*give such a large and diverse population, various vaccines do and can have fatal effects on very small numbers of the recipients.

#4 So the shutdown was initially due to the deaths. Autopsy's showed none of the babies died from the formula. The FDA testing found a different bacteria in the plant and it remained closed.
The issue I have with this is how the FED handles it. It seems they had the plant closed and walked away. This is not how the FDA should act.

The FAA is a good example of right. When the FAA audits a business and finds a shut down worthy fault they dont just walk away. They identify the issues and help the company with the solution to get then compliant and back in the air. Its painful, but it worked. It seems from my perspective, and I hope I am wrong, that the FDA identified it and has walked away until the company figures it out.
