Dean Phillips announces he won't seek House re-election in 2024

[NYPOST] Rep. Dean Phillips (D-Minn.) announced Friday he won’t seek re-election to Congress in 2024, nearly a month after launching a primary challenge to President Biden for the Democratic nomination.

#1 It’s great to discover that you never knew about a loser at his retirement announcement. Technically he is still running for president, but, to date, quitting the House has been his only blip on the radar of America’s political landscape.

#2 West Virginee's Joe Manchin pulled the same stunt, if I recall.

Seems like a few swampsters are not seeking re-election in 2024. It would be kinda funny if those flight manifests subpoenaed recently might be a reason.
