Still, took him 5 years at Taxpayer expense.

I have long stated Death Sentences should be allowed a 1 state, then 1 Federal Appeal review.
All done within < 5 years.

Justice should not take 20+ years, while the victims are paying taxes to support their A$$'s in prison.
