[Frontpage] "There is a pathway to significant success for a President Biden," writes Conrad Black at the outset of "Biden’s Shot at Success," in the November 20 American Greatness, with a photo of Biden fronting an "Office of the President Elect" sign. Black closes out with the prospect of an "important and successful" president Biden. What comes in between will be of great interest to Americans in general and Trump voters in particular.
In recent months, Joe Biden has proclaimed his dedication to "truth over facts" and claimed that he was running for the U.S. Senate. Unsure of his location at any given time, Biden tells African Americans they "ain’t black" if they fail to support him. He claimed he went to Delaware State but didn’t, and so forth. Joe Biden is less accurate than a broken clock, but consider the appraisal by Conrad Black.
"In his most impressive remark in the presidential debates, Biden said that in policy terms, ’I am the party.’" Other impressive debate remarks go missing, but Black recalls that Biden "has been on all sides of almost every issue." No word of Robert Gates’ observation that Biden has been on the "wrong" side of almost every foreign policy issue for the past four decades.
According to Lord Black, Biden "is not a true believer in the radical leftist program," which has "absolutely no chance" of being adopted by Congress. And since there is "no practical likelihood" of a second term, Biden will have to work with Congress. Joe Biden "may rank as the least charismatic figure" elected to the White House "but he has his strengths" and is "generally well liked by all those who worked with him in the Senate and the Obama administration and he certainly knows better than any president since Lyndon Johnson how to work out bipartisan legislative compromises."
Back in October, Lord Black took a somewhat different view in "Joe Biden is No Franklin Roosevelt." That piece dealt with Biden’s plan to expand the Supreme Court, about which Biden said the people had "no right to know." FDR tried to expand the court and Lord Black is one of President Roosevelt’s biggest fans.

If this election stands we would be lucky to get a conservative elected as dog catcher.

If this election stands it will prove that cheating works.
That violence and intimidation work.
That big tech and big media news blackouts work.
That ballot stuffing, ballot forgery, ballot harvesting all work.
That no candidate has any chance of winning any race unless he or she fights fire with fire and adopts some or all of the above tactics.
If this election stands, we will never see an honest election again in America.
The District Attorney's Office in Portland praises the local Democrat group for supporting its policy decriminalizing a long list of riot-related crimes (e.g., trespassing, escaping arrest, resisting arrest, having illegal weapons etc.). https://t.co/xuAmxxyhgo
And so the process begins. The Republicans don’t have to win them all, just enough of the many short term and long term plays now filling the pipeline.
[EpochTimes] A Pennsylvania judge on Nov. 25 ordered state officials to not certify the results of the 2020 election until her court holds a hearing on an election contest on Nov. 27.
Commonwealth Judge Patricia McCullough ordered the state to not take any further steps to complete the certification of the presidential race, which the state announced on Nov. 24. She also blocked the certification of all the other election results.
"To the extent that there remains any further action to perfect the certification of the results of the 2020 General Election for the offices of President and Vice President of the United States of America, respondents are preliminarily enjoined from doing so, pending an evidentiary hearing to be held on Friday," the judge wrote in her order (pdf).

[BPR] Attorney Sidney Powell posted an open letter to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and also revealed she is planning to file a major lawsuit in the state.
The former federal prosecutor accused state officials Tuesday of refusing "to perform a real audit" and requested records from the Zoom meeting of the day in an "open records act request" she posted on Twitter. Powell, who has been a vocal critic of Raffensperger and Georgia’s Gov. Brian Kemp, also told Fox Business host Lou Dobbs that a lawsuit described as a "massive document" would be filed on Wednesday.
[Daily Beast] President-elect Joe Biden is strongly considering Mike Morell, the former acting director of the Central Intelligence Agency, to run the CIA, according to four individuals familiar with the matter. But those familiar with the process say that other candidates are still in the mix for the position of the nation’s top spy chief.
Morell served as deputy CIA director for three years under President Barack Obama and also worked as acting director of the agency twice. According to three of the four sources familiar with the matter, the president-elect was considering both Morell and Avril Haines, another former deputy CIA director, for the position. But in an announcement Monday afternoon, Biden picked Haines, the former deputy director for the CIA and deputy national security adviser under Obama, to become director of national intelligence.
Two of the aforementioned sources said that Biden is also considering Tom Donilon for the post. Donilon served as Obama’s national security adviser and has deep roots in Bidenworld. His brother, Mike Donilon, has already been tapped as a White House senior adviser for the president-elect.
Another name said to be in the mix is Jeh Johnson, the former director of the Department of Homeland Security. But others told The Daily Beast Johnson was under consideration for the role of Attorney General. As one source said of the current staffing considerations: "Too many people, too few chairs."
Biden’s presidential transition team declined to comment.

Among those on Biden’s CIA shortlist, Morell may have the most directly relevant experience but, potentially, be the hardest to confirm.
But -

[Breitbart] Joe Biden on Monday tapped longtime Capitol Hill aide Reema Dodin as deputy director of the White House Office of Legislative Affairs. Dodin once justified Palestinian suicide bombers during the bloody Second Intifada.
Dodin, the daughter of Palestinian immigrants, said in 2002 that "suicide bombers were the last resort of a desperate people," according to the Lodi News-Sentinel.
According to the newspaper, Dodin, then a student at the University of California, Berkeley, "described a place where Palestinians are not given fair rights."
"A place where water is so scarce that the Israeli government will cut off the supply to coerce the Palestinian population," Dodin is cited as saying.
The Second Intifada was a Palestinian uprising from 2000 — 2005, characterized by a wave of suicide bombings and other acts of terror that killed more than 1,100 Israelis.
Dodin, who was named to her new position alongside Shuwanza Goff, will be the first Palestinian-American to serve as a White House staffer.
In 2001, Dodin took part in a demonstration at the University of California Berkeley that called for the university to divest from Israel. Demonstrators compared Israel to apartheid South Africa.

What might Joe Biden have planned for a 2021 America?
Well, on Tuesday, he gave an indication of an initial move.
During an interview, the Democrat said he’s got an idea for millions of the nation’s illegal immigrants: Make them all citizens.
Here's how Joe ‐ who, of course, hasn't yet been declared winner of the election ‐ put it:
"I'm going to make a commitment in the first 100 days, I will send an immigration bill to the United States Senate with a pathway to citizenship for over 11 million undocumented people in America."
It's not his first time to make the claim. You may recall October's debate: Any plans for the other 10-20 million illegal aliens?
[WashingtonExaminer] Rudy Giuliani offered a brief explanation for why President Trump's legal team parted ways with attorney Sidney Powell.
The former New York City mayor, who is leading the effort, was interviewed on Monday by Fox Business host Lou Dobbs, who asked why the team released a statement the day before about Powell.
"I think it's because we're pursuing two different theories," Giuliani said. He said the Trump legal team is focused on "misconduct of the election" by state officials, which he argued deprived the constitutional rights of the president, and predicted that several prongs of their endeavor, including the legal fight in Pennsylvania, will make their way to the Supreme Court.
Giuliani did not get into the specifics of the Powell theory.
Powell, a former federal prosecutor like Giuliani, has made several claims about voting machines switching millions of votes from Trump to President-elect Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. I'm not working for you. Don't be such a horse's ass.... , which have been denied by the voting machine companies. Powell says she plans to prove her claims in court and even called for criminal investigations into the matter.
Powell released a statement on Sunday saying she understood the Trump legal team announcement, which said she is neither a member of the Trump legal team nor a lawyer for the president in his personal capacity but did not get into further detail.
"I will continue to represent #WeThePeople who had their votes for Trump and other Republicans stolen by massive fraud through Dominion and Smartmatic, and we will be filing suit soon. The chips will fall where they may, and we will defend the foundations of this great Republic. #KrakenOnSteroids," she said.
The Trump legal team's statement about Powell was released after the Washington Examiner reached out for comment on Trump insiders saying they have not seen evidence to support Powell's claims.
Powell is scheduled to address the split and her litigation during a Tuesday evening interview on Dobbs, the Washington Examiner has learned.

Powell has a high level witness that saw with his own eyes how the system does these dasterly deeds in Venezuela.
The only credit I can give to Dominion was that before the election was suspended on election night, the system WAS showing Trump as winner with up to 700,000 votes ahead of Biden in Swing states.
It would be AFTER that evening when the system voter manipulation features were utilized.
#2
What I think happened is that they used the voting machine algorithm to shift a certain ‘just enough’ ercentage of Trump votes to Biden according to their polls. However there was an ‘Oh Shit’ moment when that wasn’t enough, by a long shot. So they stopped the counting, told observers to go home, fired up the ballot printers and had those big ballot dumps in the early morning of the 4th. And you had the added effort to backdate postmarks, only count Biden votes, and run Biden ballots multiple times.
Re the first manipulation, love those floating-point values in the software that yielded ridiculous shit like "1,1168,234.3" votes... obviously calculated.
And obviously not enough to put Charlie McCarthy over the top

Too many cooks in the kitchen. Giuliani and Powell have too much ego to work together. Trump should have two teams so they could both work separately.

Re: #3. software that yielded ridiculous shit like "1,1168,234.3" votes
The above decimal point error is a classic software development issue that slipped past unit testing but is usually reported during end user alpha and beta testing phase. What I am saying is the software should have stored the fraudulantly adjusted value to an interger value in the computer's memory but the developer used a decimal or floating point value derived from adjusting votes by a percentage and not by actual voting
The reason that got through the software testing phase was Dominion did not want very many inhouse developers and testers to know about that feature/section of code that can be executed to fraudulently changes the election results.
Most likely only one or two developers in the company were trusted to write that feature.
To software developers and software quality assurance testers, that decimal point error that got through is a smoking gun that is 100% incriminating of Dominion systems as developers of illegal, fraudulant voting software.

Here's arithmetic logic meets empirical reality: democracy rise upon counting -- "All in favor, say Aye."
When it comes to tabulating human preference, the tallies must be, can only be, integers. That is, in the real world there has never been and never will be a summation of any human preference that resulted or will result in anything except an integer.
If on the other hand the tabulated result is a decimal point value, then the only process -- only in logic and in empirical, physical reality -- the only process that could have yielded a decimal value is a calculation. That is, logic applied a priori in the form of a mathematical formula.
By logic and evidence, there is no possible way to yield the published data-feed results that display decimal point values other than through predetermined, calculated values.
In other words, this is dispositive evidence of FRAUD.
Any group or organization that looks at ballots comes up with massive numbers of fraudulent ballots required for Biden to overcome Trump's actual huge landslide. (IMHO) The actual, unprecedented Trump landslide will be what saves the election for Trump.
[JustTheNews] "These discrepancies were a direct result of Wisconsin election officials’ willful violation of state law" — Amistad Project's Phil Kline
The national conservative group Amistad Project filed an emergency petition Tuesday with the Wisconsin Supreme Court challenging the state’s unofficial results in the 2020 presidential election, saying it has identified over 150,000 potentially fraudulent ballots.
Results from the Nov. 3 balloting in the state show Democratic candidate Joe Biden defeated President Trump by a roughly 20,000-vote margin.
Phill Kline, director of the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, said the number of potentially fraudulent ballots identified are "more than enough to call into question the validity of the state’s reported election results."
"Moreover, these discrepancies were a direct result of Wisconsin election officials’ willful violation of state law," he also said.
Several major news outlets have declared Biden the winner of the presidential race, as Trump and his legal team continue to challenge results in key states.

[Just the News] President Trump's campaign legal team announced Tuesday that the legislatures in Arizona, Michigan and Pennsylvania will soon hold election-related hearings.
They will be held "in an effort to provide confidence that all of the legal votes have been counted and the illegal votes have not been counted in the November 3rd election," according to a press release.
The Pennsylvania Senate will hold a hearing on Wednesday at which Rudy Giuliani will speak, the team said. Senators involved in the hearing will deliver 5-minute opening statements and people who have filed affidavits alleging election fraud will deliver testimony.
Next week, the Arizona legislature's hearing will occur on Monday and the Michigan legislature's hearing will take place Tuesday.

So far, I'm not impressed at all by these purportedly Republican legislatures who have done next to nothing since the election and will now have to be prodded by Trump to at least go through the motions, which is all they're gonna do.
We're losing this election through obvious fraud and the continued lack of balls by the rest of the Republican politicians. Just fuckin' great...

The political activist group Black Lives Matter (BLM) is pressuring the Democratic party to back the BREATH Act, which contains "a roadmap for prison abolition." Patrisse Cullors, co-founder of BLM, wrote a letter to presumed-President-Elect Joe Biden, asking that his administration make the passage of BREATH a priority within his first hundred days in office.
In an op-ed she wrote for Teen Vogue, Cullors said that she sees the bill as a racial turning point in United States' criminal system.
"Practically speaking, the BREATHE Act is a landmark civil rights bill," Cullors said. "It takes bold, progressive steps to build public safety systems that work for all of us, no matter what community we come from."
The bill, made up of four sections, has a few main goals. Firstly, it calls for de-funding and reallocating police department resources, and the federal legalization of certain drugs. It proposes investing in alternatives to policing for safeguarding communities. The bill calls for higher levels of accountability and scrutiny law enforcement personnel. And finally, BREATH proposes making reparations to the black community in America.

[NYPOST] Sen. Rand Paul revealed that Washington prosecutors declined his request for a probe of who funded the protesters who gathered outside the White House and attacked him, his wife and others as they left an event over the summer.
In a tweet posted Monday, Paul (R-Ky.) wrote, "The DC U.S. Attorney today confirmed to me that they will not pursue an investigation of who is funding the thugs who attacked my wife and me and sent a DC police officer to the hospital."
The Kentucky senator, along with scores of other GOP politicians and other guests, were attacked following the second night of the Republican National Convention, which President Trump moved to the White House as a result of the coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague) ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... pandemic.
The event, which took place in late August, occurred as protests had swept the nation following the police killings of George Floyd and Breonna Taylor.
On that August night when Paul and the other politicians were attacked, crowds also got violent mostly peaceful with officers, whom the senator credited with keeping them alive during the incident.
Speaking to Fox News the morning after, Paul explained, "They were trying to push the police over to get to me. They were grabbing at us, and it got worse and worse and worse, and finally, we decided to make a move ... they were shouting threats to us, to kill us, to hurt us."
He went on to warn, "My feeling is there is interstate criminal traffic being paid for across states lines, but you won’t know unless you arrest [the protesters]," adding that not all of the demonstrators were from the area.
"I promise you that at least some of the members in the people who attacked us were not from DC. They flew here on a plane, they all got fresh new clothes, and they were paid to be here. It is a crime to do that and it needs to be traced."
As video of the attack began to circulate, Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf confirmed an investigation was underway into the funding of riots.
"This is something that I have talked to the AG personally about," Wolf told Fox News’ Tucker Carlson in early September, saying the department was focused on "targeting and investigating the head of these organizations, [and] the individuals that are paying for these individuals to move across the country.
"What we know, Tucker, is that we have seen groups and individuals move from Portland to other parts of the country," he continued.
It is unclear where that investigation has led, but Paul has been unsuccessful in getting the US attorney for the District of Columbia, Michael Sherwin, to launch his own probe into the matter.
Sherwin’s office could not immediately be reached by The Post for comment.

[NYPOST] What was Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. Poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids.... thinking for his choice of climate-change ambassador extraordinaire? John F. I was in Vietnam, you know Kerry Former Senator-for-Life from Massachussetts, self-defined war hero, speaker of French, owner of a lucky hat, conqueror of Cambodia, unsuccessful presidential candidate, and utterly failed Secretary of State... is one of the biggest gasbags in American politics, singlehandedly responsible for massive amounts of terrible emissions.
People have been laughing at him since Yale, when "Doonesbury" creator Garry Trudeau was zinging his pretentious, vacuous self-promotion.
We look forward to the anti-carbon lectures from a guy who travels the globe on private jets and luxury yachts.
Set aside his deer-in-the-headlights loss as the Democrats’ presidential nominee in 2004. He was a joke as secretary of state under President Barack Obama How much damage could he do in four years?... Eight, then... — off on his yacht during Egypt’s 2013 military coup.
He vowed a crushing response when Syria crossed Obama’s infamous "red line" — only to have Obama pull the rug out from under him and agree to let Russia pretend to take Syria’s chemical weapons ...have not been used since WWI except for in Iraq, by the late, unlamented Saddam Hussein and in Syria, but really, honest, not by the Syrian government. And in Germany in WWII, but that was against civilians. Lots of them, just one of many reasons Hitler's also late and unlamented... away instead.
Kerry also cluelessly "negotiated" the Iran ...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The nation is today noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence. The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan. The abbreviation IRGC is the same idea as Stürmabteilung (or SA). The term Supreme Guide is a the modern version form of either Duce or Führer or maybe both. They hate JewsZionists Jews. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol... nuclear deal even as the real talks were being run out of the White House; then he had to pretend to cheer an accord that gave away several points he’d said were non-negotiable, such as truly tough inspection requirements.
And he helped craft the 2015 Gay Paree climate accord — a performative non-binding "triumph."
The Kerry-initiated Israeli-Paleostinian peace talks of 2013-14 went absolutely nowhere. He later blasted President Trump over moving the US Embassy to Jerusalem, insisting it would cause "an absolute explosion" — when it actually helped bring unprecedented Arab-Israeli rapprochement.
The only conclusion you can draw is that Biden, having vowed to make fighting climate change a top priority, simply wants someone who’ll look like he’s trying hard — but won’t actually get anything done.

[NYPOST] The Rev. Raphael Warnock, a Democratic candidate for the US Senate in Georgia, said in 2017 that the nation’s "pre-existing condition" is "racism," according to a report.Warnock, the senior pastor at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta who is trying to unseat Republican Sen. Kelly Loeffler in a Jan. 5 runoff election, made the comments in June 2017 at a New Baptist Covenant event, Breitbart News reported Monday.
"We are in a special moment. We are in an evil moment. We are in a tragic moment, and I suggest to you that our politics is symptomatic of our sickness," Warnock said, according to a newly revealed clip of his speech. "We’ve got a lot of problems, but I would not be a prophet if I did not tell you that racism is America’s pre-existing condition."
"Like the insurance companies, nobody wants to go there. Nobody wants to cover it because we wonder what it would cost. We, the land of the free, and the incarceration capital of the world," he added.
Warnock and Loeffler are locked in a crucial race in Georgia that could determine which party has a majority in the Senate.
Democrats need Warnock and Jon Ossoff, who’s challenging GOP Sen. David Perdue in the Peach State, to win their races in January to give them a 50-50 tie in the Senate.
Vice President-elect Kámala Harris Former Oakland mayor Willie Brown's former mistress, now a senatrix from California former 2020 Dem presidential hopeful, and Joe Biden's wing nut... would be able to break any tie votes.
[NYPOST] Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein ...Dem Senator-for-Life from Caliphornica. She has been a politician since about the time she was weaned. Feinstein was the author of the 1994 Federal Assault Weapons Ban, and tried it a second time in 2012. Feinstein has chaired the Select Committee on Intelligence since 2009. At age 80, Feinstein is the oldest currently serving United States Senator.... of Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, on Monday announced that she is dropping out of the Senate Democratic leadership after facing a left-wing furor for her praise of Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett’s confirmation hearings.Feinstein, 87, framed her decision not to seek another term as the "ranking member" or chairman on the Senate Judiciary Committee as a way to better focus on specific policy areas.
"After serving as the lead Democrat on the Judiciary Committee for four years, I will not seek the chairmanship or ranking member position in the next Congress," she said in a blurb.
The nation’s eldest senator faced Democratic outrage after she concluded Barrett’s confirmation hearing by hugging Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham ...soft-spoken senator from South Carolina, former best buddy of John Maverick McCain. Since McCain's demise, Graham has become more outspoken, more Republican and more of a supporter of President Trump. The speech he gave in support of Brett Kavanaugh was downright manly and really cheesed off the Dems... (R-SC) and praised Graham for "one of the best set of hearings that I have participated in."
Democrats generally view Barrett’s confirmation as a hypocritical move by Republicans to replace liberal icon Ruth Bader Ginsburg. In 2016, Senate Republicans would not confirm Merrick Garland to replace conservative Justice Antonin Scalia.

Mattis resigned in December 2018, citing policy disagreements with the president, who had just ordered a troop drawdown in Syria. In his resignation letter, Mattis said that the U.S. needed to do more to show "respect" to American allies.
In October 2018, then-Secretary Mattis gave a speech in which he said that "when we talk about America first, it’s not America alone."

You craven weasels stood by while deranged mau-maus turned our history and logic and decency on its head, kowtowing before these little shakedown artists' pathetic extortion efforts and trashing what's left of public school integrity or competence.
You morons bashed our ally Israel and built up our enemy Iran. You fools gave Iran the keys to the kingdom and called that wisdom.
Unbelievably, you insist we continue andther 20 years of endless war 10,000 miles away from our borders, which you refuse to defend or even recognize as valid.
And you are now telling us you'll invade our homes and arrest us for noncompliance with your idiotic, completely ineffectual lockdown diktat -- because it worked so wondrously the first time around.
FUCK OFF.
You're the worst and stupidest political elite this country has ever seen.

Military court Marshal followed by 10 years hard labor in Taiwan, then deliver his remains to the Chinese Embassy for his hero's welcome ceremony held by Xi.

Now the moonbat Demonrats are talking about recycling that completely corrupted and venal old hag as Secretary of Defense. Do they want to continue endless wars across the world?

Ex-generals don't get to make policy. That's for elected officials and generals are not elected.
We liked Mattis at first because he's a tough talking, no-nonsense military man who knows how to win wars.
But it's not his place to decide which wars should be fought and which ones shouldn't.
While we honor his service to our country, it's time for Mattis, like MacAurthur, to fade away.

Do they want to continue endless wars across the world?
The obvious answer to that question is yes. I mean, just look at the wars we've fought over the past several decades. Ever since Vietnam, our country has been embroiled in Third World countries where our national security is not even remotely threatened. Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, Ukraine, Somalia and all kinds of chickenshit, squalid little affairs in places that most Americans couldn't even find on a map. These engagements tend to drag on for years and, in the case of Afghanistan, for decades with no apparent end in sight and victory is not even defined.
Obama preferred the chickenshit little wars like Libya, Syria and Ukraine in which he never really risks many casualties because he was afraid to implement strategies that would result in concrete victories. For him, the biggest risk was not being able to explain what happened in Benghazi and even then he managed to obfuscate, lie and gloss it over without much scrutiny from his allies in the mainstream media. I think that for him and many in the Deep State, it's not about victory. It's all about testing new weapons and keeping defense contractors busy so they can enjoy the kickbacks.
I predict here and now that Biden will get us into another war. But, like Procopius2k, I would advise anyone who might be tempted not to participate. I'm sick and tired of seeing young men and women come home from these ill-advised adventures with arms and/or legs blown off and all messed up in the head. And for what? It isn't patriotic to go to other countries and kill people while they try to kill you if they never threatened our country in the first place. Leave those people alone and then maybe they'll leave us alone. Besides that, how can you defend freedom and democracy when we can't even have free and fair elections ourselves?

Thanks for your service and Semper Fi. Now sit down and rest before you tarnish your legacy further.

Maybe we should make it a rule that any country in which American troops are present for more than 20 years qualifies for statehood.

Trump should recall him to active duty, bust him to E-1 and order him to guard the front gate of White House OUTSIDE the fence where Pantifa/BLM can happily throw stuff at him every day. Then 1 day before Jan 20th, kick him out.
After announcing your own treason against America, your past doesn't matter, THAT is your legacy.
