#2 /\ More ATF and FBI personnel will likely be needed to handle the increased levels of background checks. I recommend at least 80,000 for each agency.

#7 #4 in New Mexico any transfer of guns has to be reported, to 'friend', family member, inheritance.... Just another technicality to steal from law abiding cause they don't apply the law to so many criminals already doing it.
