#10 I suspect Biden wants to keep the Haitians out for the same reason the Cubans are. Clinton Foundation royally screwed Haiti and I suspect they are unlikely to vote Democrat. hopefully they're talking to the Spanish speakers at the border about the joys of the Democrat corruption.
