#3 Musk is merely an advisor. The actions are taken by officers of the United States. The judge is operating on misinformation spread by the Party Media(tm).

#5 It is long past time for Congress to abolish whatever Federal court Chuang serves on, and ensure he never again holds any federal office, except perhaps shoveling manure out of the stables for the horses at Arlington National Cemetery. Note I am not advocating impeachment but abolish of his tainted federal court. Unfortunately, this action by Congress would require Congress to take action.

#9 Judge ruled the shutdown as "unconstitutional" because USAID was created by the legislative branch and the executive branch therefore can't abort it (side note: first "pro-life" ruling by an Obama judge ever).
Unfortunately for the judge's argument, UDAID was created by JFK via executive order, not Congress.

#10 I can understand Chief Justice Roberts' reluctance to dirty his hands with this flaming dog turd. Short of giving a civics lesson on the 3 branches of government, maybe he could ask his side to tone it down a bit. Otherwise, the Supremes are going to have a busy season cleaning up the mess.

#11 I sincerely hope this was anticipated and that there is a plan to deal with it. Right now it's starting to look like they'll just tie Trump's hands for the next 4 years.

#12 I don't see Trump jumping up and reversing any of the things these judges keep saying he's supposed to reverse. Sure, his side makes their court hearings, but I'm not seeing any hurry to do what those clowns are asking him to do.

#14 I keep remembering Senator John Kennedy saying he did not know some of the things USAID was doing. If the allocations of funds were not specifically spelled out by Congress, it seems to me that Trump should have some leeway.

#15 I dont recall if I said this here, but the Constitution is fairly clear with things, and one thing is very clear and that is the Constitution does not give judges any enforcement mechanism because it is not their role, and was never envisioned to be their role. Separations of Power.

#17 Trump is flooding the zone with action. An interesting effect of his plan is that the leftists are using every corrupt judge in their stable for countermeasures. I don’t think the have many in reserve. They are all identified.

#20 This is going to be dragged out to midterms. The Donks will have to run defending fraud, waste, graft, and abuse. The 20 percent that are integrated to the legacy media won't know, but everyone else will.
