[AND Magazine] Let’s talk about the elephant in the room. Let’s talk about the fact that never before in American history have we have a President and an administration seemingly so compromised by a hostile, foreign power. The scope of what we now face is literally unprecedented.
Joe Biden: His record speaks for itself. His son Hunter was the bag man for years for a family enterprise selling access to first Senator and then Vice-President Biden. Chief amongst the list of thuggish totalitarian states lining up to hand vast sums of money to Hunter in exchange for access to Joe, Communist China.
Tony Blinken, Secretary of State. Blinken is fresh from running a pro-Chinese institute at the University of Pennsylvania, which shamelessly pushes CCP propaganda and looks a whole lot like it is a part of Xi Jinping’s worldwide United Front program.

Sorry, Zorba. It's not that we don't care. It's just that we've all assumed the worst about Joe Biden and his communist buddy Xi for so long now that this looks like old news. It's sad to say but the shock effect has worn off.
It goes all the way back to 2008 when Baraq said he wanted to redistribute our wealth. Then his Communications Director Anita Dunn said she admired Chairman Mao.
And we know all too well that the Main Stream Media/Fake News has been lying about it for at least that long as well. What can we say about it that we haven't already said?

[Legal Insurrection] Beijing wages all-out campaign to sow chaos and discord in the US.
With President Joe Biden in the White House, Communist China is waging a vicious campaign of sowing chaos and discord in American society.
The opening salvo in this all-out campaign was fired at the U.S.-China summit in Alaska on March 19. The Chinese delegation, besides publicly humiliating the Biden administration, used the summit to accused the U.S. of "deep-seated" racism. Chinese representatives referred to the propaganda put out by the BLM movement to accuse the U.S. of ’slaughtering’ Black Americans.
The same day, China used the floor of the U.N. General Assembly to make similar claims. China’s deputy U.N. Ambassador Dai Bing accused the U.S of "deep-seated problems of racial discrimination, social injustice and police brutality."
Beijing—while waging a genocidal campaign against Tibetan and Uyghur people at home—issued a "human rights" report on the U.S. on Wednesday.
The Chinese propaganda report, laden with social justice lingo, was aimed at ethnic minorities in America. Blacks were subject to "unchecked police violence" and Asian Americans were targets of "racial bullying," the document claimed.
"The ethnic minorities in the United States are devastated by racial discrimination, and racism exists in a comprehensive, systematic and continuous manner," the Chinese state-run TV channel CGTN reported citing the report.

...actually the Washington swamp took another approach to Russia when it broke up sending aid and other support. However, it also kept NATO whose very reason to exist had then vanished.
Still looking for the Official report on the Atlanta Atlantic Station Attempted Shooter.
It is being widely said in back-channels. That he was bragging to officers and others in ear shot. That he was supplied and supported in his attempted mass shooting of a demographically Upper Middle Class area / Publix.
One things is for sure.
The MEDIA went cold on reporting a Black Militant trying to murder Upper Middle Class Citizens in a popular upscale Liberal Supermarket.

I mean, what is the origin of all these talking points like "systemic racism", "reparations", "hate crimes against Asians" and so on and so forth? They seemingly appear out of nowhere with all of the media outlets singing in unison from the same page. Is it home grown nonsense that the CCP opportunistically uses against us or does the CCP have something to do with its origins?

Real Communists certainly know the destructive power of Cultural Marxism.
Especially Chinese who lived through their own bloody Cultural Revolution. They probably spotted the parallels between their Red Guard and America's BLM crazies
[Free Beacon] In 1909, the U.S. Bureau of Soils announced, "The soil is the one indestructible, immutable asset that the nation possesses. It is the one resource that cannot be exhausted; that cannot be used up." The claim was astonishingly bold—that nothing farmers did could affect the underlying health of their land.
A growing wave of young conservatives, however, are pushing back on this way of thinking. Drawing on disparate influences like Wendell Berry, James C. Scott, Patrick Deneen, and Wallace Stegner, they argue that both big government and big corporations have squeezed small farms almost into oblivion, stripping American land of nutrients and health in the hunt for profit. By subsidizing monocrops such as corn and soy, we have weakened rural food security and economic resilience.
Grace Olmstead is one such thinker. Her new book, Uprooted: Recovering the Legacy of the Places We’ve Left Behind, functions both as an investigation into the policy tools that have crushed small farms and a memoir about the effect these policies had on rural communities, many of which are aging rapidly. The young in these communities see little opportunity to build a full life for themselves in places where their parents and grandparents now struggle to break even.
Olmstead speaks from personal experience: Her grandparents farmed a small plot in rural Idaho, but she has since moved to Virginia. She wrestles openly with the tension of moving away from home while calling for more commitment to the places we’ve been given.
Uprooted argues that there are values other than efficiency and low consumer prices worth defending—among them the vibrancy and self-sufficiency of rural communities, and their consistent care for the land. "Care" is a touchstone for Olmstead. "Our world is preserved through the work of maintenance and caregiving," she says. "The work of those who tend the very young and very old, who steward soil, plants, and animals, or who maintain the integrity of our infrastructure. They are the ones who fight back entropy and death, who preserve and protect life and health. They are most often devalued and underpaid."
And yet "the work they do is indispensable to the ongoing health of our society and ecology. Without maintainers and caregivers, everything starts to fall apart."

Mrs. Bobby and her sister own about 300 acres of Illinois farmland. Her grandpa was the last of the family to actually farm it. It grows mostly soybeans and some corn. It's been in her family for 150 years. The kid's generation has five future owners; the grandkids number ten, so the ownership is diluting.
Nobody's 'wearing out the soil' as far as I know. With the possible exception of the State of Illinois and taxes.

[Washington Examiner] The United States has the 13th highest COVID-19 death rate relative to population. Many different factors shaped death rates in the pandemic. But there’s one uncomfortable reason that the U.S. likely experienced more COVID-19 deaths that has largely been ignored because it’s politically incorrect.
Out-of-control obesity rates and the "body positivity" movement predating the pandemic have left the U.S. population disproportionately vulnerable to COVID-19 compared to other countries. The U.S. ranks No. 12 in obesity worldwide, one of the highest rates among developed countries. One study found that 90% of worldwide COVID-19 deaths occurred in countries with high obesity rates.
COVID-19 is much more deadly for the elderly and those with preexisting conditions that weaken the immune system. One of those conditions is obesity. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, "Adults with excess weight are at even greater risk during the COVID-19 pandemic." The CDC said that of the roughly 900,000 adult COVID-19 hospitalizations from the start of the outbreak to Nov. 18, 30% were attributed to obesity.
Meanwhile, a new study examining over 150,000 adults across 20 hospitals confirmed that obese people are much more likely to be hospitalized or to die from the virus. Severely obese COVID-19 patients were 61% more likely to die and 33% more likely to face hospitalization than their peers at healthy weights.
Unfortunately, this key factor driving high U.S. death rates has been quietly reported and largely overlooked. In woke culture, it’s considered too politically incorrect to point out that being fat is unhealthy, even as a pandemic is raging across the country and tragically claiming the lives of overweight people.
But the obesity problem in this country is real, even if we’re increasingly too scared to talk about it out loud for fear of being labeled "fatphobic." According to Harvard’s School of Public Health, two-thirds are overweight, while one-third are "obese." Meanwhile, among those age 2 to 19, 1 in 3 are overweight or obese.
And it’s only getting worse.
As COVID-19 lockdowns and restrictions have trapped people in their homes over the last year, many have gained weight. A new American Psychological Association survey showed that 42% gained weight over the last year, an average of 29 pounds.
This alarming pre-pandemic crisis and recent acceleration should be setting off enormous alarm bells. But instead, liberal-leaning media outlets and cultural influencers have glorified obesity and downplayed its health risks.
For example, Cosmopolitan ran a series of magazine covers featuring significantly overweight women under the heading, "This is healthy!"

#1 You need to stop mixing pandemic responses with your internecine political struggles.
And you need to stop spraying your ghoulish, asinine COVID commentary all over this website.
Only one side to this debate in the US made it political. There's nothing political at all about the approach that the Governor of Florida took, or the approach recommended by Trump's hire, Dr. Scott Atlas.
It was the Democrats and their incompetent governors who distorted and exploited this thing at every step of the way. From Pelosi first telling people to ignore the news and go visit SF's Chinatown to blaming Trymp for literally everything. From masks-irrelevant-no-wait, they're essential, hey why not two masks. From Cuomo demanding a floating Navy hospital from Trump to ignoring it and sending infected elders back into nursing homes where thousands more died as a result of his criminal negligence.
And Democrat governors and mayors everywhere saying do as I say, not as I do, flouting their own shelter-in-place dictates, shutting down and destroying millions of small businesses, all the while telling Antifa and BLM thugs that their bullshit 'peaceful protests' need not obey the shelter in place rules.

Seems excessive, but we also didn't lock ourselves in our closet for a year.
Then again, the 'Freshman 15', that first year of college when healthy 18 year olds would gain around 15lbs because of lifestyle change of study over activity was a real thing.
Correlation between Covid deaths and obesity is a new topic without much data. The health impact of obesity is well documented from heat disease, diabetes, skeletal stress, mental stress, and limitation to physical locomotion.
So I ask, how do you factor these short, medium, and long term health affects into Cost of Lockdown?
Point of Order: Government decisions, legal or illegal, voted or dictated, are by definition 'Politics'.

I know a couple who are even outside the 'Obesity is Beautiful' bracket who caught the wuhan, and they made it through fine, so...well, other than disrupting what limited physical activity they were already doing.
[Babylon Bee] MACON, GA—In a clear case of targeted 2nd Amendment suppression, the clerk behind the counter at Yippee Kay Yay Firearms has asked a gun purchaser to show his identification.
"You don't need to see my identification," said store patron Willard VonCarlton, who was trying to purchase a shotgun and a revolver. "I'm an American! It's my God-given right to own a firearm!"
The clerk was unmoved. "Yeah I get all that, I just need to verify you are the same guy written on this paperwork," he said.
"RACISM!" said VonCarlton. "You assumed I have an ID just from looking at me? Stereotype much? How are you even sure I know how to get an ID?"
"I'll tell you what this is-- SUPPRESSION!" he continued. You don't want me to be able to defend myself! My 2nd Amendment will not be infringed! This is a HATE CRIME!"
According to witnesses, the clerk sighed and said: "Please, just show me your driver's license, sir."

The right to vote should be the same as the right to own a gun (the same gun issued to the line soldiers and marines per the clear intent of the founders - see the second Militia Act of 1792). You deny a citizen to have a gun, they are also ineligible to vote.
#4
Keep in mind that the left is working hard to be able to deny access to guns to law-abiding people. Having voting rights tied to guns would be a two-fer for them.
#5
Remember the 1936 USSR Constitution? The Left loves to offer assurances of guaranteed people's rights that are all contingent of the Party's Needs (Hint: the Party never needs for the comrades to have any rights).
[NOQ] There is a virus spreading across America... and we are not talking about COVID-19. It’s Leftism. It’s taken over virtually every aspect of our American way of life. It’s even infiltrated into our churches and denominations, turning what was once a safe space for Christians to fellowship together into a breeding ground for Cultural Marxism and Socialism.
It’s created a spiritual blindness among even the elect, even going so far as to desensitize believers from the extreme traumatizing horror that abortion is. The Church has become apathetic and even disinterested in the murder of the unborn. Most of the "Woke Church" cares about temporal things like income inequality, the gender pay gap and which pronouns someone can use, while groups like TCAPP are waging battle against Planned Parenthood with good old fashioned Bible preaching, worship and prayer.
As discussed in this episode of Patriot Squad, Planned Parenthood sent out an email to their supporters personally attacking Pastor Ken Peters and The Church at Planned Parenthood. They accused him of being a violent extremist, claiming that TCAPP has been traumatizing young mothers coming in to get abortions. Think about it... prayer and worship music is considered "traumatizing" to Planned Parenthood! That should tell you everything that you need to know about this evil and sick organization.
We cannot allow the Left to win. This is a battle for the soul of our nation. We need strong Christians to rise up and push back against this Leftism that has grabbed hold of our churches. Now is not the time to cave in... now is the time to push back and take America back to being the Christian nation that it was founded as.

[ACM] I understand that most people are heading towards podcasts as their way of digesting audio information. It makes sense as the times change and technology makes audio-on-demand much easier to acquire. But I’m a live show kind of guy guy. Always have been. And that’s why I was at least a little peeved when I heard the Editor-in-Chief of NOQ Report on a live show I often listen to... and he didn’t even tell us he’d be on. As a result, I had to catch the YouTube version, which I always hate doing. Shame on him!
RedState Talk Radio is one of my favorites as they deliver live conservatism in ways that the "big" radio channels do not. Sure, the others may have some conservatives to varying degrees, but you never hear anything even remotely lukewarm at RedState Talk Radio. They’re conservatives through and through, including JJ McCartney.
So when I was on their website today and seeing recent shows, I noticed the familiar face of JD Rucker. He and JJ discussed some amazing topics, as one would expect, but the most important one is the Big Tech tyranny they’ve been fighting against for some time. The livestream on YouTube was particularly compelling since they were talking about YouTube censorship quite a bit. They discussed "taboo" topics like vaccines, voter fraud, and all of the various topics that will get you banned on the platform.
I could go into more but it’s better to just listen to it yourself. Great show!

Likely ‘the most extensive spree of felonies by a congressperson in U.S. history’
The evidence uncovered over the past several years that U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., married her brother in an immigration-fraud scheme has been compelling.
But now investigative reporter David Steinberg believes the case is closed, presenting new evidence that her father and the father of her former husband are one and the same.
The new evidence surfaced, Steinberg wrote for The Blaze, when Omar’s father died in June from complications from a COVID-19 infection and condolences came from the Somali immigrant community of Minneapolis and around the world.
Steinberg explained that when Omar’s father arrived in the United States in 1995, he claimed to be “Nur Omar Mohamed” and received a Social Security number with that name. Steinberg previously reported that Ilhan and some members of her family entered the U.S. fraudulently as members of another family that had been granted asylum, the Omars. The congresswoman’s name at birth was Ilhan Nur Said Elmi.
Among the many messages of condolence from family, friends and others are dozens that identify her father as Nur Said Elmi. The man to whom Omar was married from 2009 to 2017 was Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, who maintained his name as one of three siblings who was granted asylum by the United Kingdom.
Steinberg concludes that Omar “has almost certainly committed the most extensive spree of felonies by a congressperson in U.S. history.”
“As a criminal, she also appears to be historically inept. Scores of verified items of evidence against her are in the public record. Omar has never challenged their authenticity and has never produced a single piece of evidence to support her version of events.
[Right Scoop] Georgia’s new election law that was signed yesterday by Governor Kemp was just hit with a federal lawsuit to stop the law:
THE HILL — Voting rights groups on Thursday night filed a lawsuit just hours after Georgia enacted a Republican-crafted law that gives state lawmakers more power over elections and imposes a raft of new voting restrictions.
The 35-page complaint filed in federal court in Atlanta alleges that minority voters will be hit especially hard by the new legislation, which plaintiffs say illegally suppresses voters’ rights in violation of constitutional protections and the 1965 Voting Rights Act.
According to the lawsuit, the new restrictions are "clearly intended to and will have the effect of making it harder for lawful Georgia voters to participate in the State’s elections," adding that it will impose "unjustifiable burdens" that disproportionately impact people of color, as well as young, poor and disabled voters.
"...disproportionately impact people of color..." This is the same garbage Democrats always spew about any law designed to protect the integrity of our election process. They say it so often it almost sounds racist. It’s as if they are saying that ’people of color’ are less capable of doing things that white people can do, like getting an ID and bringing it when they vote, or applying on time for an absentee ballot.
I read Fred T’s post yesterday on the new law and I don’t have a single issue with anything highlighted there. And after what happened last year, we need much more restrictive laws to keep Democrats from stealing our election.
So kudos to Georgia, governor and all, for making this law and trying to fix their election process. I’m sure it will be in the courts for a long time, but hopefully Georgia can win this before we have more elections next year, or at the very least in 2024.
I support the New Voter Law down here in Middle Eastern Ga. In part because of too many Virtual Voters and how narrow the elections have "SUDDENLY" become.
Google Demographics for GA. 2020 18 years and over and you get around 6,017,219 persons of Voting age. Yes that includes Felons and mentally ill and nursing home coma persons.
Now go to GA SOS VOTER DATA shows :
7,233,601 Active voters
405,297 Inactive voters
=======================
7,638,898 TOTAL REGISTERED?
6,017,219 Population of 18 and over
=======================
1,216,382 too many voters
In short come likely voter registration and purging issues.
The finally tally Last updated Friday, November 20, 2020, 8:37:43 PM(4 months ago) according to the GA SOS
Biden won 49.51%
Trump 49.25%
A difference of 0.251% of 1%
or 12,670 votes
Note: The Libertarian collected 62,138+ votes.
4x the difference needed to put trump over the top.
So the question is could there be a miscounting and/or improperly cast votes out of 12,670 votes of 4,998,482 counted. YES.

Completely bogus. No advanced nation tolerated the absentee ballot scam that Democrats are trying to pull. The only European countries that even allow absentee ballots for their domestically resident citizens all require the voter to show proof of citizenship.
Among the 27 countries in the European Union
- 67% ban mail-in absentee voting unless living abroad, and 26% require a photo-ID to obtain a mail-in absentee ballot
- 22% ban the practice even for those who live abroad.
As for the 16 other European countries, those are even more restrictive. Every single one bans mail-in voting for those living in the country or require a photo ID to obtain a mail-in ballot. Sixty-three percent don't allow mail-in ballots even for citizens living outside of the country.
Are all of these countries, socialist and non-socialist alike, Western and Eastern European, developed and undeveloped, acting "without evidence?"
[NYP] Former Trump economic adviser Larry Kudlow warned that President Biden’s plan to raise taxes on the wealthy would ignite "class warfare" and send companies packing.
Kudlow, who served as the National Economic Council director for former President Donald Trump, said if Democrats get rid of the filibuster’s 60-vote rule, then they will force their "progressive legislative agenda" through the Senate.
"Most of these initiatives are anti-business. A lot of class warfare against wealthy people," he told John Catsimatidis on his WABC 770 AM radio show.
Kudlow said Biden for the first time during his press conference last Thursday signaled that the filibuster "adamantly has to change."
High taxes "are not going to build an economy. You’re not going to be competitive around the world. You’re not going to bring investment home. You’re going to repel investment. Corporations will leave. Inversions will start all over again," Kudlow said on the show.

[Rumble] If only we could print money and borrow our way to prosperity, America would be well on its way to becoming a very, very rich nation. With Today's ALG Minute, I'm Catherine Mortensen. But, of course, most non-politicians understand that debts have to be repaid. So how's 1.9 trillion dollar covid bailout bill going to work out for us? Trump senior economist Kevin Hassett has made some reasonable estimates about how much of the debt will be paid by those Americans of varying income groups, based on the current progressive tax system. He estimates: Those with incomes between $40,000 and $50,000 would pay about $9,000, while those earning between $50,000 and $75,000 would have to fork over $16,000. That rises to $27,000 for incomes between $75,000 and $100,000, and $51,000 for incomes between $100,000 and $200,000. Now that $1,400 of "free money" per person doesn’t sound like such a bargain, does it?

[American Thinker] For years we have been hearing about a coming storm. It was to be biblical and would bring pain to members of the deep state ruling class who, after exposure, would not be able to walk down the streets.
The storm was to begin with spygate, a coordinated effort among top officials in the nation’s justice and intelligence agencies, to prevent Donald Trump’s election; then after failing, to undermine his transition, cripple his presidency, then stop his reelection, the latter goals achieved.
Then there were crimes against humanity: child abuse, trafficking, and the like, all to be exposed via the Anthony Weiner laptop or the Jeffrey Epstein cabal. Both seem distant memories now. In fact, we are now going in the opposite direction with the Biden administration suspending FBI background checks for migrant children caregivers.
We have lived in the "calm before the storm" for years and to this day it remains calm. There are no storm clouds building, nothing on the horizon. The forecast is for sunshine and a light breeze, only enough to supposedly knock President Biden to the ground three times while he feebly attempted to ascend a short staircase.

Proof that there is nothing above political power in Washington, and the apparatchiks in Washington are really not hiding it anymore. Law and regulations are fungible, and apply unconditionally only to the serf classes, in other words, YOU!
[Breitbart] ROME — The president of the Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue said Friday that the Vatican will continue pursuing diplomatic relations with China following the renewal of a 2018 Sino-Vatican accord on the naming of bishops in China. "after all, Il Papa is a Communist too"
"What we hope is that this openness continues, that this long process continues, because in a globalized world, there are no differences, there are no borders," said Cardinal Miguel Angel Ayuso Guixot. What the Vatican hopes for is "an openness that allows us to make a step forward."
During a round table with journalists Friday, the Spanish cardinal said that interreligious dialogue, including with non-believers, is needed now more than ever "because it favors processes of peace" and facilitates common solutions to problems such as poverty, war, climate change, migration, and human trafficking.
This dialogue is not simplistic or superficial, and it must be done with mutual respect, openness, and without fear, he said, calling it a path "of awareness, sharing, and collaboration" that involves "making concrete steps together with members of other religions and with other people," Crux reported in its coverage of the event.
"Everyone is called, in our difficult time, to be messengers of peace, artisans of communion," he said, insisting the present moment must be "a time of fraternity."
On February 4, Pope Francis celebrated the U.N.’s first International Day of Human Fraternity together with Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed.
