[SUDANTRIBUNE] Saudi, American, and African mediators have indefinitely halted negotiations between Sudan ...a Moslem country located in the Horn of Africa. It is noted for its affinity for rule by ex- or current generals, its holy men, and for the oppression of the native Afro population by its Arab conquerors. South Sudan, populated mostly by the natives, split off from Sudan proper, which left North and South Darfur to be oppressed by the guys with turbans... ’s military and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) due to the failure of both parties to fulfil their obligations, including implementing agreed-upon confidence-building measures and withdrawing military forces from key cities.
According to sources close to the negotiations, progress stalled when the RSF resisted the army’s demand to withdraw their forces from cities and civilian facilities and end their presence on roads and in cities. The RSF negotiators insisted on maintaining their bases and checkpoints in areas under their control in the capital, Khartoum.
Negotiations resumed in late October after the African Union ...a union consisting of 53 African states, most run by dictators of one flavor or another. The only all-African state not in the AU is Morocco. Established in 2002, the AU is the successor to the Organisation of African Unity (OAU), which was even less successful... and IGAD joined the Saudi-American mediation efforts. At that time, Sudanese military leaders announced their willingness to return to the negotiating table pointing out that the RSF showed flexibility to withdraw from cities.
On November 7, the two parties agreed on measures to facilitate humanitarian aid access to civilians and to form a joint mechanism headed by the United Nations ...boodling on the grand scale... . Additionally, they agreed to implement confidence-building measures, including arresting leaders of the former regime who had beat feet from prison. However, the hip bone's connected to the leg bone... they failed to reach a ceasefire agreement, which is crucial for enforcing the humanitarian deal.

Quietly, indeed very quietly, The US State Department created a task force under US Ambassador to Sudan John Godfrey to engage both sides in the ongoing civil war. The United States and Saudi Arabia were leaders involved in talks and in June 2023 announced a cease-fire had been reached. It was soon broken and all subsequent efforts to end the conflict have failed. The RSF has the upper hand, and the Islamist military have moved their capital to Port Sudan (or even into Egypt?). It appears the civil war will end when most of Darfur, western Sudan, is lost to the Arabs and won by the African tribals.

[REMIX] Germany’s former top domestic spy chief, Hans-Georg Maaßen, said in a new interview that Europe is facing an unprecedented crisis due to mass immigration, that Islam is well poised to conquer Europe, and that Germany and Austria could do much to stop the crisis but are choosing not to.
"A completely different culture is approaching us. We are not at all prepared for this, as we’re incapable of resolving conflicts even by means of violence, like family clans do from the Arab states. These people resolve conflicts by violence, whereas people in Central Europe think that this can only be done through the courts," said Maaßen, who served as president of the Office of the Protection of the Constitution (BfV) from 2012 until 2018, said in his interview with FPÖ TV.
"The Europeans will succumb to Islam. On the one hand, because they are unable to even see this conflict coming, and on the other, because they are incapable of resolving conflicts in a similar fashion," he said, stating that "the end result will be the gradual destruction of our European cultures."
Maaßen described Europeans as living without a vision or mission, whereas other competing cultures have a clear idea of what they are and what their objectives are.
"We don’t know where we want to go. What should Germany or Austria look like in 2030? We are living only in the moment, and therefore we are losing out to others who have a religion or ideology, who know where they want to go. We lack a mission," he continued. "Mostly Muslims come to us with a completely different awareness of culture, religion and family. In secular Europe, religion and family — if they are still important at all — are a matter for the individual, but in these cultures it is a matter for the clan."

Maaßen said that European politicians are actively allowing mass immigration because, according to him, "our politicians want a different population. The political left follows the course of the anti-German ideology. The more heterogeneous a population, the less able it is to articulate itself and have a democratic say. The more politics accepts immigrants from other countries as they see fit and grants them citizenship, the more politics selects the people of the state and influences the election results. These migrants then vote differently than the locals."
Maaßen said during the interview that countries like Germany and Austria have the tools necessary to stop immigration, but they are making a conscious choice not to.
"Germany and Austria could start rejecting people at the borders from one day to the next — due to the third country regulation," the former spy chief stated. "Furthermore, the state could deport or ensure voluntary departure for "hundreds of thousands of foreigners who do not want to integrate and who could commit crimes and continue to depend on social benefits from the state."
One of the major sticking points for Western governments is that third nations have refused to take back foreign nationals, but Maaßen said there are a host of tools for dealing with these recalcitrant nations. Like airdrops from 30,000 feet Story is also available at ZERO.

Attorney General Moody and the coalition sent a letter reminding the publisher of the New York Times, the CEO of the Associated Press, the CEO and editor in chief of CNN and the president of Reuters that providing material support to terrorists and terror organizations is a crime. This follows reports that individuals hired by these outlets have troubling ties to Hamas.

Attorney General Ashley Moody said, "Following the abhorrent Hamas terrorist attack on Oct. 7, reports began to emerge of news organizations employing people embedded within Hamas and potentially with knowledge of the attack before it was carried out. I, along with 13 other attorneys general, are putting the media companies on notice: ensure that you are following federal and state law."
The letter states, "If your outlet’s current hiring practices led you to give material support to terrorists, you must change these policies going forward. Otherwise, we must assume any future support of terrorist organizations by your stringers, correspondents, contractors, and similar employees is knowing behavior."
The letter goes on to cite a recent bipartisan congressional letter to Reuters saying, "Those lawmakers ask several questions that should be answered, including whether Reuters had prior knowledge of the attack and whether the Reuters journalist had contact with Hamas or its agents before the attack."
The attorneys general of the following states joined Attorney General Moody in sending the letter: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Montana, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia and West Virginia

[NYPost] Pro-Paleostinian groups such as those who spread hate at the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree lighting this week, have been lavishly funded by the Rockefeller family’s main charitable arm.
The Rockefeller Brothers Fund has links to two groups the Israeli government designated "terrorist organizations," a review of public records by The Post shows.
Founded in 1940, the famous clan’s $1.3 billion fund — where Justin, Wyatt and David Rockefeller Jr. sit on the board of trustees — has shelled out more than $2.6 million since 2018 directly or indirectly to at least six anti-Israel organizations, several of which openly celebrated Hamas ...the braying voice of Islamic Resistance®,... ’ Oct 7 terrorist attack on the Jewish state.
Samidoun Paleostinian Prisoner Solidarity Network, whose logo was affixed to an ad promoting Wednesday’s rally, is a "fiscally sponsored project" of the nonprofit Alliance for Global Justice.
In August 2022, the Rockefeller Brothers Fund gave the Alliance $100,000.
Israel designated Samidoun a terrorist organization in February 2021 and Germany banned it last month.
Samidoun, founded in 2011, condemned the United Kingdom in 2021 for classifying Hamas a terrorist organization, and cheered the Oct 7 terrorist incursion:
The Rockefeller Brothers Fund has awarded at least $215,000 to Defence For Children International-Paleostine, according to their website and IRS ...the Internal Revenue Service; that office of the United States government that collects taxes and persecutes the regime's political enemies... tax forms.
The Israeli government declared the group a terrorist organization in October 2021.
Undeterred, the fund issued a new $50,000 grant to the organization in 2022.
The fund gave at least $490,000 for "general support" to the Jewish Voice for Peace, according to public grant disclosures on their website since 2019.
Despite its name, the group is a notorious anti-Israel organization and a front for mainstreaming antisemitic ideas, critics say.
A Grand Central demonstration organized by the group in October led to more than 300 arrests.
"Jewish Voice for Peace is a radical anti-Israel and anti-Zionist activist group that advocates for the boycott of Israel and eradication of Zionism. JVP does not represent the mainstream Jewish community, which it views as bigoted for its association with Israel," according to the Anti-Defamation League.
The group has been banned by Columbia University for repeatedly holding "threatening" campus events, the school said last month.
The fund has also donated at least $515,000 to the The Tides Center, earmarked specifically to support Paleostine Legal, a pro-Paleostinian advocacy group, records show. The nonprofit trumpeted the Oct 7 attacks as "one of the most significant acts of Paleostinian resistance."
"It’s the height of irony that the Rockefeller Foundation supports the anti-Israel, Soros-funded Tides Foundation and many other antisemitic Israel-bashing groups, that are now holding ugly, disgusting, vile Jew-hating displays at the Christmas Tree event at the Rockefeller Center," said Mort Klein, president of the Zionist Organization of America. "Just desserts I say."
The Rockefeller Brothers Fund also sent at least $710,000 to the Adalah Justice Project and $605,000 to the Middle East Policy Network (also known as al-Shabaka).
Both organizations celebrated Hamas’ Oct 7 attacks in public statements.
The fund defended the grants and noted that it donated to more mainstream Israel groups as well, such as J-Street and the The Van Leer Jerusalem Institute.
"We categorically reject any claim that our grantee organizations support, materially or ideologically, acts of terrorism," said spokeswoman Sarah Edkins "Advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion for people of all races, ethnicities, and genders is critical to our mission, and RBF is deeply concerned about indications of growing antisemitism."
Edkins added, "The Fund’s only relationship with Alliance for Global Justice is as the fiscal sponsor for one grantee of our Sustainable Development program, South Bronx Unite."

"George Soros’ donations to organizations that seek the destruction of the State of Israel as a Jewish state is shameful. However, a person who gets all wrapped up in himself makes a mighty small package... I am not surprised," Israeli ambassador Gilad Erdan told Fox News Digital.
"For years, Soros has backed and transferred money to organizations supporting BDS that want to isolate Israel," added Erdan, who has been leading the diplomatic campaign at the U.N. to spell out Hamas’ crimes against humanity. OSF donated $13.7 million to the Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party,-based Tides Center, a number of whose recipients are nonprofits who reportedly justify the obliteration of the Jewish state.
Tides supports the Illinois-based Adalah Justice Project, which posted a photograph on Instagram of a bulldozer demolishing Israel’s security fence on the day of Hamas’ bloody slaughter with the caption, "Israeli colonizers believed they could indefinitely trap two million people in an open-air prison... no cage goes unchallenged."
When pressed in a number of Fox News Digital press queries if Soros’ philanthropic empire, OSF, considers Hamas a terrorist organization, a spokeperson for the OSF based in London refused to answer.
The OSF spokesperson, however, said the "Open Society Foundations utterly condemn the brutal attacks on Israeli citizens on Oct. 7. We grieve for the lives lost and injured and those taken hostage and their families. Like so many others around the world today we also feel the same pain for the Paleostinian citizens whose lives are now being lost in tragically mounting numbers because of the conflict."
The OSF spokesperson added, "There must be accountability for the war crimes and breaches of humanitarian law that have occurred."
When asked about the accusations that OSF funds pro-Hamas NGOs, the OSF spokesperson noted, "Any of our grantees have different perspectives and routinely disagree with each other, but our funding strategy, which has evolved over 20 years, is targeted towards working towards a secure future where rights and freedoms are respected. There is strict U.S. anti-terrorist legislation that determines which organizations a foundation like OSF can fund. We devote a lot of effort to ensuring full compliance."
In 2007, Soros wrote an opinion article for the Financial Times in which he slammed the U.S. and Israeli governments for not recognizing Hamas as the legitimate government of the Gazoo ...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamas with about the living conditions you'd expect. OSF has also funded two progressive NGOs called Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP) and IfNotNow. On the day Hamas massacred 1,200 people, JVP issued a statement that "the source of all this violence" was "Israeli apartheid and occupation — and United States complicity in that oppression."
The names of the Jewish NGOs are misleading, mainstream experts on antisemitism argue. The Jewish NGO Anti-Defamation League wrote that "Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP) is a radical anti-Israel and anti-Zionist activist group that advocates for the boycott of Israel and eradication of Zionism."
The ADL added, "JVP does not represent the mainstream Jewish community, which it views as bigoted for its association with Israel." OSF has pumped at least $650,000 into the JVP’s coffers since 2017.
According to the ADL, the bankrupt, increasingly impoverished, reliably Democrat, Detroit ... ruled by Democrats since 1962. A city whose Golden Age included the Purple Gang... chapter of IfNotNow circulated a flier that showed an image of a paraglider, a clear reference to the Hamas bully boyz who invaded Israel as part of their aerial campaign to wipe out Jews. IfNotNow is one of the principal organizers of the U.S.-based campaign against Israel since Oct. 7, noted the ADL. According to reports, IfNotNow received $400,000 from Soros’ OSF.
JVP, which was founded in California, supported the Hamas-animated "Great Return March" in 2018, a precursor to Oct. 7, which was a series of attempts by Paleostinians in Gaza to invade Israel by breaching its security border barrier.
OSF provides funds to obscure Jewish NGOs whose mission is to exploit their Jewish identity to turn the bashing of Israel (and support for terrorism) into a politically and socially correct campaign, according to critics like Joshua Muravchik.
Writing in the Jewish magazine Commentary, he noted, "Deploying its ’Jewish’ identity in attacking Israel is JVP’s métier, one might say its purpose. The cutting edge of this work, as the episode of SJP’s tweets illustrates, is to deflect accusations of antisemitism."
Soros’ son, Alex, recently took over the reins of his father’s $25 billion fortune. In June, Israel's minister of diaspora affairs and social equality, Amichai Chikli, told Fox News Digital, it "looks like the son is a replica of his father. We have no expectation that his son will be a big Zionist."
Fox News Digital reached out to JVP, The Tides Center and IfNotNow for comment. They did not immediately respond.

I looked at from the standpoint that any TERRORIST will bypass the registration process anyway. Which places those seeking self-protection at a handicap from those that would do them harm.
Just like NYC, Chicago etc... do here in the USA. Where Criminals easily obtain firearms 3rd hand for couple $100 and are armed. Where citizen have to undergo a background checks, sometimes taking days IF EVEN ALLOWED to have a firearm for that locale.

I remember commercials with Sally Struthers encouraging us to send food to starving children. The Biden Admin certainly doesn’t want Israeli families to be able to protect themselves. I expect that there will be the opportunity to sponsor needy Israelis in regard to their home defense through a donation program for those with excess. An unnamed IDF official cited by AP says that at least 15,000 Paleostinians in Gaza have died since the outbreak of the war on October 7. The army says it estimates more than 5,000 of the Gaza deaths to be Hamas terrorists.
AFP quotes an unnamed Israeli official: "I’m not saying it’s not bad that we have a ratio of two to one," noting that the use of human shields was part of Hamas’s "core strategy."
"Hopefully, [the ratio] will be much lower" in the coming phase of the war, the official adds, noting that "in the south, because we have basically doubled the population, operations are much more precise."
The Hamas-run Gaza health ministry said earlier today that around 15,900 people have been killed so far in the Strip.

[GEO.TV] Israeli Defence Minister Yoav Gallant has said that the IDF troops will not leave the northern Gaza Strip’s city of Jabaliya and Shejaiya neighbourhood until completely destroying Hamas’s infrastructure, Times of Israel has reported.
“Golani troops have returned to Shejaiya to ‘close a circle.’ This time they will not leave it until all the terror infrastructure located there is eliminated,” Gallant said.
Threatening the freedom fighters in the southern Gaza, the Israeli minister said that the ongoing military action in the north of the Gaza Strip, "will soon lead to shattering [Hamas in] the entire area of Gaza City and the north of the Gaza Strip".
"The fate of the terrorists in the Hamas battalions there will be the same as those in the north and worse,” Gallant warned.
“We will continue until victory and until all goals are achieved: the elimination of Hamas and the return of the hostages to Israel," he added.
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] A top Hamas official has claimed that the terror group is 'not far off' from launching a 'war of liberation' that he says will be bigger than the October 7 incursion into Israel. Hamas political bureau member Osama Hamdan made the stark claims in an interview with Lebanese media outlet Bel Moubashar Online. In the interview, translated by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI), he 'promise[d] that a war of liberation is coming, not just another October 7,' adding that he thinks such an event is not far off.
Hamdan, in his late 50s, also expressed no regret for 'shattering an entire division of the occupation army', referring to the 1,200 Israelis, almost all of whom were civilians, killed by Hamas during the October 7 incursion.
The group targeted young women and children, as well as families, killing thousands and kidnapping hundreds in the chaos of the incursion. The terror group's gunmen were seen parading the body of 22-year-old Shani Louk, who was partying with her friends hours before at the Nova festival near Kibbutz Re'im, in the back of a 4x4 truck. While her family held out hope that she was still alive, her family confirmed her passing in late October, though the circumstances of her death, as well as where and how the bone from her skull was found, are not currently clear.

Khaled Masha (as written above) should read Khaled Mashal. He goes back to the founding of Hamas in 1987. In 1992, he was a founding member of the Hamas politburo and subsequently its chairman.
