gun-grabber doesn't know the law concerning the military -

Title 10 USC - The Militia

(a) The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and, except as provided in section 313 of title 32, under 45 years of age who are, or who have made a declaration of intention to become, citizens of the United States and of female citizens of the United States who are members of the National Guard.
(b) The classes of the militia are—
(1) the organized militia, which consists of the National Guard and the Naval Militia; and
(2) the unorganized militia, which consists of the members of the militia who are not members of the National Guard or the Naval Militia.

Clearly every able bodied male citizen, over 17 and under 45, not in uniform are members of the unorganized militia - ie the military.

#11 How bout one of those "national discussions" on when shop-lifters, bail-jumpers, warrant-evaders and general arrest-resisters need to be shot? None of those things are death penalty offenses. As for the ones shot while at a traffic stop, maybe one officer should boot the car while it's pulled over? Put's the person who doesn't want to be arrested on foot. As for the shoplifters, are you kidding me? Now, in the age of flash mob grab n dash?

#14 Tough break for the cop, who did a lot less wrong than Alec Baldwin, but failed to realize there was an occupied changing room beyond his target; at least one of the cop's victims was a righteous shooting.
Tougher break for the poor girl in the changing room.

#15 No innocent person should ever suffer from police activity. We are talking about a shoplifter here, not Ted Bundy. Short of an active shooter with a fully automatic weapon, there's no excuse for this.

9mm slugs designed to penetrate car doors, windshields and body armor don't slow much in cardboard walls. Check the dude's loads.

#21 So, be honest. Which is more important. A beating was stopped or the girl gets to grow up? We like to make fun of the "he was maybe the next Einstein" thing, but maybe she would be happy in her own life. If it wasn't snuffed out. That would be enough, a happy person. The eggs / omelet crowd should volunteer to take her place, if only that was possible.
