[NYPOST] An NYPD cop accused of stretching his baloney masturbating in front of a 10-year-old girl resigned on Monday after another arrest — this one for allegedly groping sexually abusing an 11-year-old girl, police and sources said.
Shaun Frazier, 40, who had been suspended without pay following his Sept. 2019 arrest, was caught in Bensalem Township, Pennsylvania on Saturday and extradited to New York on Monday, police sources said.
He was charged in Brooklyn with criminal sexual act, sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child, police said.
Frazier’s newest charges were brought following an internal affairs investigation and are alleged to have occured in 2017.
The alleged victim in that case is a family friend who was 11 at the time, sources said.
The disgraced officer was arrested earlier this month and charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child.
In September 2019, he was busted for allegedly jumping sexually assaulting his friend’s 10-year-old daughter, according to police sources.
Frazier made the advance on the little girl 10-year-old while babysitting her and her 5-year-old brother on Sept. 5, 2019.
Prosecutors alleged he asked to use her underwear to make soup lick the girl’s underwear and told the girl to come into a room while he was floggin' his dong masturbating.
Frazier worked as a janitor in the NYPD’s building maintenance department for five years. He resigned Monday following his latest charges, sources said.

[FOXBUSINESS] Apple Inc.’s head of security has been indicted on bribery charges for a scheme in which prosecutors allege he offered iPads to secure gun permits for his company’s employees.
Thomas Moyer allegedly promised to give 200 iPads to the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office to get four concealed carry licenses, according to Jeffrey Rosen, district attorney of the Bay Area county where Apple is based. The charges are part of a broader probe into the sheriff’s office.
Two high-ranking sheriff’s office officials, Undersheriff Rick Sung and Captain James Jensen, were indicted on a charge of requesting the bribe. The two men held back on issuing the permits until Moyer “agreed to donate close to $70,000 worth of iPads,” said Rosen. “The donation was pulled back at the eleventh hour when our search warrants into this probe began.”
Ed Swanson, an attorney for Moyer, who runs global security at Apple, said his client was innocent and that the indictment was the result of a continuing dispute between the district attorney and the sheriff.
“It is true that Apple was looking into donating iPads to support the sheriff’s new training facility. It is true that Apple applied for and received [concealed carry] permits,” said Swanson. “There is no connection between those two things.”
Chuck Smith, an attorney for Sung, said that his client “has not broken any law and has not committed any acts which would be illegal, unethical, or immoral.” An attorney for Jensen didn’t respond to requests for comment.

Diego Maradona, one of the greatest footballers of all time, dies aged 60
World Cup winner dies of heart attack in Buenos Aires
Argentina declares three days of national mourning
Nine ambulances arrived to try and revive Maradona after he was found lifeless, apparently from a heart attack, shortly before midday at a rented home in a gated community in the suburb of Tigre, north of Buenos Aires. Maradona had been recovering from brain surgery on 3 November. Although the operation had been successful, Maradona was reported to be suffering from withdrawal from his alcohol addiction.
[Chicago Tribune] As the coronavirus swept across the world, it picked up random alterations to its genetic sequence. Like meaningless typos in a script, most of those mutations made no difference in how the virus behaved.
But one mutation near the beginning of the pandemic did make a difference, multiple new findings suggest, helping the virus spread more easily from person to person and making the pandemic harder to stop.
The mutation, known as 614G, was first spotted in eastern China in January and then spread quickly throughout Europe and New York City. Within months, the variant took over much of the world, displacing other variants.
For months, scientists have been fiercely debating why. Researchers at Los Alamos National Laboratory argued in May that the variant had probably evolved the ability to infect people more efficiently. Many were skeptical, arguing that the variant may have been simply lucky, appearing more often by chance in large epidemics, like Northern Italy’s, that seeded outbreaks elsewhere.
There is no evidence that a coronavirus with the 614G mutation causes more severe symptoms, kills more people or complicates the development of vaccines. Nor do the findings change the reality that places that quickly and aggressively enacted lockdowns and encouraged measures like social distancing and masks have fared far better than the those that did not.
Right, like China 'aggressively enacted lockedowns'.

CDC - 7 DAY TOTALS
as of Nov 23rd, 2020 at 10:58 EDST
157,531 New Cases
1,058 New Deaths
Current odds of being infected by the C-VIRUS in the USA in the last 7 days = 0.04606169590643275 of 1%
Currents odds of dying from the C-VIRUS >>>>IF <<<< infected in the last 7 days = 0.67~ of 1%
The latest C-VIRUS mutation sure looks a lot LESS deadly than last years.
BTW: Since we are in Season #2 of the C-VIRUS, why are we still adding this years to last years numbers for totals?
[All Africa] Æthiopia Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed reiterated his ultimatum to forces in Tigray to surrender or be attacked by a tank battalion that is in position outside of the regional capital Mekele, as international groups have continued to call for a protecting civilians. The 72-hour ultimatum ends on Wednesday, has not deterred the Tigrayan forces, who have claimed they destroyed an army division. Meanwhile, ...back at the wrecked scow, a single surviver held tightly to the smashed prow... Addis Ababa says that the regional fighters, who they deem are criminals on the run, are ready to surrender.
There is a still a near-total information blackout in the heavily-armed northern Tigray region, where a war began three weeks ago.
Reports coming out of the country cannot always be verified. According to a statement by the state-appointed Æthiopian Human Rights Commission on Tuesday, a group of Tigrayan youths allegedly stabbed, strangled and bludgeoned to death 600 people of non-Tigrayan origin on 9 November in Mai Kadra town.
Tigrayan forces have previously denied any responsibility for the massacre.
The former ruling party, TPLF, refused to join Abiy's coalition, holding regional elections two months ago that sparked even higher tensions, eventually leading to Abiy sending the national army to reportedly attack the region.
CIVILIANS IN THE MIDDLE
As the standoff continues, others point to the plight of civilians who are in the middle, as hundred have already died. Some two million people live in Tigray, and the region already hosts some 96,0000 refugees and 100,000 internationally displaced, according to UN figures.
[AlAhram] Æthiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed's government said on Tuesday that many Tigrayan militia and special forces were surrendering in line with an ultimatum before a threatened offensive against the regional capital Mekelle.
"Using the government's 72-hour period, a large number of Tigray militia and special forces are surrendering. Many have surrendered through the Afar region, and the remaining forces are surrendering peacefully," a government taskforce said.
There was no immediate response from the Tigray People's Liberation Front (TPLF), which earlier said it had destroyed an important army division. Rooters has been unable to verify statements from either side since phone and internet connections to Tigray are down and access to the area is restricted.

[All Africa] A military court in the Democratic Republic of the Congo ...formerly the Congo Free State, Belgian Congo, Zaire, and who knows what else, not to be confused with the Brazzaville Congo aka Republic of Congo, which is much smaller and much more (for Africa) stable. DRC gave the world Patrice Lumumba and Joseph Mobutu, followed by years of tedious civil war. Its principle industry seems to be the production of corpses. With a population of about 74 million it has lots of raw material... on Monday sentenced ex-warlord Ntabo Nataberi Sheka to life imprisonment for war crimes including murder, mass rape, sexual slavery and the recruitment of child soldiers. The crimes were committed in Congo's eastern province of North Kivu between 2010 and 2014. Among other things, Sheka and another militia commander, Seraphin Zitonda, who also received a life sentence, were found guilty of organizing raids in Walikale territory in mid-2010 during which 380 people, including children, were raped, and 287 killed.
Sheka's Nduma Defence of Congo (NDC) militia, which he claims was formed to fight Rwandan Hutu rebels from the FDLR, was also accused of having recruited at least 154 children as fighters. His soldiers were blamed for destroying almost 1,000 homes and businesses.
‘IMPUNITY IS NOT INEVITABLE'
The ex-warlord had managed to avoid arrest for for six years before turning himself in to UN peacekeepers in 2017. The subsequent trial in the eastern city of Goma lasted two years.
"This verdict is a source of immense hope for the many victims of the conflicts in the DRC: Their suffering has been heard and recognized, and impunity is not inevitable," said Leila Zerrougui, the head of the UN peacekeeping in Congo.
Thomas Fessy, senior Congo researcher at Human Rights Watch, said Sheka's conviction was "an important step in the fight against impunity and a testament to all those who took personal risks in the pursuit of justice."
Dozens of gangs are still operating in eastern DRC decades after the end of a 1998-2003 war that claimed millions of lives.

[Just the news] An English-language newspaper run by the Chinese Communist Party has in recent months funneled millions of dollars in printing and advertising expenses to several U.S. media companies, according to a news report.
The report in the Daily Caller is based on a recent Foreign Agents Registration Act filing.
The filing to the Justice Department appears to show China Daily paid the media companies close to $2 million dollars from May to October.
The Wall Street Journal received just over $85,000, while the Los Angeles Times took $340,000. Foreign Policy magazine also secured a $100,000 deal. Other media companies to receive money included The Boston Globe, Houston Chronicle, and U.K.-based Financial Times, the Daily Caller reports.
According to a June FARA disclosure, China Daily has paid The Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post a combined $10 million in advertising costs in the past four years. The Chinese then realized it was cheaper to buy the Bidens.

Our local newspaper was purchased by the same unknown owners syndicate group that owns USA TODAY and now 300++ other local US newspapers. (Talk about an Information Monopoly).
Our once local politically balanced Newspaper laid off local staff left and right, increasing using out of state staff to E-Publish a paper and suddenly became upper Liberal.
Reader comments on bias articles and OP-Ed's were then shut down, The Rants and Raves section, a local reader submitted Venting comment section suspiciously went near total ANTI-TRUMP at Warp speed.
When will the FTC start looking into MSM monopolies and where $$$$ is coming from?

I seems to remember a time when one could only own one or two newspapers at a time, and one could only own one radio station OR TV station at a time.
[Washington Examiner] On Tuesday, the Dow Jones Industrial Average broke 30,000 points for the first time.
The index climbed over 400 points in early day trading to break the barrier.
The record-breaking surge comes roughly eight months after the Dow plummeted below 19,000 points in March when the pandemic caused the markets to panic.
The S&P 500 and Nasdaq composite were also positive on Tuesday, gaining 1.44% and 1.02%, respectively, during midday trading.
The Dow hit its new milestone following the news that President-elect Joe Biden was allowed to start the presidential transition process, which eased investor concerns of a drawn-out and possibly rocky transfer of power.
[AXIOS] President Trump has told confidants he plans to pardon his former national security adviser Michael Flynn, who pleaded guilty in December 2017 to lying to the FBI about his Russian contacts, two sources with direct knowledge of the discussions tell Axios.
Behind the scenes: Sources with direct knowledge of the discussions said Flynn will be part of a series of pardons that Trump issues between now and when he leaves office.

Judge Emmett Sullivan was successful in keeping this case on life support until after the election and the election was such a cock-up that Trump feels the need to pardon Flynn before Biden gets into the White House. If Biden is ever actually inaugurated, he will redouble DOJ efforts to put Flynn in jail. Trump should wait, though, until after all of his legal options are exhausted because it would be better for Flynn to be acquitted than pardoned.

Rumors... There has been a gag order over Flynn. He's now free to talk. He was going to do full audits of the ABCs names of our intelligence community.
He knows where the bodies are buried. Betting Trump knows that.
[DailyWire] "We’re going to run through the tape."
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell
...The Turtle is slowly and steadily making his way to the finish line on one of the key issues on which he agrees with President Trump. Moving the judicial average toward Constitutional rigour is as important to the future of America as increasing Republican control at the state and local level and reducing the power of Progressives in the civil service bureaucracy — and while it is late in the game, President Trump now has and is acting on all three. This last stretch of his 2016 term may be among the most important of his political legacy...
is relentlessly moving forward to confirm judges, apparently determined to get as many conservative judges into the judiciary across the nation while there is still time in the Trump presidency.

Doesn't matter, the Harris administration will find some way to nullify all of these judges. The Democrats explicitly reject the idea that anyone they disagree with should be allowed to rule them. It's a rejection of democracy, which they believe failed when Trump was elected.
#2
Thing is, once they are in, they are part of the judiciary, which will always protect its own from any maneuvers the executive or legislative branches might attempt.

[USAA] SAN ANTONIO — USAA has committed $50 million to nonprofit organizations over the next three years to help improve racial equality and positively address the employment, educational and economic disparities that exist within communities of color and low-income military communities. The goal of our targeted contributions is to help close gaps across education and job training, employment and income disparity.
"At USAA, we strive to create an environment where all employees feel like they truly belong and have the opportunity to reach their full potential," USAA President and CEO Wayne Peacock said. "This commitment extends to the communities in which we live and work. It’s our mission to care for military families, a community that reflects our nation’s racial, social and economic diversity — and the complex issues that come with it. We recognize that there is more USAA can do to help close inequality gaps, and these investments are a fundamental part of our efforts."

Whatever that bullshit's supposed to mean. I guess USAA doesn't have any shareholders from whom Wayne-o should receive at least tacit support from before pissing $50 mill away.

USAA sells insurance to military, discharged, retired and their families. They probably sell to the general public by now. This will go over well w/ their targeted customer base.

According to their website, USAA has over 13 million members. This means that the 50 mil for wokeness is less than $4/member. They also returned $280 mil to members as rebates on their policy premiums.

[GatewayPundit] Big tech censorship strikes conservatives again. This time the target is One America News Network which has been suspended for one week and been demonetized by YouTube for allegedly posting a video promoting a cure for the COVID-19 China coronavirus.
The action against OAN was first reported by Axios (excerpt):
YouTube has barred One America News Network from posting new videos for a week and stripped it of its ability to make money off existing content after the Trump-friendly channel uploaded a video promoting a phony cure for COVID-19, YouTube spokesperson Ivy Choi tells Axios.
One hopes OANN is also uploading its videos to Vimeo or another similar service.
Why it matters: YouTube has been criticized for allowing OANN to spread misinformation using its platform, particularly around coronavirus and the election. This marks the Google-owned service's first crackdown against OANN. My question is, what is the "cure" OANN referred to? I've been looking with no luck. Maybe Brian Tyson, a doctor in Southern California who has successfully treated over 1,700 patients with the drug hydroxychloroquine. But that was back in October
