#3 Article says the door stays shut and locked without the hinges.

Also said the door is some 135 lbs, so I hope they didn't skimp on the hinges. Have that door open and a person uses the door to get off the floor, and those are chinesium screws...

A good point. 500 lbs assembled, unloaded.
