Silver is tied to Andrew Cuomo. The governor is rumored to be considering a shot at the 2016 presidential race. More importantly, he's also at odds with the progressives of the NY Democratic that back NYC Mayor de Blasio and his ilk.

They knew the entire time that federal civil rights charges would never be levied against officer Darren Wilson for the Aug. 9 shooting death of Michael Brown, Hosko claimed.
But that didn't stop them, along with Sharpton and others, from profiting both monetarily and politically off the situation for several months, until federal officials announced on Wednesday that Wilson would not be charged, The Daily Caller reported.
