#1 What is described does not sound like human trafficking although there may be human trafficking in the full article. For refugees, you would have to live in a terrible place for Iran to be the Oz at the end of your yellow brick road. Iran is, unfortunately, surrounded by terribly poor countries. I guess they would kind of be the Dollar General of refugee destinations, if Dollar General was out of food, repressed people and funded terrorism.
