#5 In my day, Midshipmen were banned from bringing booze into the Army Navy game. I think this ban will probably be every bit as successful. If stiff penalties are enforced, the tournament bid will prove to have been an economic disaster for their country and much of the Arab world in general. Western partiers are not interested in the goat milk shake option at their vacation destinations.
