The Three Lies of Christine Blasey Ford
[American Thinker] The great solon Richard Blumenthal, hero of An Loc, Ia Drang, Khe Sanh, Hue, and Tet, has explained to us that "Who lies in one instance, lies in all."
Ford and her 'senate minority' appointed attorney.
Blumenthal was referring to Judge Brett Kavanaugh, who hasn’t lied about anything, as far as anyone has been able to tell.

But we can turn it around to focus on the party that Sen. Blumenthal was speaking out for. In how many instances has Christine Blasey Ford lied?

Hear YE, hear YE, hear YE: Kanye West Rips Democrat Welfare State on SNL
[Breitbart] A Make America Great Again hat-wearing Kanye West ended the 44th season premiere of Saturday Night Live with an impassioned political speech that saw the Grammy-winning fashion icon defend President Donald Trump.

“The blacks weren’t always Democrats. You know it’s like the plan they did, to take the fathers out the home and put them on welfare. Does anybody know about that? That’s a Democratic plan,” West said, flanked by SNL cast members and his collaborative musicians Kid Cudi and 070 Shake. “There’s so many times I talk to, like, a white person about this and they say, ‘How could you like Trump? He’s racist.’ Well, uh, if I was concerned about racism I would’ve moved out of America a long time ago.”

West continued to stress America’s need for a serious “dialogue, not a diatribe.” A portion of the speech was captured by comedian Chris Rock and went viral on social media.

#7  "The Dem plantation is breaking up?"

I believe Trump is working on it indirectly through low unemployment and through some long overdue prison reforms that he's happy to let Kanye and Kim take the lead on.

He's done far more for African Americans in his first two years in office than Obama managed in eight. I believe a lot of blacks see this even if they won't say so at this point until there is some kind of tipping point.

‘We Want Kavanaugh!' Chant Erupts at Trump's Mississippi Rally
[Breitbart] Speaking before the raucous crowd, President Trump told attendees that "since the very first second he was announced," Democrats vehemently opposed Kavanaugh because the Supreme Court nominee "follow[ed] the Constitution as written."
Diamond and Silk at Biloxi Pres. Trump rally.
The president’s declaration drew loud cheers from the audience and was soon followed by an energic "We want Kavanaugh!" chant.

"You know for ten years, I don’t know him, I never met him, but I’ve been hearing, ’There’s this guy named Brett Kavanaugh, who is like a perfect person destined for the Supreme Court," President Trump said before launching into a full-throated dismissal of the decades-old sexual misconduct allegations recently brought forth against Kavanaugh.

"I’ve been hearing that for a long time. First in his class at Yale, top, top, in his class, at Yale Law School, he’s led a life that’s unbelievable. He’s had no problems. They’ve never taken him out of restaurants. This is a person that everybody thought, at the highest level on both sides, they said ’one day he will be a Supreme Court Judge."

President Trump then took a veiled swipe at allegations leveled by Julie Swetnick, who accused Kavanaugh and his friend Mark Judge of being present at house parties while women were ganged raped in the 1980s. "I looked at him, and I looked at the man that we appointed just before him, Justice Neil Gorsuch, who was put through the paces but nothing like what’s happening now, which is just crazy. They have ’gang rape’ many times," he said. "Well that turned out to be false. So many different charges. ’Guilty until proven innocent’ ‐ that’s very dangerous for our country."

#3  Looks like there is widespread support among Trump voters for Kavanaugh at these rallies.

Maybe, if Washington can't be cleaned from within, the voters will continue to clean it up from without. There has been a trend from 2010 until the present--maybe it will continue; the Dems might have been too busy agitating and stirring up trouble in the streets to notice that they lost the House and then the Senate and then the Presidency. If the make-up of Congress doesn't change or increases in Pub seats, that will be a win. The bastids needs to be punished for their corruption, widespread theft, rigging, lying, and 187s.

The Dems will weaponize the government against its people as it did under Obama with a vengeance.

Graham: If Kavanaugh Nomination Falls Short, Re-Nominate Him and Make It an Election Issue
[Breitbart] On Monday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s "Hannity," Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) stated that while he thinks Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh will be confirmed, if he isn’t confirmed, "I would re-nominate him, and I would take this case to the American people," in states red states with Democratic senators.

Graham predicted that Kavanaugh would be confirmed because the FBI won’t discover anything to flip Senator Jeff Flake’s (R-AZ) and that Senators Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) and Susan Collins (R-ME) are doing due diligence.

Graham then stated, "Now, what would happen if something really weird did occur and we’re one vote short? Here’s what I would tell the president, I would appeal the verdict of the Senate to the ballot box. This good man should not be destroyed. If you legitimize this process by one vote short, woe be unto the next person. I’d hate to be the next person nominated. I would feel horrible that we destroyed Kavanaugh. So what would I do? I would re-nominate him, and I would take this case to the American people, and I’d ask voters in Indiana and Missouri and North Dakota and other places where Trump won saying who he would nominate if he got to be president and see if the voters want to appeal the verdict of their senator."

#2  Sometimes the process ceases being "Just Business" and becomes Personal, really Personal...
Back in 1993 I had a habit of waking up to C-SPAN (Night Job and my day off to run errands...). The usual 5-Minute Speeches were rolling by showing each Party's Today's Talking Points™, when...
The Ranking Republican Representative(Minority, it was mid-April of 1993) of the House Budget Committee got to the microphone and he was royally PISSED OFF. Waving a pair of sheets he announced that
*) the previous night the *Joint* Committee had adjourned for the evening,
*) the Democrats had taken the notes to the White House and pencilled in changes,
*) Re-convened a "Democrat's Only" Meeting,
*) and at 0900 EST he was handed the papers (with pencil marks), and...
*) informed that the Budget Bill was coming to the Floor at 1100 EST (in two(2) hours!) that very same day!
I remember thinking "OMG! The Majority Democrats just destroyed ANY chance of dealing with the Republicans with this farce!" And, Yes, the GOP Minority went full-on Guerrilla War from then to the Mid-Terms. Senator Feinstein's little caper, egged on by the odious Senator Schumer, in the same manner has just killed any 'comity of the Senate' that might exist.

Victor Davis Hanson: Fallout from the Kavanaugh Hearings: A Permanent Cloud?
[National Review] Conventional wisdom suggests that, if confirmed, Supreme Court Justice Kavanaugh forever will be "smeared" and stained by past frenzied unfounded allegations of sexual assault.

Yet the opposite just as well may be true. As a Supreme Court justice, Kavanaugh would have withstood every imaginable smear and slander and yet stayed defiant in defending his character and past, proof of both his determination and principles. His near-solitary rebuttal to his Senate accusers may suggest that Kavanaugh could prove to be among the most fearless justices on the Court.

Indeed, the only lasting effect, if any, of the serial smears lodged against him might be that in the future, as in the case of Justice Thomas, Kavanaugh would be essentially immune from progressive media attacks. What he went through likely has inoculated him from the Georgetown-party-circuit syndrome of conservative Supreme Court judges’ eventually becoming more liberal by the insidious socialization within the larger D.C. progressive media, political, and cultural landscape.

Incidentally, contrary to popular opinion, Clarence Thomas hardly remains under a permanent cloud after his ordeal. What stopped further Robert Borking for a while was the resistance and pushback of Clarence Thomas. Far from being ruined by unproven charges, he resisted the mob, got confirmed, and thereby established a precedent that innuendo, ipso facto, would not derail a nominee. For three decades, Thomas has not been regarded as suspect by most Americans but is seen as inspirational for his courage in facing down character assassination.

When I figured out that all of the sheriffs, mayors and governors standing on the steps of schools denying education to blacks, turning fire hoses on them, and unleashing police dogs, I gave pause to being a yellow dog.

When I found out that the KKK worked hand in glove with southern Democrats to bomb churches, kill freedom riders, and filibuster the Civil Rights Act, I decided enough was enough.

You can go back into the days of the Reconstruction after the Civil War and see how Democrats voted unanimously against any legislation giving rights to the freed slaves.

UN court orders US to ditch Iran sanctions
[DW] The International Court of Justice has ruled that US sanctions on "humanitarian" goods must be dropped immediately. The US has contested the right of the court to intervene in matters between Washington and Tehran.

The United Nations' top court on Wednesday ordered the United States to lift sanctions on humanitarian goods to Iran.

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) ruling is a blow to the Trump administration, which withdrew from the 2015 international nuclear accord in May and reimposed sanctions on Iran.

The ICJ unanimously ruled that Washington "shall remove by means of its choosing any impediments arising from the measures announced on May 8 to the free exportation to Iran of medicines and medical devices, food and agricultural commodities."

The Netherlands-based court said sanction on goods "required for humanitarian needs... may have a serious detrimental impact on the health and lives of individuals on the territory of Iran."

US sanctions on spare parts for aircrafts were also ordered to be lifted because of the "potential to endanger civil aviation safety in Iran and the lives of its users."

Decisions made by the ICJ are binding and cannot be appealed, but the court has no means of enforcing its rulings. The ruling is preliminary as hearing the full case is a process that could take years.

New Rules for Men
And so we have arrived, in the Brett Kavanaugh affair, the inevitable and ultimate apotheosis of #MeToo ‐ the vilification of men qua men.

Now, one accusation alone ‐ no matter how unsubstantiated and uncorroborated ‐ is enough to ruin a man’s reputation, nullify his accomplishments and erase his opportunities...for life.

This is apparently the standard set, and accepted, by roughly half of the country as represented by the Democrat party.

We have thus entered something new and dangerous. And in light of this new reality, new rules for men vis a vis the opposite sex are required. Here are some baseline suggestions:

#5  The problem with 'saying something offensive' is that it is purely the subjective judgement of a bystander in the moment who may well be equally if not more intoxicated. One of Mrs Ceasre's friends of old used to hang around our place with the hope of free beverages and would become increasingly indignant as the evening would go on. When she finally went off in a semi-drunken stupor over me playing with our dog even Mrs C's feminine loyalty was done.

#8  The answer is simple, 1. Never be alone with a woman not your wife. 2. Wear a body camera with audio. 3. When they whine how this hurts them in business, explain that lawsuits hurt more and you have to protect yourself.
