrested for child sexual exploitation offenses in Allen County in June 2023.
Delucenay was arrested a second time for child sexual offenses in Todd County on Nov. 1.
Further investigation revealed an additional victim and evidence for charges in Barren County.
These charges in Barren County resulted in the third time Delucenay was arrested for child sexual offenses.
The Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch presented this investigation to the Barren County Grand Jury and an indictment warrant was returned.
Delucenay was taken to the Barren County Detention Center where he remains on a $100,000 cash bond.
He has a court date set for Nov. 27.

[NYP] A Pennsylvania woman who tweeted boasts about her reckless driving minutes before killing two state troopers and a pedestrian on I-95 in Philadelphia was sentenced to decades in prison Wednesday.
Jayana Webb, 23, who is seven months pregnant received a sentence of 27 and-a-half to 60 years in prison after she pleaded guilty to three counts of third-degree murder and homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence. "But I'm going to be a mother! You wouldn't want a child to grow up without a Mother's love, would you?"
I assume the Troopers and pedestrian also were parents?
Her attorney Mike Walker told the Philadelphia Inquirer that under the terms of her guilty plea she will remain free until she gives birth in February, after which she will be permitted to spend some time bonding with her child before reporting to prison.
Webb’s blood alcohol content was more than twice the legal limit at the time of the early morning crash on March 21, 2022.
The wreck claimed the lives of Pennsylvania State Troopers Branden Sisca, 29, and Martin Mack, 33, as well as Reyes Riviera Oliveras, 28, a pedestrian the troopers were helping get to safety off the roadway.
[BREITBART] A left-wing-run museum in England has pronounced that an ancient Roman Emperor from the third century was transgender and will be referred to by female pronouns to be more "inclusive".
The North Hertfordshire Museum, run by the local council which is presently in the hands of a Liberal Democrat-Labour Party coalition, has determined that Roman Emperor Elagabalus, born Sextus Varius Avitus Bassianus, was transgender. Latin has male and female gender endings. If he was female, he would have been Elagabala.
Based on dubious historical sources, the council determined that a display featuring a silver denarius coin produced during his reign would now refer to Elagabalus as "she" and for the coin to be used in other LGBT-themed displays, The Telegraph reported. Gibbon describes Elagabalus more as a homosexual, not as "trans," though he was into cross-dressing.
The decision to label the Roman ruler as trans by the woke council, which consults with the controversial LGBT charity Stonewall and the LGBT wing of the Unison trade union, was made in light of historical accounts from Roman senator and historian Cassius Dio, who claimed that Elagabalus had allegedly told a lover to "call me not lord, for I am a lady".
Dio also claimed that the young emperor, who was assassinated at the age of 18 in 222 AD, had been referred to as "wife, mistress and queen" and had even asked for mock female genitalia to be created for him.
However, nothing needs reforming like other people's bad habits... this account has been widely questioned, given that Dio was an ally of Elagabalus’ successor as emperor, Severus Alexander and therefore had a vested interest in discrediting the reputation of the slain ruler as a means of legitimising the rule of Severus.
Cambridge Classics Professor Andrew Wallace-Hadrill said: "The Romans didn’t have our idea of ’trans’ as a category, but they used accusations of sexual behaviour ’as a woman’ as one of the worst insults against men.
He went on to note that because Elagabalus was of Syrian heritage and not of Roman stock, there was likely "racial prejudice going on there too" in the attempts to tarnish his reputation.

America's growing political and cultural divisions have finally split the United States apart. Now, as the former blue states begin to collapse under the dead weight of their politically correct tyranny, a lethal operative haunted by his violent past undertakes one last mission to infiltrate and take out his target in the nightmarish city of Los Angeles, deep in the heart of the People's Republic of North America. National Review's Jim Geraghty calls Kurt Schlichter's "People's Republic" "a surreal, fast-paced journey through a dramatically different America but less than a generation away. ... Violent, imaginative, full of mordant humor and dark, gritty details, you won't want to live in this People's Republic...but you'll feel a chill as you wonder how different our real future will be." Author and television host Cam Edwards says "Kurt Schlichter's 'People's Republic' is a roller coaster ride through a post-election Hellscape that will leave you wanting more." Radio host Hugh Hewitt say "Schlichter puts a whole flight of Black Swans in the air --each of them plausible-- and the result is a riveting, page-turner, and a demand from Schlichter for...more." "People's Republic" is the first novel by Kurt Schlichter, a retired Army infantry colonel, a conservative radio and television commentator on the Fox networks and elsewhere, a Senior Columnist at Townhall, com, and a popular and hilarious Twitter raconteur. He's also a trial lawyer, so he has an intimate understanding of evil and deception. Radio host and commentator Ben Shapiro calls "People's Republic "chilling," and author and columnist David Limbaugh calls it "a thought-provoking action thriller set against the backdrop of a shattered America." Fox News contributor and author Katie Pavlich says, "They say conservatives are terrible story tellers, but Kurt Schlichter destroys that stereotype in his new novel People's Republic and issues a dire warning about the future of America." As with his prior book "Conservative Insurgency: The Struggle to Take America Back 2013-2041," "People's Republic" takes today's news and projects the trends out into the future. Funny, frightening and action-packed, "People's Republic" is a thriller that will make you think as well as keep you turning the pages.
If you've not read it, Kurt Schlichter does an amazing job.

And the Bud Lite ads are awful. They are the most bland and generic commercials of people enjoying their product while watching football. Just like just about every other product out there. It does nothing to differentiate Bud Lite from Doritos or Pepsi. In tryiing to be inoffensive, Bud Lite has slipped into trite cliche. If this is the best they can do, then the glory days of Anheuser-Busch marketing are truly over.

Border Patrol agents stopped the vehicles using emergency equipment
A group of 20 Romanian nationals — including two with organized crime ties — were nabbed Tuesday after illegally entering the U.S. from the Canadian border, authorities say.
Border Patrol agents apprehended the subjects after four vehicles were observed crossing the international boundary from Canada into the United States, according to a press release from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
Agents were alerted to the illegal crossing just after 6 a.m., and responded to the area on Lincoln Road in Hodgdon, a rural town in northeastern Maine, along the Canadian border.
Border Patrol agents stopped the vehicles using emergency equipment, CBP says. The subjects were transported to Fort Fairfield Station for processing.
The processing revealed that the subjects were from Romania. Most of them were family members, including 10 adults and 10 juveniles. Two of the subjects processed were revealed to have ties to transnational organized crime, CBP says.
[BearingArms] Last June, Ohio became the 23rd state in the nation to adopt a “permitless carry” law, allowing legal gun owners to both keep and bear arms without having to first obtain a government permission slip.
At the time, gun control activists and anti-gun politicians decried the move and declared it would make the state a more dangerous place. State Rep. Allison Russo even claimed that “Republicans have made it crystal clear that they value the approval of the gun lobby more than the lives of Ohioans and the police officers who protect our communities every day.”
With the FBI’s crime statistics for 2022 now publicly available, was Russo right? Did Ohio become a more dangerous place because of permitless carry? Were Republicans really casting their votes because they had no care or concern about the safety of their constituents or those tasked with enforcing the laws they approved at the state capitol?
Nope to all of the above.
Overall violent crimes were down in Ohio and the U.S. in 2022, with Ohio seeing a 7.5% decrease from 2021 and the U.S. reporting a 1.63% decrease.
Last year Ohio and the U.S. both also saw a drop in homicides after increases in 2021 and 2020.
Ohio had 6.1 homicides per 100,000 people last year, compared to 7.5 and 7 in 2021 and 2020, respectively, according data from the FBI. Nationally there were 6.5 homicide per 100,000 in 2020 and 6.8 in 2021 compared to 6.3 in 2022.
We still have a couple of months left in the first full calendar year since permitless carry took effect, and statewide crime stats for 2023 won’t be released for several months after that, but a look at crime analyst Jeff Asher’s Year to Date Murder Comparison dashboard shows continued declines in the homicide rate in many Ohio cities.
Akron, for instance, has seen its murder rate decline by almost 40% through September 30th. Homicides in Cincinnati are down 13% compared to last year, and murders have dropped by 30% in Toledo.
In Cleveland and Columbus it’s a different story. Murders have increased by almost 14% in Cleveland, while the state capitol has seen a 9.6% jump in homicides this year. Anti-gun politicians in those cities have been quick to blame Republican lawmakers and the “gun lobby” for the rise in crime, but the truth is that it’s those cities that are the outlier at the moment; not just in Ohio but across the country.
The vast majority of individuals who are responsible for the state’s homicides, armed robberies, aggravated assaults, carjackings, home invasions, and other violent offenses were already carrying without a permit long before Ohio’s permitless carry law took effect. They don’t care about a misdemeanor gun law prohibiting them from carrying without a license any more than they’re concerned with committing a violent felony.
Anti-gunners were absolutely convinced that permitless carry was going to make Ohio a more dangerous place, but once again we see that more guns doesn’t equate to more crimes. It is possible to protect the Second Amendment rights of responsible citizens while cracking down on violent criminals, and the “more guns, more crime” myth has been dealt another blow.

Joking aside, this is a crucial question when buying older firearms at shows or pawn shops. I have a friend who bought a pre-81 Browning BLR with no magazine and they are basically unobtainable though you see elusive listings at eye watering prices online.
Always make sure you get at least a couple mags with it or take a pass on that table queen at the gun show.

[AFRICANEWS] Imprisoned Senegal ... a nation of about 14 million on the west coast of Africa bordering Mauretania to the north, Mali to the east, and a pair of Guineas to the south, one of them Bissau. It is 90 percent Mohammedan and has more than 80 political parties. Its primary purpose seems to be absorbing refugees... ese opposition figure Ousmane Sonko, whose bid for the 2024 presidential election is in doubt, has ended the hunger strike he has been on since mid-October, announced two of his party officials who visited him in prison.
"He has suspended the use of this weapon for the time being", said MP Guy Marius Sagna in a message sent to AFP.
Habib Sy, an official in the opposition coalition, also published an authenticated text on his Facebook page confirming the information. "In any event, he will take them up again, depending on the context", he added.
Both men said that Mr Sonko was "in excellent shape" and in good spirits. Mr Sonko had been admitted to intensive care in a Dakar hospital after losing consciousness at the end of October and was in a "very weak" state at the time, according to his lawyers.
"Sonko remains our one and only candidate", said Mr Sagna.
However, a good lie finds more believers than a bad truth... on Friday, Senegal's Supreme Court overturned a ruling that had put Mr Sonko back in the running for the presidency by overturning his removal from the electoral roll following his conviction in a vice case.
The case is due to be retried on a date yet to be announced, at a time when the opposition leader is racing against time to obtain the sponsorship he needs to stand as a presidential candidate.
Since Sunday, Mr Sonko's party, Pastef, has been calling for support for Bassirou Diomaye Faye, who is also behind bars. "To sponsor Diomaye is to sponsor Sonko", says a party campaign. However, a good lie finds more believers than a bad truth... the party continues to say that Ousmane Sonko's candidacy is plan A.
[AFRICANEWS] A rebel group with alleged links to neighboring Rwanda claimed Wednesday (Nov. 22) to have seized a new town in DR Congo’s conflict-hit eastern region amid intense fighting, raising further security concerns ahead of the country’s Dec. 20 presidential election.
Mweso town, which is about 100 kilometres (62 miles) from the North Kivu picturesque provincial capital of Goma, came under the control of the M23 rebel group following days of fighting with government-backed forces, Lawrence Kanyuka, the group’s front man, claimed.
Residents in the area told The News Agency that Dare Not be Named they witnessed gunfire between the rebels and security forces. "The enemy has managed to reoccupy Mweso," said one, Alain Kamala.
The AP was not immediately able to verify who was in control of the town. The Congolese army confirmed there was fighting under way around the area.
Congolese President Felix Tshisekedi blames Rwanda for destabilizing Congo by backing the M23 rebels. U.N. experts have linked the rebels to Rwandan forces. Rwanda piously denies this.
The rebels said the latest round of fighting started after government-backed forces "attacked heavily populated areas and our positions on many axes" and that they "will not hesitate to protect the civilian population and its belongings."

[GEO.TV] At least three children suffered stab wounds near a girl's school in Dublin's city centre, prompting a swift emergency response.
The attack transpired around 1 pm near Parnell Square, leading to the hospitalisation of two children. A suspect, apprehended at the scene and treated for injuries, is now in jug.
Emergency services, including Gardaí, are actively managing the situation, resulting in closed lanes and diversions. While details remain limited, a Garda spokesperson acknowledged the ongoing serious incident, emphasising the early stage of the investigation.
"An Garda Síochána are currently at the scene of a serious incident on Parnell Square East and are being assisted other emergency services," a garda spokesperson has said.
Authorities are diligently working to uncover further details surrounding this distressing event.
"that it was founded on the Laws of their Prophet, that it was written in their Koran, that all nations who should not have acknowledged their authority were sinners, that it was their right and duty to make war upon them wherever they could be found, and to make slaves of all they could take as Prisoners, and that every Musselman who should be slain in Battle was sure to go to Paradise."

This is how the Left in America claims Americans would react to similar outrages. It only happens here in their favored communities of protected groups.
An odd tale — so much missing information that it becomes suspicious.
[Jpost] Three young children were among five people injured in a knife attack in Dublin on Thursday that sparked riots in the city center and which police have not yet ruled out any motive over, including whether it could be terror-related.
Public transport was suspended and patients were advised not to travel to a nearby maternity hospital unless absolutely necessary after clashes between riot police and anti-immigrant protesters, who arrived at the scene of the attack beside the main thoroughfare of O'Connell Street.
A double-decker bus was burned to the ground in front of the Daniel O'Connell statue at the head of the street and windows were smashed at a nearby Holiday Inn hotel and McDonalds restaurant. A Footlocker store was looted.
"They are disgraceful scenes. We have a complete lunatic, hooligan faction driven by far-right ideology engaged in serious violence," Police Commissioner Drew Harris told reporters after deploying 400 officers to restore public order.
A police car was also burnt out.
UNPRECEDENTED RIOTING
Such rioting is almost unprecedented in Dublin. There are no far-right parties or politicians elected to parliament, but small anti-immigrant protests have grown in the last year. The government is reviewing security around parliament after a recent protest trapped lawmakers inside.
Harris said all lines of inquiry related to the attack remained open, contradicting a senior officer who had earlier told reporters that police were satisfied the incident was not terror-related.
"I'm not going to speculate any further in respect of a terrorist motive. Until we're sure what the motive is, we have to keep an open mind as to why this happened," he said.
A five-year-old girl was receiving emergency treatment after sustaining serious injuries in the stabbing. A man in his late 40s, also being treated for serious injuries, was arrested by police who said they are not looking for any other suspect.
Police said it appeared the man attacked a number of people on Dublin's Parnell Square shortly after 1330 GMT. Members of the public intervened at an early stage of the attack.
A woman in her 30s was also being treated for serious injuries while the two other children, a five-year-old boy and six-year-old girl, suffered less serious injuries. The boy has been discharged from hospital.
"There was complete and utter pandemonium, women wailing, men screaming and crying," Anthony Boyle, 31, an IT consultant who lives on the road and was passing by told Reuters.
ANTI-IMMIGRANT PROTESTORS BREAK THROUGH POLICE BARRIER
The scene was still sealed off shortly before 1800 GMT when a group of around 50 anti-immigrant protesters briefly broke through a police barrier. Some shouted "get them out" and one kicked the wing mirror off a police car. Another was draped in an Irish flag.
A larger crowd then began throwing objects and firing fireworks at riot police in helmets and shields, once they were deployed, and the rioting spiraled out of control. The crowds began to disperse around 2100 GMT.
Police would not comment on the nationality of the detained man.
Net migration among Ireland's 5.3 million population rose to its second highest level since records began in the 12 months to April and around 100,000 Ukrainian refugees have arrived since Russia's invasion, among the highest per capita in the EU.
"There is a group of people, thugs, criminals, who are using this appalling attack to sow division," Justice Minister Helen McEntee told reporters.
"Every force possible is being used by the Gardai (police) to restore order. This will not be tolerated.

"Police would not comment on the nationality of the detained man."

The Media wasted no time in blaming ONLY Far Right Extremest for the Riots.
[Regnum] The right-wing Alternative for Germany (AfD) party called for the resignation of the German government and early elections. This was stated on November 23 on the party’s social network page X.
The call came as the results of a survey were published showing that two-thirds of the country's citizens believe that Chancellor Olaf Scholz is unable to cope with the crisis.
...According to the results of a survey by the public opinion research institute Forsa, 66% of respondents said that Scholz cannot cope with the current crisis situation in Germany, and only 24% of respondents consider him competent.
As IA Regnum previously reported , the ruling coalition in Germany continued to lose popular support, a survey by the Insa Institute showed. Only 35% of respondents expressed their willingness to vote for the parties included in the ruling coalition - the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD), the Green Party and the Free Democratic Party (FDP). The support level for the Alternative for Germany party was 21%.
According to German political scientist Vladimir Sergienko , Scholz’s weak policies and support for Ukraine have seriously hit the German economy; this threatens to undermine the country’s economic power in five years. Germany will be able to recover to previous economic levels, but this requires serious changes in the country's political landscape, the expert said.
According to a study by the Allensbach Institute for Demoscopy, 50% of Germans believe that in 10-15 years Germany will cease to be one of the leading economies in the world, while in 2022 only 30% thought so.
[BBC] Turkey's central bank has raised its main interest rate to 40% as part of a concerted campaign to tackle soaring inflation in the country.
The rise, from the previous rate of 35%, was much greater than expected.
But Turkey's central bank suggested rates were approaching the level required to start lowering inflation.
Inflation - which measures the rate of price rises - hit 61.36% in October and is forecast to rise further and peak in May next year at around 70 to 75%.
While central banks globally have raised interest rates in an attempt to slow rising prices, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan had resisted economic orthodoxy previously, arguing that higher rates would cause prices to rise.
However, since his re-election in May, his stance has changed.
The central bank, under its new chief Hafize Gaye Erkan, a former Wall Street banker, has been allowed to ratchet up interest rates - to try to increase the cost of borrowing and slow down price rises - from 8.5% to 40%.
"The pace of monetary tightening will slow down and the tightening cycle will be completed in a short period of time," the central bank said.
It added interest rates would stay at a high level for "as long as needed to ensure sustained price stability".
Turkey's economy grew dramatically in the early years of President Erdogan's leadership, but in recent years has struggled.
The central bank's previous policy of cutting interest rates despite high inflation triggered a currency crisis in 2021. It led to the government to introduce a scheme to protect lira deposits from currency depreciation.

Michael Hayden speaks at a conference in Washington, Feb. 19, 2011. (CBS News) LONDON. Former CIA director Michael Hayden has told an Israeli newspaper that the Jewish state is not capable of carrying out and sustaining military action against Iran's nuclear sites without U.S. support, and that there is still time before a decision on any such strike needs to be made.
"I do not underestimate the Israeli talent, but geometry and physics tell us that Iran's nuclear program would pose a difficult challenge to any military," Hayden told the widely-circulated Haaretz daily..., adding that, "Israel's resources are more limited than those of the U.S."
"There is no absolute certainty that all targets are known," ... suggesting that Iran's alleged efforts to conceal a nuclear weapons program may be outwitting even the world's most advanced espionage agencies.
He reiterated previous comments by American officials who have said a single bombing raid would not be able to inflict significant damage on Iran's heavily-fortified nuclear sites. "They will have to be revisited - which only the U.S. Air Force would be able to do."

Replacing all the Gazans who will never again work in Israel?
[Jpost] Historic bilateral agreement between Israel and India in Knesset, expected to bring 40k Indian workers to address construction and nursing shortages, boosting Israeli economy.
[BLAZE] By the President of the United States of America, a Proclamation.
Whereas it is the duty of all Nations to acknowledge the providence of Almighty God, to obey his will, to be grateful for his benefits, and humbly to implore his protection and favor — and whereas both Houses of Congress have by their joint Committee requested me to recommend to the People of the United States a day of public thanksgiving and prayer to be observed by acknowledging with grateful hearts the many signal favors of Almighty God especially by affording them an opportunity peaceably to establish a form of government for their safety and happiness.
Now therefore I do recommend and assign Thursday the 26th day of November next to be devoted by the People of these States to the service of that great and glorious Being, who is the beneficent Author of all the good that was, that is, or that will be — That we may then all unite in rendering unto him our sincere and humble thanks — for his kind care and protection of the People of this Country previous to their becoming a Nation — for the signal and manifold mercies, and the favorable interpositions of his Providence which we experienced in the course and conclusion of the late war — for the great degree of tranquility, union, and plenty, which we have since enjoyed — for the peaceable and rational manner, in which we have been enabled to establish constitutions of government for our safety and happiness, and particularly the national One now lately instituted — for the civil and religious liberty with which we are blessed; and the means we have of acquiring and diffusing useful knowledge; and in general for all the great and various favors which he hath been pleased to confer upon us.
