In a Univision interview Tuesday, Biden teased that he’s considering signing an executive order by month’s end By month's end, eh? Meaning first of May? Six months before the election? Though I'm sure that's just coincidence...
to drastically tighten up the southern border, using authority granted in Section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act to ban any migrant who crosses illegally from applying for asylum.
But, he says, he’s unsure "whether or not" he has "that power": "Some are suggesting that I should just go ahead and try it. And if I get shut down by the court, I get shut down by the court."
Utter baloney.
The language of Section 212(f) is perfectly clear, granting the power "to suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens" whenever the president "finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States."
Some lower-court judge might find some excuse to overrule that, but most of the Supreme Court can read.
Plus, President Donald Trump ...dictatorial for repealing some (but not all) of the diktats of his predecessor, misogynistic because he likes pretty girls, homophobic because he doesn't think gender bending should be mandatory, truly a man for all seasons...... used it repeatedly, in multiple executive orders — ones Biden rescinded right after taking office.
And the White House leaked heavily back in February that it was looking at executive action on the border, only to back off when the Democratic left erupted.
Instead, Biden decided to pretend he was powerless because Republicans wouldn’t pass a bill spelling out new powers.

The only drawback I can is that Zelenski is sure to surface in Israel once Ukraine is done.
My guess would be Miami but maybe you know something I don't. He's the kind of guy, though, who might find certain parts of Argentina attractive...or maybe Paraguay.
But I'm quite certain Brennan will be disappointed if his wet dream of conquering Russia never comes true.

'One of the things they propose is black folk not have to pay taxes for a certain amount of time because then again, that puts money back in your pocket,' Crockett explained.

At some point this stupid Election year BS has to end.
How can ANY person... White, Asia or Black demand $$$$$ for what their GREAT-GREAT-GREAT Grand Parents indured, from a population that immigranted generations after slavery ended? In fact HAD NO PART IN OR WITH Slavery.
Especially given the percentages of certain groups have been more more than compensated with 5 generations of Gov. Assistance.
So while we still have Semi-"Elected" repersentatives:
How about a Total Tax Code Rewrite & Simplification, so that an avg. 7th grader can understand and do their own taxes with a Dollar Tree hand calculator?
Plus a cap on the total citizen paid taxes, from all sources, (Local, State, & Federal) to less than 20% of Income.
Force Governments to be leaner , not meaner and quit funneling taxpayer $$$$$$$ around.

Here's the deal, you want reparations, you forfeit citizenship. You take only your blood money and leave, no other assets. You may never return for any reason under penalty of summary execution.

A principle of tort law is that wrongs should be righted and the victim made whole. If a person feels victimized by their ancestors being removed from their ancestral homeland, then the proper thing to do is return them to Africa with a little walking-around money. As part of the deal, they are no longer an American citizen. Take any personal assets such as money earned or knowledge of a written language, but once gone, you can't come back. Bye!
