This was made known in a statement on the official Twitter account of the Nigerian Army on Friday.
According to the Army, the bandidos hard boyz were neutralised after aggressive clearance operations around Wajiroko-Damboa Road in Borno State.
Items recovered from the gunnies include gun trucks, arms and ammunition.
"In sustained operations to clear the North East of terrorism, Troops of Operation Hadin Kai with close air support on 1 December 2022 have again neutralized several ISWAP/Boko Haram bandidos hard boyz around Wajiroko-Damboa road in Borno State. Troops also recovered weapons & gun trucks," it posted.
