[HotAir] Of all of the terrible stories coming out about Israel these days, this one is among the saddest and it actually originates in New York City. A young woman from Long Island named Natalie Sanandaji is a Jewish, native-born New Yorker. She was in Israel on October 7 to attend a friend’s wedding and was at the music festival where the terror attacks began. She managed to escape with her life after a harrowing flight and eventually made her way back to New York. But now that she sees what’s going on at home, she told reporters that she is more determined than ever to move to Israel permanently. She’s not going there to fight, though she will if she has to. She said she wants to leave because she feels safer in Israel than she does in America. She was taught all about the Holocaust as a child and says she sees the signs of it happening again all around her. (NY Post)

[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] US Border patrol agents continue to dump migrants - including many who entered the country illegally - at a transit center in San Diego, overwhelming the city that already experiences 1,200 arrivals each day.
New photos show the shocking moment buses of migrants from central America, the Middle East and Africa arrive at the center.
There, they are met with social workers who help them book flights and bus tickets to other parts of the nation. San Diego shelters have struggled with the influx of migrants under Joe Biden's lax border policies.
San Diego has seen more than 1,000 migrants arrive a day with many coming to the Iris Ave Transit Center in Otay Mesa West. The center welcomes 800 to 1,200 migrants a day.
The center, located a short ride from the border, offers arrivals haircuts, washing facilities and the opportunity to pick up fresh clothes and personal care items.

When you vote in the coming elections. Remember to weed out those (insert profanity here) that put $,$$$,$$$, political & amoral agendas ahead of the US Constitution and safety of the US Citizens. Plus failed to protect USA Sovereignty, and uphold their Oath of Office of AMERICA FIRST.

What are you doing about it?

[AFRICANEWS] Niger's military leaders say they have foiled an attempt by ousted president Mohammed Bazoum to escape their custody on Thursday.
Bazoum, who was tossed by the military on July 26, attempted to flee in the night with his family, cooks and security, according to the regime's front man Amadou Abdramane.
Abdramane said that the escape bid failed and "the main actors and some of the accomplices" were arrested.
An investigation has also been launched.
The escape plan had involved Bazoum at first getting to a hideout on the outskirts of the capital Niamey, said Abdramane.
The former leader had then planned to fly out on helicopters belonging to a foreign power.
Since being tossed, Bazoum had been held at the presidential palace in the capital Niamey, alongside his wife and son.
In September, his lawyers said he filed a legal case with a court of the Economic Community of West African States against those who deposed him and were also taking his case to the UN Human Rights Council.
The attempted escape comes as the first group of French troops arrived in neighbouring Chad on Thursday, after being ordered out by Niger's military rulers.
La Belle France has continued to support the ousted leader since the coup and is calling for his release.
[AFRICANEWS] The International Criminal Court said on Thursday that it had released a former militia leader in the Central African Republic and is dropping all charges against him.
Maxime Mokom had faced charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity over alleged atrocities committed against Muslim civilians in the CAR by his self-proclaimed self-defence militias in 2013 and 2014.
The ICC's prosecutor Karim Khan said his office had concluded there were "no longer any reasonable prospects of conviction even if the charges were confirmed".
He said the decision was taken after considering all the evidence and "changed circumstances regarding the availability of witnesses". "Yeah. Da witnesses is all dead!"
Mokom, who was released on Tuesday, has denied all involvement in the bloodshed, telling ICC judges in August he was "dedicated to the search for peace".
The charges Mokom had faced included directing attacks against the civilian population, murder, rape and pillage.
[GEO.TV] The security forces bumped off four turbans and apprehended another during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in the general area of Semu Wanda in Lakki Marwat district on Thursday night, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Friday.
A statement released by the ISPR said that the security forces conducted the IBO on the reported presence of turbans in the said area.
"During conduct of the operation, intense fire exchange took place between own troops and the terrorists, resultantly four turbans were sent to hell, while one terrorist got injured and was apprehended by the security forces," the military's media wing stated.
It said that the slain Death Eaters remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities against security forces and murder of innocent civilians.
The ISPR further stated that a cache of arms, equipment, and explosives was also recovered during the operation.
The residents of the area appreciated the operation and expressed their full support to eliminate the menace of terrorism, it added.
For the past year now, Pakistain has been gripped by a spate of terror attacks, with Balochistan ...the Pak province bordering Kandahar and Uruzgun provinces in Afghanistan and Sistan Baluchistan in Iran. Its native Baloch propulation is being displaced by Pashtuns and Punjabis and they aren't happy about it... and Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa particularly being under the radar of Death Eaters targeting security forces and civilians to deteriorate peace.
As many as six bad boyz were potted and four soldiers were martyred during two operations in separate tribal districts on Wednesday night.
Last month, two separate suicide kabooms near mosques in Balochistan's Mastung and KP's Hangu left several people dead and many others injured, while 59 were killed in a suicide kaboom in Balochistan's Mastung.
After the terror incidents, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Asim Munir said the forces of evil would continue to face the full might of the state.
"... turbans and their controllers, having no link with religion and ideology, are proxies of the enemies of Pakistain and its people. These forces of evil will continue to face the full might of the state and security forces backed by a resilient nation," the army chief had said.
[GEO.TV] The United Nations ...a formerly good idea gone bad... has announced that the first aid delivery into Gazoo ...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamas with about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response... via the Rafah border crossing with Egypt is expected to occur "in the next day or so."
Martin Griffiths, the UN humanitarian chief, stated that they are engaged in advanced negotiations with relevant parties to facilitate the aid operation. The UN's aim is to ensure a swift and secure start to this humanitarian effort.
While the exact timing remains uncertain, there is hope for a prompt and sustained delivery of aid. The humanitarian community emphasises the urgent need for a mechanism to transport aid into southern Gaza, all while continuing to call for an immediate humanitarian ceasefire.
Desperately needed international aid is accumulating in Egypt near Gaza, where Paleostinians are facing critical shortages of food and water due to ongoing Israeli bombings. The situation in Gaza has tanked rapidly, with over one million of its 2.4 million residents displaced.
Originally, Egyptian state-linked broadcaster Al Qahera News had announced the opening of the Rafah crossing on Friday, which serves as the sole route into Gaza. However, some people are alive only because it's illegal to kill them... Cairo later cited the need for road repairs and postponed the opening.
The recent escalation in violence stems from a major attack launched by Hamas ...a contraction of the Arabic words for "frothing at the mouth",... from the Gaza Strip on October 7. The attack resulted in substantial casualties, with Israeli officials reporting at least 1,400 deaths, primarily among civilians.
In response, Israel has conducted extensive aerial bombings, causing significant destruction. An impending ground invasion is anticipated, heightening concerns about the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
As of now, the situation remains critical, with at least 4,137 Paleostinians, mainly civilians, reported dead due to the ongoing conflict, according to the Hamas-run health ministry.

All I read is "boo hoo hoo, wah wah wah, poor Hamas/gazoo people and not a peep about the Iraeli victims.

The ones who really got screwed are the victims of the Afghan earthquake that happened the same day. It hardly made the news.
BTW, the question I have on the IAF bombing videos is, aren't the Gazans using rebar? Are these buildings even to earthquake code? With that recent earthquake results in Turkiye they better be or an Act of God will really be an Act of God.

Early on the morning of October 7, air raid sirens sounded in southern and central Israel.
On the morning of October 7, Israel was subjected to an unprecedented-scale rocket attack from the Gaza Strip as part of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, announced by the military wing of the Palestinian Hamas movement. After massive rocket attacks, the organization’s fighters penetrated into the border areas in the south of the Jewish state.
In response, the Israel Defense Forces launched Operation Iron Swords against Hamas in the Gaza Strip. Within days of the attack, the Israeli military took control of all settlements near the Gaza border and began conducting air strikes on targets, including civilians, in the strip. Israel also announced a complete blockade of the Gaza Strip: the supply of water, food, electricity, medicine, and fuel was suspended.
The number of victims in the Gaza Strip has reached 3,785 people, including 1,524 children and a thousand women, the local Ministry of Health reported. In Israel, according to local authorities, more than 1,300 people were killed. According to various estimates, up to 250 people may be held captive by Hamas.

Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited. [Regnum] One of the Lebanese army units discovered more than two dozen missile launchers in the south of the country. This is stated in a statement by the Lebanese army issued on October 20.
