[NTD] Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich urged the Supreme Court on March 2 to affirm that his state’s electoral integrity laws were consistent with the federal Voting Rights Act and should be upheld.
The case Arizona’s top prosecutor argued is actually two consolidated cases: Brnovich v. Democratic National Committee (DNC) and Arizona Republican Party v. DNC.
Although the justices peppered counsel for Arizona and the state’s Republican Party with at-times hostile-sounding questions, members of the Supreme Court seemed receptive to their arguments. Except for the more liberal members, the justices did not seem convinced that Arizona’s election laws violated the Voting Rights Act.
The Supreme Court threw out a series of Republican-initiated legal challenges on Feb. 22 to voting processes and results in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin that were left over from the 2020 election cycle. And on March 1, the court dismissed an election challenge from Arizona, In Re Tyler Bowyer, and one from Wisconsin, In Re William Feehan, that were brought on Dec. 15, 2020, by pro-Trump attorney Sidney Powell.

They won't. If they haven't had the spine before, they won't now. And I hope all the cowards on the court get their just desserts in the civil war they could have prevented.
[Right Scoop] After what we all saw last year in Portland and around the country, that kind of statement from Wray seems ridiculous and I wanted to hear it.
While Wray did suggest that the FBI doesn’t view Antifa as a domestic terrorism group, that’s not all he said and the context is relevant:
Graham asks Wray if the FBI views the Proud Boys, Oath keepers and Antifa as domestic terrorism groups, and Wray gives the same answer for all of them. Which is that they don’t treat the groups themselves as domestic terrorists, however there are individuals in each group that they do treat as domestic terrorists.
Wray also made the point that there is no domestic terrorism list like the foreign terrorism list, which I think informs his answer on whether he would call a specific group domestic terrorists.
Look, I’m not defending Wray here. I just want you to have all of the context of his answer on this issue because I think it’s a little unfair to just state it as the tweeter did above without including the rest. Wray’s answer was the same for all of them, meaning that the focus of the FBI is on individuals rather than groups when it comes to domestic terrorism. Whether you agree or disagree with that is a different story, but at least now you understand his fuller answer.

Wray appeared the utter moron. And I mean moron. The only aspect more terrible than his presentation was his questioning by a passel of language-challenged octogenatians who should have retired years ago. Q: Which is the most inept? The Senate or the FBI? A: It is a toss-up.
Everything is the fault of the eeeeeevil Hinjews of India, against whom the valiant Army of the Pure fight tirelessly, even unto the last drop of blood in their veins! Read on, dear Reader, and learn how properly to value the efforts of these brave and noble Lions of Islam.
[DailyTimes.pk] Pakistain’s decision to join the global war on terrorism was the result of geostrategic imperatives and the international community’s call. Pakistain’s counterterrorism operations resulted in decrease in terrorism in the region. In 2011, 144 operations were carried out, resulting in the execution of 1,016 terrorists. In 2012, the Pakistain military brought peace to North Wazoo. In 2013, Bloody Karachi ...formerly the capital of Pakistain, now merely its most important port and financial center. Pakistain’s decision to join the global war on terrorism was the... the international community’s call
The same way perps will be asked to 'join an investigation'.
[DW] Afghanistan has seen a recent spate of "sticky bomb" attacks. Their arrival in India-administered Kashmir now raises concerns that a Taliban-style violent mostly peaceful insurgency could soon grip the disputed Himalayan region.
Indian security forces have seized dozens of "sticky bombs" during raids in India-administered Kashmir ...a disputed territory lying between India and Pakistain. After partition, the Paks grabbed half of it and call it Azad (Free) Kashmir. The remainder they refer to as "Indian Occupied Kashmir". They have fought four wars with India over it, the score currently 4-0 in New Delhi's favor. After 72 years of this nonsense, India cut the Gordian knot in 2019, removing the area's special status, breaking off Ladakh as a separate state, and allowing people from other areas to settle (or in the case of the Pandits, to resettle) there.... in recent months.

[GatestoneInstitute] Who exactly is the Palestinian Authority leadership lying to and why?
Hamas issued a statement on February 25 in which it denied that the group had changed its attitude toward Israel. "Our political and national positions are well known and clear," Hamas said. "They are expressed in our official documents and publications. We remain committed to the resistance until the liberation [of all of Palestine]."
Hamas "will pursue its resistance program until the liberation of the Palestinian land, from the [Jordan] river to the [Mediterranean] sea." — Ismail Haniyeh, Hamas leader, alalamtv.net, February 20, 2021.
The Palestinian terror groups certainly deserve credit for being upfront about their true, lethal intentions toward Israel. Unlike the PA leadership, these terror organizations speak in a single and straightforward voice. Their message in Arabic and English is clear: we will spill as much Jewish blood as it takes to rid "Palestine" of the Jews.
Abbas is seeking to fool the Biden administration into believing that he has managed to persuade the terror groups to transform themselves into peace-seeking organizations. Abbas is utterly desperate for US funding. He is lying through his teeth to get the Biden administration to resume pumping cash into his regime -- which is bankrupt in every possible sense of the word.
It now remains to be seen whether the Biden administration will allow itself to be hoodwinked by the PA's master magician.
[Right Scoop] The Catholic Archdiocese of New Orleans is warning Christians that the latest Johnson & Johnson vaccine, which has just been approved for use by the FDA, is morally compromised because it was made from stem cells from aborted fetuses.
I’ve bolded the important parts:
There has been much discussion of late over the COVID-19 vaccines becoming available to the public as a means of bringing the pandemic under control. For Catholics in particular there has been much discussion and debate about moral and ethical questions around the development of the vaccines in regards to their use of morally compromised cell lines created from two abortions that occurred, one in the 1970s and one in the 1980s.
The Archdiocese of New Orleans, in light of guidance from the Vatican, the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, and The National Catholic Bioethics Center affirm that though there was some lab testing that utilized the abortion-derived cell line, the two vaccines currently available from Pfizer and Moderna do not rely on cell lines from abortions in the manufacturing process and therefore can be morally acceptable for Catholics as the connection to abortion is extremely remote.
It is under the same guidance that the archdiocese must instruct Catholics that the latest vaccine from Janssen/Johnson & Johnson is morally compromised as it uses the abortion-derived cell line in development and production of the vaccine as well as the testing.
We maintain that the decision to receive the COVID-19 vaccine remains one of individual conscience in consultation with one’s healthcare provider. We also maintain that in no way does the Church’s position diminish the wrongdoing of those who decided to use cell lines from abortions to make vaccines. In doing so, we advise that if the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine is available, Catholics should choose to receive either of those vaccines rather than to receive the new Johnson & Johnson vaccine because of its extensive use of abortion-derived cell lines.
If and when I decide to get the vaccine, I won’t be getting the Johnson & Johnson vaccine for this very reason.
It should be repugnant to all Christians, Catholic or not, that a life-saving vaccine was made from the remains of an unborn child who was murdered in the womb.
While I don’t believe the AstraZeneca vaccine is available here yet, it is also morally compromised in the same way and if there’s a choice between it and another non-morally compromised vaccine, Christians should most certainly choose the latter.
