[PJMedia] In the wee hours of Saturday morning, the U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 6201, the Families First Coronavirus Response Act after many negotiations between House Speaker Nancy San Fran Nan Pelosi Congresswoman-for-Life from the San Francisco Bay Area, born into a family of professional politicians. On-again-off-again Speaker of the House. It's not her fault when they lose, but it's her accomplishment when they win. Noted for her heavily botoxed grimace and occasional senior... uhhh... moments... and Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin. Forty Republicans voted against the bill, sparking outrage from leftists on Twitter. Yet when the Senate returned on Monday, the House had yet to turn over the emergency coronavirus ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... bill for passage.

The advocates of Positive Eugenics might argue that the slaying of the inconvenient or less than desirable unborn is more, or equally as important as discarding the no longer productive, inconvenient elderly. Young adults and middle-aged producers and tax payers are the key.
By the time he gets done with NYC, NYC will be a war zone. 6 month shutdown, and that is just the promise...all these little tyrants who get their own personal martial law, do you seriously think they will just give it up at the drop of a napkin?
And nothing says serious conversation like a cup of coffee with Joy Reid.
He specified the need for companies that make ventilators, surgical masks, and hand sanitizers to be taken over and made to work around the clock.
Made to work round the clock? So, he's saying that companies that make those products have idle capacity even though those products are flying off the shelves? Has he checked the collective bargaining agreements any of those companies may have for "work-round-the-clock" provisions, or are we basically talking about slave labor?
China Takes Countermeasures Against US Suppression of Chinese Media Organizations in the United States
In recent years, the U.S. government has unreasonably restricted the normal news reporting activities of Chinese media agencies and personnel in the United States, making it unreasonably difficult, and has escalated discrimination and political suppression against the Chinese media, especially in December 2018. Registered as a "foreign agent", and listed five Chinese media agencies in the United States as "foreign missions" in February 2020, and then adopted a number of restrictions on the above five media agencies in the United States, disguising a large number of Chinese media in disguise reporter. China immediately made solemn representations to the US regarding its wrongdoing, expressed its firm opposition and strong condemnation, and stressed that it reserves the right to respond and take measures.
China announces that from today:
First, the five Chinese media agencies in the United States are listed as "foreign missions" against the United States. The Chinese counterparts have called for "Voice of America", "New York Times", "Wall Street Journal", "Washington Post", and "Time" 》 The five US media offices in China report to China all written materials such as staff, finances, operations, and real estate information in China.
Second, in response to the significant reduction in the United States and the actual deportation of employees of Chinese media agencies in the United States, China requires American journalists whose New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Washington Post expiry of their press passes before the end of the year to report within four days from today. The Department of Information of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs declares the list and returns the press card within 10 days. In the future, it is not allowed to continue to work as a journalist in the People's Republic of China, including Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions.
Third, in view of the U.S.'s discriminatory restrictions on visas, administrative review, and interviews of Chinese journalists, China will take reciprocal measures against U.S. journalists.
The above-mentioned measures by the Chinese side are totally a necessary counter-reaction to the US side to unreasonably suppress the Chinese media agencies in the United States, which are forced to carry out, and they are completely legitimate defenses. The U.S. approach to the Chinese media is based on Cold War thinking and ideological prejudice. It seriously damages the reputation and image of the Chinese media, seriously affects the normal operation of the Chinese media in the United States, severely disrupts the normal humanities exchanges between China and the United States, and exposes its so-called "self-proclaimed The hypocrisy of "freedom of the press". China urges the United States to immediately change its course and correct mistakes, and stop political suppression and unreasonable restrictions on the Chinese media. If the U.S. insists on doing it alone, adding wrong to wrong, China will surely take further countermeasures.
China's basic national policy of adhering to opening up has not changed, nor will it change. We always welcome media and reporters from various countries to engage in interviews and reports in China in accordance with laws and regulations, and will continue to provide convenience and assistance. What we are opposed to is ideological prejudice against China. We are opposed to making fake news through the so-called freedom of the press. We are opposed to acts that violate journalistic ethics. It is hoped that foreign media and journalists will play an active role in promoting mutual understanding between China and the world.
[Red State] Well, this is embarrassing, although not unexpected if you’ve been following this case.
The Mueller investigation produced several indictments, most of which centered on supposedly lying to the FBI. Figures like Michael Flynn and George Papadopoulos took center stage, having not been proven to have done anything wrong in regards to Russia, but being relentlessly targeted because there had to be some scalps taken.
But there was one case that was said to have proven the Mueller investigation to not be a waste of time. It involved the indictment of a Russian company called “Concord.” Mueller claimed that said company was a front to conduct a full-scale information war against the United States during the 2016 election. This was supposed to prove the nefarious “election interference” we’d all heard so much about. When Mueller dropped the indictment, the media gasped and claimed vindication. Breathless editorials were written at record pace.
Well, it looks like the only real shot Mueller took just missed its target.
I think Concord was the one who showed up in court demanding discovery.
After changing their underwear, Mueller's hacks asked for a delay--hoping to be able to fake something up.
You'd need a heart of stone not to do yourself a mischief laughing.

[Chicago Tribune] She has made the rounds at some of reliably Democrat Chicago, aka The Windy City or Mobtown ...home of Al Capone, the Chicago Black Sox, a succession of Daleys, Barak Obama, and Rahm Emmanuel... ’s historic churches, asking congregants for their votes. She’s hosted nearly a dozen campaign rallies in Cook County, attended conversations with families directly affected by gun violence and tapped her allies to both endorse and publicly advocate for her ‐ moves that would be considered typical for someone seeking reelection. I make a point of never trusting someone with multiple X's in his/her/its name.
Nevertheless, Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx’s bid for a second term as the county’s top prosecutor has been atypical.
While officeholders seeking reelection usually enjoy the advantages of incumbency ‐ name recognition, a generally easier time fundraising and an established work record ‐ Foxx has faced an unusual uphill climb. Facing an opponent with far deeper pockets, Foxx often has found herself on defense ahead of the state’s March 17 primary.
While she has tried to tout her efforts to reform the prosecutor’s office by focusing mainly on violent offenders and by leaning on principles of restorative justice, her message frequently has been up against the louder beating drum of the ongoing Jussie Smollett ...Cable TV actor whose primary talents seemed to be being black and being homosexual. In a bid for national attention, he paid a pair of Nigerian brothers to rough him up a little so he could claim that two large, white, MAGA hat-wearing men had shouted This is MAGA country! while thumping him at 2:30am on a bitter cold night in Chicago and throwing bleach on him, presumably to lighten him up. The story quickly unraveled, and he became a laughingstock and the poster boy for pretend victimization and attention whoredom... case.
"It’s hard to unseat incumbents in normal circumstances, but Mrs. Foxx doesn’t have normal circumstances," said Alvin Tillery, a Northwestern University political science professor. "The (Jussie) Smollett case was high profile and it has emerged as the basis of the challengers’ case against her."
[WASHINGTONTIMES] Republican Sen. Willard Mitt Romney, aka Pierre Delecto ...former governor of Massachussetts, the Publican nominee for president in 2012, now Senator from Utah. He is the son of the former governor of Michigan, George Romney, who himself ran for president after saving American Motors from failure, though not permanently. Romney has a record as a successful businessman, heading Bain Capital, and he rescued the 2002 Winter Olympics from the midst of bribery and mismanagement scandals. He is currently a trans Republican and a member in good standing of the Never Trump Party, attempting to assume the mantle of the late John McCain... proposed Monday giving a $1,000 handout to every American adult in an attempt to help the U.S. economy weather the coronavirus ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... which is devastating markets. Whoa! Free money! You know there's not gonna be a sunset clause on that.
The money is intended to "help fill the gaps" for Americans who are starting to have issues with their paychecks and bills. The senator sees it as an additional step to the House-passed coronavirus bill that includes free testing, paid sick leave and solidifies unemployment benefits.
"We also urgently need to build on this legislation with additional action to help families and small businesses meet their short-term financial obligations, ease the financial burden on students entering the workforce, and protect health workers on the front lines and their patients by improving telehealth services," Mr. Romney, Utah Republican, said in a statement.
Russia and China flood web with coronavirus outbreak lies blaming U.S.; State Dept. fights back
The idea of giving $1,000 to every American adult was first made popular by ex-presidential candidate Andrew Yang ...Former 2020 Democratic presidential candidate. Unlike most of the other Dem 2020 candidates, he actually did things besides politix in his adult life, which made him political poison. He worked in startups and early-stage growth companies as a founder or executive from 2000 to 2009. After he founded Venture for America, the Obama administration selected him in 2012 as a Champion of Change and in 2015 as a Presidential Ambassador for Global Entrepreneurship. His signature campaign policy is what he calls the Freedom Dividend, a form of Universal Basic Income for every American over 18. Yang believes UBI is a necessary response to the rapid development of automation that is leading to workforce challenges. The other two central elements of Yang's platform are Medicare for All and Human-Centered Capitalism.... Hawaii Democrat Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, a candidate in the Democratic primary race, introduced a bill with a similar proposal in the House last week.
[NYPOST] Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Failed seeker of the Democratic presidential nomination on multiple occasions, vice president under Barack Obama, giving it a last try in his dotage for 2020... walked out of Sunday night’s debate in a commanding position in the Democratic presidential primary after Bernie Sanders ...The only first openly Socialist member of the U.S. Senate. Sanders was Representative-for-Life from Vermont until moving to the Senate for the rest of his life in 2006, assuming the seat vacated by Jim Jeffords. He ran for the 2016 nomination for president, to be cheated out of it by Hillary Clinton, then went back to being an Independent socialist, waiting for 2020 to roll around... failed to land needed punches to slow the former vice president’s momentum, said The Post’s debate expert Eric Phillips.
"Bernie Sanders had to change the trajectory of this race and he did not do it," commented Phillips, who previously served as Mayor Bill de Blasio ...cryptocommie mayor of New York and for some reason a Dem candidate for president in 2020. Corrupt and incompetent, his qualifications for office seem to consist of being married to a black woman, with whom he honeymooned in Cuba. He has a preppy-looking son named Dante, whose Divine Comedy involved getting his back hair up when a police car drove past him slowly. New Yorkers voted for him, so they deserve him... ’s press secretary. "I think we’re talking about a matter of days before Sanders has to give it up."
Phillips said that not only did the sometimes gaffe-prone Biden manage to avoid major stumbles, he also managed to project the needed strength to reassure voters frightened by the coronavirus ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... pandemic sweeping the country ‐ which has hit New York especially hard.
"The Biden that we saw Sunday night ‐ when he’s rested and put in a position to project steady leadership ‐ can absolutely go toe to toe with Donald Trump ...the Nailer of NAFTA... ," he added. "Biden did what he had to do and in a moment when everyone is understandably nervous about leadership, Biden was the one on the stage who projected it."
Joe Biden: The nation is panicked and Joe Biden seemed like the person you’d rather have on the wheel to steer us out. He seemed rested and he delivered his best debate yet.
Bernie Sanders: Bernie needed to upset the trajectory of this race and he did not do it. He needed to extract progressive commitments out of Biden and he did not do it. That’s a loss.
Phillips said the debate featured three key moments that allowed Biden to claim a win ‐ sometimes thanks to Sanders’ inability to box in his former Senate colleague.
1) Health care: "We’re in the middle of a deadly pandemic and Bernie couldn’t find a way to make this debate about health care. That needed to be his imperative. If anything, Biden put him on the defensive over single-payer in countries that haven’t contained coronavirus."
2) Their records: "Bernie had Biden on the ropes over past Social Security comments. And Biden scored points on Bernie’s conservative record on guns. It was strange that neither seemed prepared for the obvious attacks."
3) Foreign policy: "Biden’s debate goal was to seem presidential ‐ and on foreign policy, he was his most compelling. Bernie’s past support of authoritarian regimes was an easy entry point for Biden to globetrot the audience through his resume and make Bernie seem quixotic."
