#1 If Finland and Sweden join NATO it would be an excellent opportunity for America to reduce it's subsidy to the organization and reduce military presence in Europe.

#2 Finland's PM says they want to be in NATO but without NATO bases or nukes stationed on their soil. Sort of an ala carte approach. Much like Turkey not letting 10th Mountain Division deploy across their airspace to Iraq.
