| #2 Thing is, once they are in, they are part of the judiciary, which will always protect its own from any maneuvers the executive or legislative branches might attempt. |

| #1 Doesn't matter, the Harris administration will find some way to nullify all of these judges. The Democrats explicitly reject the idea that anyone they disagree with should be allowed to rule them. It's a rejection of democracy, which they believe failed when Trump was elected. |
