[IsraelTimes] Police chief says 36-year-old Jackie Rahm Little nabbed after attempting ‘to inflict terror onto our Muslim community’
Minneapolis police arrested a man suspected of setting two fires that damaged mosques in the city last week as part of what the chief called "an attempt to inflict terror onto our Moslem community."
Police Chief Brian O’Hara announced the arrest of 36-year-old Jackie Rahm Little early Sunday but didn’t provide details of how he was apprehended. He was charged with second-degree arson after the fires were set on April 23 and 24 and an arrest warrant was issued.
"Houses of worship should be safe places. Setting fire to a sacred facility, where families and children gather, is incredibly inhumane. And this level of blatant hatred will not be tolerated in our great city," O’Hara said in a statement Sunday.
Leaders with the Minnesota chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations ... the Moslem Brüderbund's American arm ... praised the arrest after the fires that had unnerved the Moslem community in the area.
"This arrest brings some relief to our community, which has been on edge for the past week," said Jaylani Hussein, the group’s executive director. "We hope to learn more about the suspect’s motivations and any potential accomplices who may have incited these attacks on our houses of worship."
One fire was set last Monday on the third floor of the Mercy Islamic Center. The center houses the Masjid Al Rahma mosque.
The criminal complaint against Little states that surveillance footage showed him entering the center carrying a bag with a gasoline can inside. A short time later, a staff member spotted a fire near offices. It was extinguished before it could spread very far.
The other fire was Sunday night in the bathroom of the mosque in the 24 Somali Mall. Worshippers extinguished the fire.
The two mosques are less than a mile apart. O’Hara had said earlier that the department suspected the same person was responsible for that blaze.
TALIBAN SEARCHING HOMES IN KABUL, LOOKING FOR WOMEN ACTIVISTS WHO PARTICIPATED IN RECENT MARCH – While we do not have the locations that are targeted for searches, we have been informed that General Directorate of Intelligence agents has been dispatched to track down women who took part (or planned) the protest marches that took place the other day. It is believed they will be brought in for questioning but arrests/detentions have not been authorized due to the proximity to the crucial United Nations meetings in Doha today. As of publication, we have not had word about anyone being taken in for questioning.
NATURAL DISASTERS PROVE TO BE DEADLY OVER PREVIOUS YEAR – The Taliban’s Disaster office released a report for the solar year 1401 which states that over 1,000 Afghans were killed and 2,000 were injured due to natural disasters. In addition, nearly 100,000 livestock were lost in these calamities. Over 40,000 homes were destroyed or damaged and the agricultural losses are expected to see roughly a 30% reduction in crops harvested this year. Flooding was the most deadly form of disaster and accounted for the majority of the casualties but the unusual cold spell that hit the region resulted in abnormally high casualty rates as well.
CHINESE EMBASSY IN KABUL PLANS TO BEGIN ISSUING VISAS ON 3 MAY – The Chinese embassy released a statement on its website announcing the intention of recommencing the process of issuing visas on 3 May. The message urged Afghan citizens to fill out the application form electronically as limited consular office hours are in place for in-person interviews.
TALIBAN SECURITY FORCES SEIZE WEAPONS IN MAIDAN WARDAK – Taliban security personnel stationed in the Province discovered a cache of weapons in a house that reputedly belonged to the militia leader, Alipur. The cache primarily contained light weapons and a local eyewitness expressed skepticism about the serviceability of the weapons, as they were in an extremely poor state when put on display.
CONFLICT TRACKER Kabul: An attack was said to have been carried out against a Taliban security checkpoint in the Khair Khana neighborhood (315 area) at 2100hrs local. 2 Taliban were reportedly killed and 1 was wounded in the engagement. A video posted to theAFF’s Twitter feed snowed a fast moving vehicle passing by the checkpoint and a moderate explosion.

UNITED NATIONS MEETINGS IN DOHA MAY PROMPT TERROR/RESISTANCE ACTIVITY IN AFGHANISTAN – With the high-level meetings between the United Nations and multiple envoys from the international community taking place today and tomorrow, it is possible that terrorist organizations and/or Resistance groups could launch attacks to embarrass the Taliban and illustrate a sense of insecurity to the world. Sources in Kabul have verified that security around diplomatic facilities and the airport has been increased with additional Taliban personnel on the ground and conducting vehicular patrols more frequently than before. At-risk Afghans should be aware that areas, where there are high-profile targets (those areas that would get the attention of the international news media if attacked), could be dangerous.
[SUDANTRIBUNE] The Sudanese police deployed the Central Reserve Forces in the streets of the capital Khartoum to maintain security, amid calls from the Rapid Support Forces to withdraw them so as not to deal with them as enemies.
The police press office said in a statement that "police forces are deployed on the roads to secure public and private property and arrest robbers" who storm abandoned homes after the eruption of the armed conflict in Khartoum.
The media office posted photos on social media showing dozens of heavily armed Central Reserve soldiers on four wheels vehicles equipped with machine guns.
The army said units of the Central Reserve Police had been deployed in areas south of Khartoum and would be deployed successively in Khartoum areas.
These police units are considered fighting forces that participated in the fight against the armed movements in Darfur and some areas of Kordofan.
On March 21, 2022, the United States imposed sanctions on the Central Reserve Police of Sudan for serious human rights When they're defined by the state or an NGO they don't mean much... violations committed during pro-democracy protests. The move was made after reports of excessive use of force and violence against peaceful demonstrators.
According to the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), a Central Reserve Police force had joined the army in the al-Shajara area, south of the capital Khartoum, adding that the army was preparing to attack their position in the areas.
The RSF called on police chiefs to withdraw all its forces and prevent them from participating in the attack.
"The police are a civilian-national body that should not take sides. We warn the police forces and their leadership not to interfere so that we do not have to treat them as an enemy," the RSF said in a statement.
The situation in Sudan remains tense, with fierce festivities erupting between the army and the Rapid Support Forces on April 15 in 12 of Sudan’s 18 states.

[SUDANTRIBUNE] The Sudanese army and the Rapid Support have agreed to extend the truce for 72 hours, starting at midnight on Sunday.
The truce is the sixth of its kind since festivities erupted between the two sides on April 15, without observing it. The two parties used to trade accusations of violating the truce.
In a statement received by Sudan Tribune, the army said that they "agreed to extend the truce for a period of 72 hours, starting from the expiration of the current truce at midnight on Sunday, based on mediation by the United States and Soddy Arabia ...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. When the oil runs out the rest of the world is going to kick sand in the Soddy national face... The military statement pointed out that the army agreed to the extension despite monitoring the intentions of the Rapid Support Forces to attack some sites, but expressed hope that the other party will abide by the cessation of hostilities.
In turn, the paramilitary forces announced their agreement to extend the ceasefire to open humanitarian corridors and facilitate the movement of civilians to meet their needs and reach safe areas.
The RSF renewed their commitment to a complete ceasefire, "despite the violations of the army, which continued to attack their positions and bases", according to his claim.
Despite the successive renewal of the truce, the two sides are not ready to hold talks as everyone wants to defeat the other before.
The tripartite mechanism, consisting of the United Nations ...aka the Oyster Bay Chowder and Marching Society... Mission in Sudan, the African Union ...a union consisting of 53 African states, most run by dictators of one flavor or another. The only all-African state not in the AU is Morocco. Established in 2002, the AU is the successor to the Organisation of African Unity (OAU), which was even less successful... and IGAD, called on the parties to the conflict to respect the ceasefire, protect civilians and refrain from attacks on populated areas, schools and health facilities.

[BREITBART] Immigration officers deported the Mexican man wanted in connection to Friday night’s alleged murder of five Honduran nationals on three occasions, according to the Texas sheriff leading the investigation. The most recent removal came in 2016.
San Jacinto County Sheriff Greg Capers told Breitbart Texas on Sunday that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers deported 38-year-old Francisco Oropeza, a Mexican national now wanted for five alleged murders, in three separate incidents. Sheriff Capers and other sources advised that the last time ICE officers removed Oropeza was in 2016.
Breitbart Texas reached out to ICE media officials for additional information regarding Oropeza’s immigration history. An immediate response was not available.
Sheriff Capers said a multi-agency task force continues to search for Oropeza in connection to the alleged murder of five people who lived next door to him in a rural area of Cleveland, kept in touch with the world by Obamaphone, ...was ruled by a Democrat machine from 1942 through 1971. After the river caught fire during the administration of Carl Stokes they tried a Republican, then went back to being Democrats when the party hacked up Dennis Kucinich ... . The Mexican national reportedly shot and killed the five Honduran nationals after one of them complained of him firing a rifle outside shortly before midnight Friday night, Breitbart Texas reported.
Of the ten people living in the home at the time of the shooting, five are now dead, the East Texas Sheriff explained. The five decedents are identified as:
Julisa Molina Rivera, age 31
Sonia Argentina Guzman, age 25
Diana Velazquez Alvarado, age 21
Jose Jonathan Casarez, age 18
Daniel Enrique Laso, age 8
The eight-year-old boy reportedly died at the hospital. The four other victims were found dead at the scene.

The immigration "problem" is meant to exacerbate the crime problem, which is intended to produce more gun control.
Central and South America are emptying their prisons into our country.

And, when the vics are other immigrants (who are stuck in neighborhoods with this sort of filth), it's memory hole. When they are whites, like the girl shot by the homeless guy in SF, the homeless guy skates and the vics family is told to shut up or else.

[ZH] A three times deported Mexican national who allegedly shot and killed five of his neighbors, including a child, is being described by the media as a “Texas man”.
The illegal immigrant is accused of gunning down five Honduran nationals on Friday night in Cleveland, Texas and is still on the run.
Francisco Oropesa’s neighbors complained that him shooting his gun in the garden was keeping their baby awake. Oropesa responded by invading their home and killing them, including an 8-year-old child.
It is now being reported that Oropesa has been deported on three occasions, with his most recent removal being in 2016.

Most important aspect of the story is that the shooter was an illegal alien with a criminal record who had already been deported three times before returning to our country and network news will NOT report it. They will not even ask how an illegal alien with a criminal record got his hands on an AR-15. As far as I'm concerned, that makes them complicit in this crime. Just like Nixon tried to cover up Watergate, the mainstream media is trying to cover up the truth about this crime. Joe Biden, for his absolute refusal to secure the border, is every bit as guilty as the shooter.

[Rudaw] Before dusk fell, Ghazi Qasim and his friend set off to go fishing on the Great Zab River over the weekend, but he never returned. His family members believe that he was killed by members of the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems.... (ISIS).
The river is located only three kilometers away from their village of Kapran, Gwer district, 50 kilometers west of Erbil.
It was not the first time that they had gone to the same spot for fishing, Qasim’s family members told Rudaw, citing the victim’s companion, who survived the alleged ISIS ambush. He added that those who ambushed them appeared to be ISIS gunnies based on their clothing and looks, saying he had counted eight button men.
The gunnies captured, tied up, and blindfolded the two men, and killed Qasim when they saw a photo of him in Iraqi military uniform on his phone.
The friend, who claims he was let go by the bully boys, is currently being investigated by Erbil’s local security forces (Asayish).
"Even though the case is still under investigation, we suspect the button men were ISIS fighters based on their place of staying and equipment." Masoud Noori, mayor of Gwer district, told Rudaw.
Qasim, 46, is survived by five children. He was from the Kapran village in the Gwer district and was a soldier in the Iraqi army.
Gwer is located in an area disputed between the Iraqi government and the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG). It has been a safe haven for ISIS sleeper cells because of the security gap between Peshmerga and Iraqi forces, as well as the rugged landscape.
ISIS has taken advantage of the situation in the past to move around, harass local residents, and carry out attacks.
Erbil and Baghdad have discussed establishing joint brigades to secure areas between their forces such as around Gwer. Talks stalled because of elections and a year of political wrangling to form a government, but funds for two joint brigades are included in the draft 2023 budget.
[IsraelTimes] IDF also still searching for a number of Paleostinian cells and button men who carried out recent attacks; army expected to demolish several terrorists’ homes in coming weeks
The Israel Defense Forces has imposed heavy restrictions on movement in and out of the West Bank city of Jericho for the past nine days, citing concerns of terror attacks, as the military meanwhile hunts for several wanted Paleostinians.
Paleostinians have called the restrictions on Jericho a "suffocating siege," as the temporary checkpoints at the main entrances to the city have caused unusually heavy traffic.
Continued on Page 49
[IsraelTimes] Two unarmed Paleostinians have been arrested by Israeli troops after attempting to infiltrate into Israel from the Gazoo ...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamaswith about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response... Strip earlier today, the military says.
The Israel Defense Forces says soldiers monitoring surveillance cameras identified the suspects attempting to cross the security barrier in the southern part of Gaza.
Troops dispatched to the scene arrest the pair and take them to the Shin Bet security agency for further questioning.
Paleostinians in the Gaza Strip frequently attempt to illegally enter Israeli territory, often with hopes of fleeing the beleaguered enclave.
[IsraelTimes] Two men require hospitalization after attack near town of Burqa north of Nablus, allegedly by group from nearby illegal settlement of Homesh; shepherd also reportedly assaulted
Three Paleostinians in the West Bank were allegedly beaten by Israeli settlers in separate incidents Sunday, Paleostinian authorities and an Israeli rights group said.
Two victims, from the Paleostinian town of Burqa, were taken to Rafidia Hospital in Nablus for treatment after being attacked, according to the Paleostinian Red Islamic Thingy.
The two had been on the lands of the town, in the northern West Bank, when the assault occurred, the Paleostinian Authority’s official WAFA news service said.
Settlers who set upon the pair hurled rocks at them, restrained them and beat them with rods, according to Israeli rights group B’Tselem.
It said some seven people who arrived by car took part in the attack.
In pictures, one of the victims can be seen with extensive cuts on his face and his shirt and pants spattered with blood.
WAFA, citing a local activist, said the group of assailants had come from Homesh, a former settlement where Israelis have continued to maintain a yeshiva under the tacit approval of the government.
Last week, several politicians from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s coalition participated in a celebratory prayer event on the hilltop, after they repealed a law prohibiting future settlement activity there.
Elsewhere, a Paleostinian shepherd grazing his flock was beaten by Israeli settlers Sunday, WAFA reported. It said 14 sheep were stolen in the attack, which occurred near the town of Aqrabah, south of Nablus.
There was no word on the extent of the shepherd’s injuries.
There was no immediate Israeli comment on either alleged attack.
Recent months have seen a rise in attacks by settlers against Paleostinians and Israeli security forces, especially in the northern West Bank.
Earlier this year, settlers staged a riot in the Paleostinian town of Huwara to take Dire Revenge following a deadly shooting attack that killed a pair of Israeli brothers driving through, setting fire to homes and cars.
While there is a long history of settler attacks on Paleostinians, critics allege that Israeli bandidosmurderous Moslems in the West Bank have become further emboldened by the recent rise of far-right politicians, who make up a significant chunk of Netanyahu’s ruling coalition.
[IsraelTimes] State-affililated Nour News says Maj. Alireza Shahraki was killed by unknown button men while sitting alongside his wife, who was maimed
A senior Iranian police official was reportedly assassinated in southeastern Iran ...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The nation is today noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence. The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan. The abbreviation IRGC is the same idea as Stürmabteilung (or SA). The term Supreme Guide is a the modern version form of either Duce or Führer or maybe both. They hate JewsZionists Jews. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol... on Sunday morning.
According to the state-affiliated Nour News agency, Maj. Alireza Shahraki was shot and killed by "unknown button men" while sitting in his car alongside his wife.
The news site, which is linked to Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, reported that Shahraki’s wife was seriously maimed in the attack.
The English-language Iran International news site identified Shahraki as the head of the police investigative department for Saravan County in Iran’s Sistan-Balochistan ...the Pak province bordering Kandahar and Uruzgun provinces in Afghanistan and Sistan Baluchistan in Iran. Its native Baloch propulation is being displaced by Pashtuns and Punjabis and they aren't happy about it... province.
Iran International suggested that Shakrahi had been accused in the past of using "extremely violent mostly peaceful" methods against detainees.
Just last week, a powerful Iranian holy man was bumped off at a bank in the city of Babolsar in the northern province of Mazandaran. Ayatollah Abbas Ali Soleimani, 75, was a member of the Assembly of Experts that selects the country’s supreme leader.
[IsraelTimes] Figure going by Abu Hussein al-Qurashi ’neutralized’ by intel agents, Ottoman Turkish president says after operation at abandoned farm in country’s northeast

"The suspected leader of ISIS, codename Abu Hussein al-Qurashi, has been neutralized in an operation carried out yesterday (Saturday) by the MIT in Syria," he announced on television.
The Islamic State group announced the death of its previous leader, Abu Hasan al-Hashimi al-Qurashi, on November 30, replacing him with Abu Hussein al-Qurashi.
An AFP correspondent in northern Syria said Ottoman Turkish intelligence agents and local military police, backed by Turkey had on Saturday sealed off a zone in Jindires, in the northwest region of Afrine.
Residents told AFP that an operation had targeted an abandoned farm that was being used as an Islamic school.
The United States carried out a helicopter raid in northern Syria in an operation in mid-April, saying the Islamic State group had been planning attacks in Europa ...the land mass occupying the space between the English Channel and the Urals, also known as Moslem Lebensraum... and the Middle East.
US Central Command said they had killed a big shot of the IS group in the operation.
Despite having been driven out of much of the territory it once controlled, the Islamic State group still launches attacks in Syria.
[NPASYRIA] Three people, including a woman, were maimed on Sunday by holy warriors of a faction affiliated with Ottoman Turkish-backed armed opposition factions, aka Syrian National Army (SNA), as they were trying heavy machineguns near a camp in the city of Azaz, northern Aleppo.
An exclusive source told North Press, under the condition of anonymity, that holy warriors of Levant Front (Jabha al-Shamiya), affiliated with the SNA, tried heavy weapons on the route of the village of Niyara, in the countryside of Azaz, resulting in the injury of three people, including a woman, in the camp of Karem al-Zaytoon, on the vicinity of the city.
The injured people were transported to the National Hospital in Azaz, as some of them sustained serious injuries, according to the source.
The SNA factions always try machineguns near the city, disregarding people in the area, the source added.
Since July 2012, Azaz and its countryside have been under the control of Ottoman Turkish-backed factions.

[Rudaw] Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) announced early Sunday morning the arrest of an Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. (ISIS) leader and three other members in Deir ez-Zor, according to its Coordination and Military Operations Centre.
The Coordination and Military Operations Centre of the SDF tweeted that a leader was arrested along with three other holy warriors, as well as seizing a number of tech equipment, documents, and weapons.
It added that the raid was carried out in coordination with residents and the internal security forces (Asayish).
The arrests followed a wave of crackdowns on the group by the SDF in northeast Syria, in coordination with the global coalition against ISIS.
On Saturday, the coalition announced that the SDF arrested an ISIS weapon smuggler in an early morning raid on Friday, less than 24 hours after the capturing of another ISIS operative in northeast Syria.
On Thursday, SDF captured an ISIS logistics operative in a raid in Hasaka province and on Monday they arrested four ISIS members in Raqqa.
The UK-based Syrian Observatory of Human Rights (SOHR) stated that ISIS carried out 20 operations in the month of April, claiming to have killed 38 civilians and 46 Syrian regime forces and Iranian backed militia.
ISIS lost six of its commanders and members in security operations by the coalition and regime forces, reported SOHR.
ISIS has been degraded from its so-called caliphate that covered swathes of Iraq and Syria, though it continues to pose a security risk through kidnappings, hit-and-run attacks, and bombings. The Pentagon, in its latest quarterly report covering anti-ISIS operations from October through December 2022, estimated there are 6,000 to 10,000 fighters spread across Syria and Iraq.
