#2 All gun control laws actually end up doing is disarming honest citizens.

Criminals will obtain firearms 1 way or another.

How about, instead, making it harder and more expensive for honest citizens to obtain and protect themselves. How about making any criminal felony intended use of a firearm a clearly known mandatory punishment. So liberal, paid off DA's can't play games.

Starting with a mandatory 12 years for direct use in the commission of an intended felony level crime, 10 years added for each person is wounded, and a mandatory death penalty, if a death occurs during the felony crime.
