[TOLONEWS] The acting prime minister Mawlawi Abdul Kabir in a meeting with the Special Coordinator and Independent Assessor of the UN, Feridun Hadi Sinirlioglu, expressed the Islamic Emirate’s commitment to an inclusive government.

Speaking at the meeting, Abdul Kabir asked the Special Coordinator and Independent Assessor of the UN to lay the groundwork for interaction between the current Afghan government and the international community.
"In the meeting they discussed the creation of an atmosphere of trust between the Islamic Emirate and the international community, attracting humanitarian aid for the people of Afghanistan, and other issues," said Mohammad Hassan Haqyar, head of the media directorate of the political deputy of the PM.
"The Islamic Emirate wants positive interactions with the world in an atmosphere of mutual respect and hopes that you (UN Special Coordinator) will be the foundation for this interaction. The Islamic Emirate has a neutral position in international competitions and policies and will never take a position against the one side to satisfy another side," the Arg tweeted.
Meanwhile, ...back at the shouting match, a new, even louder, voice was to be heard... some political analysts said that the formation of an inclusive government is a necessity in the country and it can be beneficial in improving the current situation.
"Its condition art that it should represent all of the Afghan people, and all decisions should be made by them, and there should be no higher authority than it," said Wali Frozan, an international relations expert.

The Human Rights Watch (HRW) on March 13 warned against the forced return of some Syrian refugees to their country by the Danish authorities after Copenhagen deemed more areas, controlled by the Syrian regime, "safe."
Denmark’s Ministry of Immigration and Integration told Rudaw’s Bizhar Zubair in an email on Friday that it has no intention to carry out any forced return of Syrians "for foreign policy reasons."
"At this point, in relation to Syria, the Danish immigration authorities only consider cases concerning persons from Damascus, Rif Damascus and Latakia in relation to revocation and denial of extension of temporary residence permits granted on the grounds of general conditions as laid out in the Danish Aliens Act section 7 (3). Thus, revocations only concern cases in which the authorities have assessed that the person in question is not at individual risk of persecution," added the ministry.

A senior Belgian official has resigned after coming under fire for hosting the mayor of Tehran and Russian municipal officials for an all-expenses-paid visit to Brussels.
The resignation of Pascal Smet, a state secretary who handles foreign affairs for Belgium’s Brussels Region state, has prompted critics to demand that federal State Secretary Hadja Lahbib resign as well over the incident. The foreign minister has so far resisted the calls.
Tehran Mayor Alireza Zakani and several municipal bosses from Russia were among the 300-odd participants of last week’s "Brussels Urban Summit," an international conference hosted by the Brussels Region.
Zakani, a hardliner from the Society of Pathseekers of the Islamic Revolution political group, was among the mayors whom the region hosted on an all-expenses-paid sojourn, the Belgian media reported.

[Shafaq News] Major General Yahya Rasool, the front man for the Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief, announced on Saturday that the opening of volunteering in the Iraqi army is contingent upon the availability of financial allocations in the budget.
In a statement to Shafaq News Agency, Rasool provided details about the role of two new brigades in the areas between the Peshmerga forces and the Iraqi army and the security situation in the Tarmiyah district north of Baghdad.
Maj. Gen. Rasool said that the Ministry of Defense is awaiting budget instructions and the allocated funds to determine the feasibility of opening the door to volunteering.
"If financial allocations are available; the ministry will officially announce it through its websites."
He stressed the importance of recruiting new young individuals capable of assuming responsibilities, with the specific age requirements to be determined by military leadership based on the needs of the service.

Israel will authorize 1,000 new homes to be constructed in the West Bank settlement of Eli, the site of a deadly terror attack that killed four Israelis, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office said in a statement Wednesday.
The decision was made in a meeting between Netanyahu, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant and Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich who agreed on the "immediate advancement" of planning for the homes.
"Our response to terror is to hit it hard and build in our land," the statement said.
Nachman Mordoff and Elisha Anteman, both 17 years old, as well as 21-year-old Harel Masood and 64-year-old Ofer Fayerman, were at a hummus restaurant and an adjacent gas station on Tuesday when a pair of armed Paleostinians opened fire, killing them and injuring four others. One of the snuffies was rubbed out at the scene by an armed Israeli civilian, while the second fled and was killed some two hours later by special forces.
Funerals for all four were held on Tuesday and Wednesday.
It was not clear if the new homes for Eli were part of reported existing plans for thousands more homes in West Bank settlements.
