[FoxNews] Protesters in Atlanta are calling for violence against coppers and law enforcement entities following a police-involved shooting on Wednesday that left a state trooper maimed and one man dead.
The Twitter account Scenes from the Atlanta Forest calls for a "Night of Rage" on Friday to enact "reciprocal violence to be done to the police and their allies," according to the Scenes from the Atlanta Forest Twitter account.
"Consider this a call for reciprocal violence to be done to the police and their allies. On Friday, January 20th, wherever you are, you are invited to participate in a night of rage in order to honor the memory of our fallen comrade," the group wrote on Twitter, in an apparent violation of the platform’s terms and conditions.
Sounds like Antifa to me. I’d bet if someone looks closely, many of the cadres will turn out to be cross-listed with known Black Bloc/anarcho-communist syndicate groups. They’re terribly keen on Day of Rage/Night of Rage for any excuse they can find.
The account claims to be a part of Defend the Atlanta Forest, one of the multiple groups protesting in an area where the city is set to construct the new Atlanta Public Safety Training Center.
The Defenders of the Forest said in a statement to Fox News Digital that it is "a broad, diverse, decentralized movement to defend the Atlanta forest." They went on to say they are only a "news aggregator for the movement" and "not affiliated" with Scenes from the Atlanta Forest.
In another tweet, posted several hours later, the group added: "The police will kill you if given the chance. Now is the time for bravery. Take care of each other. Be dangerous together."
The group appeared to acknowledge the post was against Twitter’s rule not to incite violence as it said in yet another tweet that its account "is not long for this world."
The upcoming event comes after a Georgia State Patrol trooper, wearing a bulletproof vest, was shot in the abdomen Wednesday morning. It happened as police tried to clear an encampment near the site where the $90 million Atlanta Police Department (APD) facility will be constructed.

Has the general population become so ‘woke’ that this path is our future? Or are we just (too) patient? (I would really prefer not to live in an American Beirut.)

More please. You gits SHOT a cop. Then you call for a day of rage? Yes, you know the cops are drooling at the prospect of administering a good old fashioned hickory shampoo and OC spray rinse to these guys. But if they're stupid enough to show up with any sort of weapon at this point, they're gonna get ventilated.
DEATH TOLL FROM FREEZING COLD AT 70, MAY BE HIGHER – Based on figures reported from about half of the Provinces, the official death toll stood at 70 yesterday evening. Privately, aid agencies are saying actual figures likely run into the hundreds. Bodies of several children, presumed to have been living on the streets of several of Afghanistan’s cities, were photographed and shared on social media. Adding to the misery, more deaths appear to have occurred from monoxide poisoning as people sought to stay warm inside buildings with improper ventilation. Tens of thousands of heads of livestock are thought to have perished as a cold front not seen for over fifty years has descended on the country. Aid agencies are attempting to ameliorate the situation but face issues with staffing, funding, and supplies after many halted operations due to recent discriminatory gender bans.

For the last six months, the Somali National Army has been pursuing al-Shabaab forces of Evil in central and southern Somalia, leaving hundreds of the forces of Evil dead. The US Africa Command, the African Union ...a union consisting of 53 African states, most run by dictators of one flavor or another. The only all-African state not in the AU is Morocco. Transition Mission in Somalia [ATMIS], and local militia have been collaborating in the fight.
The National Intelligence Security Agency [NISA] also participated in the exercise, state media noted. NISA has lately been active in the fight against al-Shabaab, but there have been complaints previously about their conduct, ranging from alleged execution and detention of innocent civilians.
According to state media, the 25 forces of Evil were killed at Hawadlay village in Middle Shabelle where al-Shabaab also killed dozens of civilians earlier this week. Somali National Army boss General Odowaa Yusuf Rageh had indicated that the forces of Evil will be dealt with.

However, nothing needs reforming like other people's bad habits... the SNA troops and local militia have managed to contain them, further pushing them out of the vicinity while liberating strategic towns.
Earlier this week, the government troops managed to liberate Gal'ad and Haradhere towns, which has been the main operation center by the turbans. According to government reports, the al-Shabaab extortionists have been collecting revenue from the center which helps in the facilitation of the activities.

Local authorities have said that CODECO _ Cooperative for the Development of Congo _ bully boyz also kidnapped a number of women during the attacks on the villages.
Last June, seven CODECO factions announced an end to violence against civilians in Ituri, mainly in the Djugu territory where they were very active. Yet they have gradually resumed with attacks in the area.
At least 195 people have been killed since December in a series of attacks blamed on the CODECO militia and other gangs, the U.N. said. More than 1.5 million people in Ituri province have been displaced by fighting.

Sources said the bully boyz armed with sophisticated weapons sneaked into the farms on Tuesday evening.
About eight farmers were also kidnapped by the terrorists.

There is a military battalion of 300 soldiers in the village of Zabarmari. The attackers came on 10 brand new bikes," he told SaharaReporters.
Boko Haram has increasingly targeted farmers, herders and loggers, accusing them of spying and passing information to the Nigerian military.
Oh? Interesting.
They have also been raiding herding communities, stealing cattle, a valuable commodity in the region to fund their operations.
In 2020, the bully boyz invaded a rice plantation in Zabarmari, a community in Jere Local Government Area, killing at least 43 farmers.

[HODHODYEMENNEWS] Social media activist muppets circulated on Wednesday shocking scenes of the execution of two people by button men after they were subjected to brutal torture.
One of the video clips shows a person named "Salah Obaidan Ali al-Kalani," from Bani Bakr tribe in al-Hadd district of restive Lahj ... a Yemeni governate located in the southwestern corner of the Arabian Peninsula. It is the stomping grounds on the southern secessionist al-Harak movement province, killed by gunshots that penetrated his body, while one of the bullets appears inside his mouth after it penetrated the neck.
The video clip also shows a person firing 7 shots in the dead man’s chest, and the eighth in the shoulder.
Regarding the motives of the crime, the activist muppets confirmed that the button men executed the two people under the pretext of trying to kidnap a maiden of tender years from her home and sell her human organs.
[HODHODYEMENNEWS] Unknown button men attacked on Wednesday the house of a security official with an RPG missile in the port city of Aden, which is controlled by the militia loyal to Saudi-led coalition.
According to informed sources, the unidentified button men attacked the home of director of the so-called "Public Relations and Moral Guidance" at the Ministry of Interior in the pro-coalition government, Abdulqawi Ba’ish, with an RPG, which caused severe damage to the house.
The sources confirmed that the earth-shattering kaboom led to a fire in the house, without any casualties among member of Ba’ish’s family.
The explosion resulting from the attack caused a state of terror and panic among the Ba’ish family and the people of the neighborhood in which they live, the sources added.

In March 2011, al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula declared the governate an Islamic Emirate after seizing control of the region. The New York Times fastidiously reported that those in control, while Islamic hard boyz, are not in fact al-Qaeda, but something else that looks, tastes, smells, and acts the same. Yemeni government forces launched an effort to re-establish control of the region when President-for-Life Saleh was tossed and the carnage continues... province, south of Yemen ...an area of the Arabian Peninsula sometimes mistaken for a country. It is populated by more antagonistic tribes and factions than you can keep track of... Local sources said that an improvised bomb (IED) went kaboom! and targeted a military vehicle carrying the commander Abdul Rahim al-Makar and six of his escorts, while passing through Wadi Omran in Mudiyah district.
The STC accused al-Qaeda of being behind the liquidations of its members in the districts of Abyan, in cooperation and coordination with elements of the Islah Party in the province.
[BenarNews] A settlement of about 3,000 Rohingya refugees on the Myanmar-Bangladesh border was burnt to the ground Wednesday after an hours-long shootout between Rohingya bully boy groups that left at least one person dead, sources said.
The two gangs engaged one another in a firefight with reports that Rohingya shelters were set ablaze in the no-man’s land along the frontier, causing many to flee for safety into Bangladeshi territory in southeastern Bandarban district, refugees and officials said.
Apart from the report of the one slain Rohingya, at least two others were maimed.
"The camp has been burnt. People are unable to stay due to the gunshots. Now there’s smoke around," Mohammad Rahim, who was among the uprooted refugees, told a BenarNews correspondent who visited the Tambru border area, where the fighting and arson were reported.
Refugees said the violence lasted 12 hours, from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.
"One person died. Many of us have been injured," said Asma, a Rohingya girl.
"Some children were also injured. Our houses have been burnt," she told BenarNews, weeping.
Md. Rahim, a resident of no-man’s land, said he fled to the Bangladesh side of the border to save his life.
"Suddenly, we saw our houses burning. The people could not stay there. The whole area was covered with smoke. Where will we go now?" he said.
In Cox’s Bazar, a neighboring district, a Rohingya association leader said that no one knew as of yet who was responsible for setting fire to the shelters.
"[The fighting took place] far away from the refugee camps on the Bangladesh side. It is closer to the Myanmar side," Khin Maung, founder of the Rohingya Youth Association, told the Burmese Service of Radio Free Asia (RFA), a news service affiliated with BenarNews.
"Reports said the fighting broke out between ARSA and RSO," he said, referring to the Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army and the Rohingya Solidarity Organization, both Rohingya bully boy groups.
Photographs obtained by the BenarNews news hound on Wednesday in Tambru showed two injured men, including one dead man. Both had on camouflage shirts with a patch that bore RSO’s insignia.
According to Khin Maung, there were about 3,000 Rohingya refugees living in the camp in no-man’s land, and there were no more residents there after it was set on fire Wednesday. He said some refugees had fled to Myanmar while others had fled to Bangladesh.
RFA could not independently confirm which group was responsible for the arson.
In Dhaka, Bangladesh Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal said he had heard that ARSA rebels may have been involved in Wednesday’s violence near the Burmese border.
"The fighting has happened on the Myanmar side of the no-man’s land. ... One person is confirmed dead. The houses of some Rohingya living along the zero point [no-man’s land] of the frontier have been set on fire," Khan told BenarNews.
"So far, we have come to know that ARSA could be involved in the fighting; they have different conflicting groups. They could have engaged in the fighting."
The minister added that a handful of Rohingya entered Bangladesh territory to escape the festivities.
"We have taken them in our custody. The situation is under control. They will be sent back tomorrow," said Khan.
Bangladesh police officials claimed, meanwhile, that the dead and injured Rohingya lived in the sprawling refugee camps of Cox’s Bazar, but they could not explain what these Rohingya were doing in no-man’s land.
The chief of Cox’s Bazar district police, Mahfuzul Islam, said the refugee who was killed, Hamid Ullah, was a resident of Kutupalong camp. Of the two injured Rohingya, one was a resident of the Jadimura camp in Teknaf, a sub-district of Cox’s Bazar, and the other was 12 years old, Islam said.
ARSA, or the Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army, is the turban group that launched deadly attacks on Burmese military and police outposts in Myanmar’s border state of Rakhine in August 2017.
Those attacks provoked a brutal military crackdown that forced some 740,000 people to seek shelter in southeastern Bangladesh, where they now live in refugee camps in Cox’s Bazar.
[Rudaw] Tensions on the Kurdistan Region’s borders with The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the occupiers of Greek Asia Minor... and Iran ...The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan. The abbreviation IRGC is the same idea as Stürmabteilung (or SA). The term Supreme Guide is a the modern version form of either Duce or Führer or maybe both... have recently de-escalated, said a spokesperson for Iraq’s border forces on Tuesday.
Ottoman Turkish and Iranian forces often target Kurdish opposition fighters on the Kurdistan Region’s bordering areas, and these tensions had escalated late last year. Turkey has attacked the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) on its borders with the Region for decades and Iran carried out several attacks against Iranian-Kurdish parties in Koya city in 2022.
Both countries claim that these fighters pose a threat to their national securities.
Karwan Khoshnaw, a spokesperson for Iraq’s border forces, told Rudaw on Tuesday that the situation is "calmer" on the border, partially contributing to freezing weather.
He also said that their forces are using surveillance drones to monitor the developments on the borders, noting that "the Iraqi government has decided to send us necessary equipment."
The border forces, mostly composed of Kurds, have been deployed to the Region’s bordering areas to prevent further advancement of Ottoman Turkish and Iranian forces.

[IsraelTimes] Charges filed against Asi Hourani for Acre attack on Mor Ganashvili, who suffered serious injuries.
The Shin Bet security service on Wednesday said an indictment had been filed against an eighth suspect in a mob attack in Acre in May 2021 that left the victim, Mor Ganashvili, with life-threatening injuries.
The riots in Acre were part of a series of violent mostly peaceful inter-communal disturbances, particularly in mixed Jewish-Arab cities, that took place in the days following the outbreak of war between Israel and Hamas, a regional Iranian catspaw, in Gazoo ...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamaswith about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response... on May 10, 2021.
The agency said Asi Mahmoud Salah Hourani, 50, a resident of Acre, was detained in recent weeks over the mob attack on the Jewish Ganashvili on May 12. An indictment was filed Wednesday, leading the Shin Bet to release details of the case.
The indictment of Hourani brought to eight the total number of suspects prosecuted in the assault on Ganashvili, who was beaten with iron bars and other blunt instruments that rendered him unconscious and left him with two brain hemorrhages and internal bleeding, among numerous other injuries.
Ganashvili was rescued by another Arab resident of Acre, Fadi Qassem, a nurse who gave him first aid treatment and helped save his life before security forces and emergency medical services took him to the hospital.
The Shin Bet said Hourani "took an active part" in the assault, and was therefore hit with terror charges.
Several others have been arrested over the past year and a half in connection with the assault on Ganashvili.
On the night of May 12, masked rioters roaming the streets of Acre hurled stones, launched fireworks at coppers and destroyed public property, according to police and court documents.
Several suspects set up a roadblock using furniture and other objects, which Ganashvili encountered while driving to visit his mother, whom he was worried about due to the ongoing riots.
As Ganashvili drove past they hurled stones at his vehicle, which had Israeli flags on it, hitting it and smashing the windshield. Ganashvili lost control and crashed into a wall, also hitting an Arab youth who was standing there.
Ganashvili exited the vehicle but before he could escape was beaten by the mob. The attackers only stopped when a local sheikh arrived and told them to stop, and he was then rescued by Qassem.
Ganashvili’s car was set alight and destroyed.
Though not unprecedented, the internecine violence in May 2021 was some of the worst in Israel’s history, bringing to the surface long-simmering conflicts between Arab and Jewish Israelis.
The Shin Bet noted Wednesday that even nearly two years after the rioting it is continuing to investigate cases of terrorism during that period.
[IsraelTimes] Military escorts Jewish worshipers to site in Nablus as rioters hurl explosives, Molotov cocktails and button men open fire.
Several Paleostinians were reported maimed during festivities with Israeli troops late Tuesday and early Wednesday as Jewish worshipers entered the religious site of Joseph’s Tomb, in the West Bank city of Nablus.
The Israel Defense Forces said Paleostinians hurled explosives, Molotov cocktails, and stones at troops as they escorted the pilgrims to the site. Troops responded with riot dispersal means, the IDF said.
"Also, the soldiers fired at button men who fired at them," the military added.
The Nablus-based Lion’s Den terror group
...the scary name the wild Nablus lads of all jihadi groups gave themselves to make their attacks on Jews seem more impressive...
said in a statement that its members were involved in opening fire at the Israeli troops.
Footage showed Paleostinians hurling Molotov cocktails at an IDF armored bulldozer that was placing dirt mounds in the area to block off traffic ahead of the pilgrimage. Another clip showed a gunman firing a single shot toward the Israeli troops.
The official Paleostinian Authority news agency WAFA said several Paleostinians were maimed in the festivities, mostly from tear gas deployed by soldiers.
The official Paleostinian Authority news agency WAFA said several Paleostinians were maimed in the festivities, mostly from tear gas deployed by soldiers.
Orthodox Israelis visit Joseph Tomb’s on a monthly basis, if not more frequently, and the pilgrimages almost always spark violent mostly peacefulfestivities with Paleostinian locals when the IDF enters Nablus beforehand to secure the area for the arrival of the hardline pilgrims.
The shrine, regarded by some as the final resting place of the biblical patriarch Joseph, is located inside Area A of the West Bank, which is officially under complete Paleostinian Authority control, though the Israeli military regularly enters, despite Paleostinian opposition.
The IDF bars Israeli citizens from entering Area A without prior authorization, and some criticize the monthly incursions as an unnecessary provocation that places Israeli soldiers at risk.
No soldiers or civilians were hurt in the overnight festivities.
In the West Bank overnight, IDF troops arrested seven Paleostinians wanted for suspected involvement in rioting and terror activities, and took them in for questioning. During a raid in the northern West Bank village of ’Arrana, troops and coppers seized several firearms, officials said.

[IsraelTimes] Berlin says looking into report citizen detained, a day after summoning Tehran’s envoy to condemn execution of British-Iranian accused of spying
Iran ...Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979... has arrested a German national for allegedly photographing oil facilities in the southwestern province of Khuzestan, an Iranian newspaper reported Tuesday.
"A German national was arrested while taking pictures of oil facilities in Omidiyeh," a town in the oil-producing province, the Jam-e Jam newspaper reported on its website.
The paper did not give details on the identity of the detained man or the date of his arrest.
Germany’s foreign ministry said it was aware of the information circulating in Iranian media.
"Our ambassador is currently seeking to shed light on this matter," the ministry told AFP.
The report comes as Iran has been rocked by protests over the September 16 death in jug of Mahsa Amini, a 22-year-old Iranian Kurd who had been arrested for an alleged breach of the country’s dress code for women.
Iranian authorities have accused hostile foreign nations of stoking the unrest and have made thousands of arrests.
The judiciary has confirmed 18 people have been sentenced to death in connection with the "riots," according to an AFP tally based on official announcements. Four have been executed.
Separately, Iran said Saturday it had executed British-Iranian dual national Alireza Akbari after the former defense ministry official was sentenced to death for spying for the United Kingdom.
The German foreign ministry summoned Iran’s ambassador on Monday to express its condemnation of the execution. It was its second such protest in a week over Iran’s use of the death penalty .
Two Iranian-German dual nationals are known to be in Iranian custody.
Jamshid Sharmahd is charged over a deadly 2008 mosque bombing and faces the death penalty.
