[PJ] If there is still one person somewhere in America who doesn’t think President Joe Biden and the toxic progressives who increasingly call the shots for the White House and the Democratic Party are heading swiftly down an authoritarian road, here’s yet another illustration:
"The Administration strongly opposes section 716, which would detract from readiness and limit a commander’s options for enforcing good order and discipline when a Service member fails to obey a lawful order to receive a vaccination ...
"The Administration also strongly opposes section 720, which would create a new and overly broad exemption from the vaccination requirement for previous infection that would undermine the effectiveness of the requirement."
Those graphs are from a September 21 Statement of Administration Policy issued by the Biden White House concerning a congressional proposal to bar dishonorable discharges for members of the U.S. military who decline to be vaccinated against Covid.
For those who might have expected Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin to step up in defense of the 1.3 million active-duty military service members and 800,000 reservists, be aware that he was asked his position on the issue during a recent Senate Armed Services Committee hearing.
Austin’s response wasn’t exactly a profile in courage, as he responded by saying that "taking a vaccine is a requirement. I’ll just leave it at that," Note that neither Austin nor the White House statement made clear or even remotely acknowledged what is at stake for every declining service member on this issue.
The proposal being objected to by the Biden administration was introduced by Rep. Mark Green (R-Tenn.) as an amendment to the draft National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). Green’s amendment enjoyed bipartisan support in the House Armed Services Committee. The Senate still has to act on the NDAA and it is far from certain that the upper chamber will endorse Green’s call.

So Joe is ordering military courts martials to return a guilty verdict and a punishment of a BCD? Cause only a courts martial can issue a BCD. Sort of violates a number of statutes. One thing the military tries to avoid is federal judicial intervention in to their operations.

"just a press release" means it can't be challenged in court. Doesn't mean it won't be enforced by companies that fear what might happen if they don't.

The vaccine mandate for employers is just a press release with no legal effect.
That may be, but thousands or even tens of thousands are now — or about to be — without jobs as a result anyway.

Five friends died within thirty days of getting vaccine. They for the most part bragged how they had no problems. So they are gone and many more have been added to this human tragedy. I don't keep track of it because nobody seems to care anymore. Meanwhile Medical Doctors complain people don't listen to their medical advise. Compliance has always been a normal problem in healthcare.
[RedState] California Assemblywoman Lorena Gonzalez (D-Potty Mouth), the progressive Unionista who killed the livelihoods of at least 4.5 million freelancers, independent professionals, self-employed and gig workers with AB5, decided to tear into one of the few (and largest) tax and job creators left in the State.
Tesla Inc. TSLA -1.05% is moving its headquarters to Austin, Texas, cementing Chief Executive Elon Musk’s commitment to the Lone Star State and adding to a handful of Silicon Valley companies that have relocated there.
Mr. Musk announced the move from Tesla’s Austin-area factory, which the company began building last year and where it held its annual shareholder meeting Thursday. He added that Tesla plans to expand its activities in Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, but that the company’s ability to scale up in the the Socialist paradise of San Francisco ...where God struck dead Anton LaVey, home of the Sydney Ducks, ruled by Vigilance Committee from 1859 through 1867, reliably and volubly Democrat since 1964... Bay Area is limited.
"You go to our Fremont factory, it is jammed," he said. "We’re like Spam in a can."
[REDSTATE] Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) made the Democrats an offer they didn’t refuse in order to avoid the problem of the debt limit and throwing things into chaos. He agreed to the deal for a short-term extension. But the issue still has to be resolved by Dec. 3. Some Republicans were mad that he did that, believing that he gave the Democrats an out.
But instead of thanking McConnell for at least being gracious under the circumstances, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer ...Senator-for-life from New York, renowned for his love of standing in front of cameras and microphones. Schumer has been a professional politician since 1975, when disco was in flower, which is 45.84112 years, or 320.88784 years in dog years. Senate minority leader as of 2017... took a very Manchin's Incredible Reaction After Schumer's 'Victory Lap’ugly victory lap, blaming the Republicans for the problem that the Democrats had in fact created and continuing to bash them.
"Republicans played a dangerous and risky partisan game, and I am glad that their brinksmanship did not work," Schumer claimed. "[Senate Minority] Leader [Mitch] McConnell and Senate Republicans insisted they wanted a solution to the debt ceiling — but said Democrats must raise it alone by going through a drawn out, convoluted, and risky reconciliation process," Schumer said. "That was simply unacceptable to my caucus," Schumer said, acting like it was the Democrats who had temporarily resolved the situation. "And yesterday, Senate Republicans finally realized that their obstruction wasn’t going to work. I thank, very much thank, my fellow wardheelers for showing our unity in resolving this Republican manufactured crisis."
As Schumer continued to bash McConnell, you could see Sen. Joe Manchin ...Dem senator-for-life from West Virginia. Manchin is one of the approximately one Dem senators who exhibits more integrity than Jello, often even representing his constituents... (D-WV), who has been calling for people to come together, sitting behind him, just shaking his head at what he was hearing, putting his head in his hand and ultimately walking out as Schumer was speaking, not believing what he was hearing with Schumer’s crass and classless attack on McConnell.
Manchin later confirmed that indeed he had been upset with the speech, condemning it, saying that Schumer’s speech was not the way to take out his frustrations.
"I didn’t think it was appropriate at this time," Manchin exclaimed. "We have to de-weaponize. You can’t be playing politics. None of us can — on both sides," Manchin said. "That was not a way to take it out...Civility is gone."
Manchin then continued to say he would not cave on the filibuster despite whatever pressure, speaking about the importance of the filibuster to keep us from chaos.

For all the flak he's getting, I think Mitch made the right move. The Christmas-New Years recess is a big deal to the congress critters. Kicking the can until right before then and then saying "no play ball" sets up a bigger mess for the dems in just a couple months.

[INDEPENDENT.CO.UK] Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. The very model of probity, except maybe for abandoning Afghanistan... is being ruthlessly mocked for continuing to pose in front of a fake White House window framing a Rose Garden in impossible spring bloom.
The digital recreation of the famous White House scene, staged across the street from the genuine White House, hasn’t updated its software to reflect the reality of a Washington DC in the fall.
"Truman Show Presidency," tweeted Human Events senior editor Jack Posobiec, referencing the 1998 Jim Carey classic. "They gave Joe Biden a playschool desk and a fake Oval Office in a fake White House," he added.
The multi-purpose set is in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building across W Executive Ave NW has been used for multiple staged photo ops, including Mr Biden’s recent Covid vaccine booster shot and a global coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague) ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... summit.
Photos of Biden in front of the simulacrum went viral, for the second time, after Conservative commentator and podcast host Benny Johnson asked why the president "felt the need to use a Fake White House set across the street from the actual White House.

Why not? It’s all part of The Fake President Set, Collector’s Edition. Ya gotcher Fake Oval Office, Fake Rose GardenBackdrop and the rarest piece (up for bid in EBay), The Fake President. Only missing piece to complete the set is the Fake Vice President. Sources say Hallmark is making a Christmas tree ornament in her likeness andis innegotiations for the rights to dub in soundtrack clips from “Wizard of Oz,” including “I’ll get you my pretty…” and the unmistakeable Kamala Kackle.

The fake props are so he no longer has to be at the Whitte House when his handlers need him to do a video from his home in Delaware or wherever he is vacationing the next 3 years.

As Bidet announces more and more outrageous program/policy decisions, it has become apparent that the Kalorama Kompound and the ChiCom/Marxist/Iranian Presidium no longer sees any point to protecting his ratings. He is a façade, a puppet, a tethered goat reading scripts and playing at being President in his mind. When he drools openly despite meds and countless days in the Wilmington bunker, they will 25th Amendment him and work on keeping the cackle jackle in check. The damage already done to destabilize the nation and destroy our economy is already catastrophic, as intended.

Most likely suspect is the ChiComs. Very likely that they've compromised Crackpipe and The Big Guy. ChiComs are probably buying Crackpipe's "art" now.
