#2 What gets rewarded gets repeated.

The authorities condone and thereby reward this behavior. So do those who live there.

Growing up I witnessed my father quietly tell a man who'd casually backhanded his wife, my stepmother's sister, "If you ever do that again I will lay you on the ground, and you will not easily get up again."

If we do not demand civilized behavior we will live amid threatening beasts.

MARTA (commonly aka Moving Africans Rapidly Thru Atlanta).

Usually a small truck size Bubba or Tyrone steps up quickly to address such issues.

#5 A few years ago there was a movement by MARTA officials to extend the Fulton County criminal enterprise escape route South to Fayette County. The issue failed. Plan B was the moving of the criminal element to permanent digs in Fayette County. Plan B appears to be working.

They put a MARTA Bus Stop at the Gwinnett Mall when we lived in Duluth, Ga. (2004-5'ish)

The Mall died 2-3 years later.
Shoplifters, a few gang shootings, car thefts and car burglaries. Fry's closed that location about 8 years before they went belly-up nationwide. The Movies Houses closed due the constant Gang/group thug BS and etc.

But MARTA was busy Fridays and Saturdays.
