#5 Seems like a common thread. Hate who you are (often in terms of your sex), then decide it's not your fault, it's "their" fault, so you punish them.

In this case an early article said her father didn't believe in shrinks so she probably wasn't on SSRI's.

Also note she was run down by a drunk driver about three years ago; not sure if she had mental problems before hand, but she did take some head damage.
