[Judicial Watch] Judicial Watch today released 80 pages of new emails recently found by the FBI that further document how former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton used her unsecure, non-government email to transmit classified and other sensitive government information. The documents include 11 new Clinton email documents. The emails include an email sent by Mrs. Clinton a month after the Benghazi terrorist attack referencing a "Benghazi security" issue. The emails also include talking points, which are redacted, for a meeting with President Obama. (This is the second release from the batch of Clinton emails the FBI inexplicably found late last year.)
The State Department previously claimed it had produced all releasable Clinton emails, including emails recovered by the FBI that Hillary Clinton tried to destroy or withhold. The State Department initially claimed all responsive emails had been produced in 2018, but then found more emails, which were produced for the first time early this year.
The emails were produced to Judicial Watch in a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit for all of Clinton's government emails sent or received on her non-government system (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:15-cv-00687))

Big deal. She violated a court order to not destroy over 30,000 e-mails, but she did anyway. So, like, why should we care about this? Nothing's going to happen. Nuthin'.

She violated a court order to not destroy over 30,000 e-mails, but she did anyway.
It seems to me that either these are emails the FBI had and should have paid attention to at the time, or they have turned up since, from somewhere the FBI should have looked into.

[PJ] Billionaire Democrat Mike Bloomberg ended his self-funded presidential campaign earlier this month after his stunning failure on Super Tuesday. Since he first entered the race, his virtually limitless fortune has been discussed at length in the media.
Apparently, at the end of his campaign, he had $18 million left in funds, and has finally decided to do something with that haul.
He’s giving it to the Democratic National Committee.
The Associated Press reports that Bloomberg’s $18 million transfer to the Democratic Party is "largest single such transfer ever" and "amounts to more than the national party’s typical cash balance."
"The transfer will help the DNC make up for some of the steep fundraising disadvantage when compared with its Republican counterpart, which routinely has raised tens of millions more than the Democratic organization throughout election cycles."
Bloomberg’s campaign "will also transfer its offices in six pivotal states to the Democratic parties in those states, to help accelerate their hiring and organizing. Those states are Arizona, Florida, Michigan, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin."

A steady hand ... sort of.
Just the man to lead us out of our present calamity.
They aren't seriously going to nominate him, are they?
What is the over-under on the man committing a skew of brain farts when / if he goes head to head with Trump in debate?
If he does, who in his right mind would vote to put an obviously brain-addled old man at the helm of a ship that's pitching in high seas now?
Don't be surprised if the DNC pairs him with Hillary and talks about some kind of co-presidency.
[The Federalist] Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman Richard Burr is being criticized by liberals and conservatives due to the news he sold up to $1.6 million in stock after receiving private briefings about the coronavirus but before the stock market began its sharp decline.
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., tweeted of the North Carolina Republican: "Burr knew how bad it would be. He told the truth to his wealthy donors, while assuring the public that we were fine. THEN he sold off $1.6 million in stock before the fall. He needs to resign."
Tucker Carlson told his audience Burr needs to resign and await prosecution if he’s unable to explain his actions. He said if the allegations are true, that Burr has betrayed his country in a time of crisis.
It’s up to the people of North Carolina to decide Burr’s fate. They elected him and are best suited to make that decision. But it’s the job of the Republicans in the Senate to pick chairmen and committee slots. And it is long past time for Burr to step aside as chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.
Burr had already let the country down in that role. Under his leadership, the Senate Intelligence Committee was worse than useless at overseeing the intelligence community’s handling of the bizarre theory that Donald Trump was involved in an elaborate conspiracy with Russia to steal the 2016 election from Hillary Clinton. Burr helped perpetuate the idea that this was a reasonable and not insane theory, and took many actions to protect those who spied on the Trump campaign, leaked against Trump administration officials, and withheld evidence from the real congressional overseers on other Senate committees and in the House of the Representatives.
[JPost] - In February, Biden's campaign spend $13.1 million, compared to $45.8 million spent by Sanders. His campaign manager said this week he was reassessing his bid. I wonder who funds him?
[FREEBEACON] The largest county in Texas settled a lawsuit with a watchdog group after refusing to release records dealing with noncitizens on its voter rolls.
A federal district court in Houston entered a settlement agreement this week between the Harris County voter registrar and the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF). The settlement calls for the county to turn over records on its cancellations of ineligible voters, copies of registration applications that have blank or negative responses to citizenship questions, and all registrar communications with law enforcement regarding ineligible registrants, among other records. Officials from Harris County, the most populous county in Texas, previously testified that "thousands" of noncitizens were discovered on its voter rolls every year.
The settlement comes as the election watchdog group seeks to clean voter rolls in major cities ahead of the November elections. Democrats have pushed back against attempts to clean voter rolls, often calling them "purges." Individuals removed for ineligibility tend to belong to demographic groups that lean Democrat. Texas has in recent years become a target of national Democrats, who have poured millions into the Lone Star State in attempts to gain power.
PILF initially sought access to Harris County's voter information in December 2017 under Section 8 of the National Voters Registration Act of 1993. The act allows individuals to look at records "concerning the implementation of programs and activities conducted for the purpose of ensuring accuracy and currency of official lists of eligible voters."
PILF wanted information on registrants who were removed for being noncitizens but was refused access to the documents. The group sent a final notice in January 2018 warning the county it would face litigation if it continued to block PILF's inspection. County officials did not budge. PILF filed its lawsuit in March 2018.
"For more than a decade, Harris County officials lobbied for or against state and federal election reforms citing the fact that noncitizens were becoming registered there," Logan Churchwell, communications director for PILF, told the Washington Free Beacon. "We know this is a problem around the country. Harris County records can provide the largest sampling of the reported problems in Texas and identify system flaws in need of attention."
"Our elections cannot afford weaknesses," Churchwell said. "We must plug gaps that are impacting citizens and immigrants colonists colonists alike."
The county defendants did not respond to a request for comment on the settlement.

Section 8 of the National Voters Registration Act of 1993 is deficient if it doesn't mandate jail time for officials who fail to comply in a timely manner.

...if the court orders it and they fail to act, its contempt. Per SCOTUS that authorizes confinement up to 180 days. Something similar happened in Wisconsin, the people directed to act instead resigned their offices.
[BREITBART] Friday on MSNBC’s "Morning Joe," New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio ...cryptocommie mayor of New York and for some reason a Dem candidate for president in 2020. Corrupt and incompetent, his qualifications for office seem to consist of being married to a black woman, with whom he honeymooned in Cuba. He has a preppy-looking son named Dante, whose Divine Comedy involved getting his back hair up when a police car drove past him slowly. New Yorkers voted for him, so they deserve him... warned, "a lot of people are going to die" if medical companies are not nationalized, and the United States military is not mobilized. There's a reason de Blah was never in the running for president...
The mayor said the numbers of deaths across the country could amount to the "thousands" if President Donald Trump ...the Nailer of NAFTA... does not act.
"Mika, a lot of people are going to die who don’t have to die," warned de Blasio. "That is the blunt truth." "Billions of Americans could die! Women and Childruns hardest hit!"
He continued, "It will start with dozens, and it will go to hundreds, and it will go farther than that when you talk about this country. The reality today, this minute, Mika, is if the president does not act in a matter of days, because look at the trajectory of this crisis, you can see it clear as a bell now. If the president does not act within days to maximize the use of a Defense Production Act to put every company that can produce a ventilator or a surgical mask or any other necessary supply, put them on full 24/7 production, and guarantee that those products get to the front line, get to where the need is greatest if he doesn’t do that in the next few days if he does not mobilize the United States military immediately, not only will hundreds die around the nation who didn’t need to die, thousands will die around the nation who didn’t need to die. People who will die waiting to get into a hospital, people who will die at a hospital because there is no equipment, or there is no medical personnel who can help them in time.”

So would I. But, Trump did a lot (for the whole world, not just USA). And, IMO, the reason he succeeded doing so much is because he's a master of the possible.
[WASHINGTONEXAMINER] CNN commentator Chris Cuomo admonished President Trump for repeatedly calling the coronavirus ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... "the Chinese virus."
"Calling it the Chinese virus or the Wuhan virus or the Kung Flu. Listen, you may think it's clever, but it's hurting," Cuomo said on his nightly show on Wednesday. "The idea, ’Well, it did come from China.’ Then why doesn't Fauci and other top health officials, why don’t they call it that? You know why? Because it could have come from anywhere." Well, that's not quite so, Fredo. They don't call it that because they call it coronavirus or COVID-19.
The virus, which has sparked a global pandemic, is believed to have originated in an animal market in Wuhan, China.
Trump has said he uses the phrase "Chinese virus" for accuracy purposes. Critics say Trump is being racist or is scapegoating. But then, they always say that, even if he's just asking for another piece of chicken.
The Chinese government blasted as prejudice Trump's association of their country with the outbreak of the virus.
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Robert Redfield has said it is wrong to use the term "Chinese virus."
"It's not about where it started," Cuomo said. "All right? This doesn't help. Calling it a ’foreign virus.’ We're all in the fight together. Stop it." Yeah, we never call diseases by geographical names. Forget about the Spanish Flu, or the Hong Kong Flu, or whatever.
#5
The racist Orange Man is not thinking 'globally.' Forget MAGA. Thank you CNN, Bill & Melinda, WHO, World Bank, and others for reminding us of the greater global issue.
No, zero COVID-19 case seems to have come from China. There was a Hong Cong Flu. Fiji measles plague. Spanish flu (originated in China), Russian flu,...
It is good to pinpoint the suspected origins of a pandemic from an epidemiological point. If one knows the origins, then one can look at cultural practices and habits that might have led to the spread and vector patterns of the disease. Knowing the origins can prevent further disease spread.
For example, the recent epidemic of the Ebola virus seems to have originated in West Africa. The spread of the disease appears to be related to certain practices by people at funerals and how the deaths were handled.
Immigration and travel patterns are important to understanding and controlling the spread of diseases. Advocating immigration control to halt diseases does not make a person xenophobic.
Chris quit being a jerk and shilling for the left and wake up.

Why of course, Fredo, it COULD have come from any where. Any where they have unsanitary wet markets down the block from Bio warfare labs, with significant numbers of the population mass spitting at doorways and entrances, along with the, um, challenging pollution.
Let's not forget the corrupt, authoritarian regime that believes 5 lies are always superior to 1 truth headed by a ruthless though not altogether perceptive Winnie the Pooh look alike. So, yes Fredo I suppose it just might have come from any where. Good call.

Reporters should be forced to wear patches indicating who pays them off. Make them look like NASCAR with the Chinese flag, the Palestinian Flag, the old Soviet flag on their clothes.
[THEGATEWAYPUNDIT] President Trump UNLOADED on another far left reporter Friday morning during his daily coronavirus ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... press briefing.
NBC’s Peter Alexander was the latest hack reporter determined to use the daily briefing to attack President Trump.
Alexander grilled President Trump on the effectiveness of chloroquine on coronavirus.
The latest international studies show 100% effectiveness with chloroquine and a Z-Pac mix.
Peter Alexander pressed Trump on the chloroquine drug: “What do you say to Americans who are watching you right now who are scared?”
President Trump: “I’d say you’re a terrible reporter… The American people are looking for answers and they’re looking for hope and you’re doing sensationalism…”
As of Friday morning 3-20-2020: ** There are 16,067 confirmed cases of coronavirus in the US.
** There are 219 deaths blamed on the coronavirus.
** The current mortality rate from confirmed cases is 1.3%
** There are no official numbers that include the number of citizens who had the virus but were not sick enough to seek medical attention.
** There are an estimated 22,000 flu deaths and 36 million cases in the US each year.

Mrs. Uluque tells me she doesn't like Trump because he's too disrespectful.
Why did she previously dislike him? If Mr. Wife is any example, the dislike remains strong, the reasons given for it growing increasingly weak. In the meantime, President Trump’s poll numbers are up around 55% positive as of yesterday.

Kelly Loeffler of Georgia
Is that the one appointed by the Governor contrary to Trump's wishes?
#2
Yes, the same Kelly Loeffler. Tucker got under her skin on his show a little last evening. That innocent, demure Illinois farm girl looked a little rattled. No, her NYSE husband was not along for the interview.
Perhaps these bastards wouldn't mind directing their 'blind trust' managers to re-purchase those stocks and forward any profits made to the COVID-19 research ?
Happen soon? No, I don't believe it will either. Once again, we have been betrayed.

The World Health Organization, an entity people everywhere can supposedly rely on for accuracy, gave provably false information to countries around the globe about human-to-human spread of Wuhan coronavirus in January.
"Health officials in Taipei said they alerted the @WHO at the end of Dec. about the risk of human-to-human transmission of the new virus but said its concerns were not passed on..."
In the time in-between the warning from Taiwan and the statement from WHO everything was fine, China destroyed samples of the virus, shut down labs, arrested doctors and welded shut buildings where victims of the disease lived.
While many are calling on China to be rightfully held accountable for hiding and spreading Wuhan coronavirus to the world, the World Health Organization also has a lot of explaining to do. And keep mind, you're paying for all of this corruption. The depth of corruption, dedication of Marxism and incompetence. Would be interesting if Trump demanded his firing. I figure the problem is we put bureaucrats among the scientists to run things and bureaucrats are like a virus of bull$hit.
