#5 If Trump "withdrew" from the treaty, it seems likely that Biden could simply reinstate it. In that case, no senate approval necessary. Seems to imply it was already passed at some point.

#6 This never passed the Senate, Obama signed it, trump unsigned it but it never got passed in the Senate, so any attempt to enforce it should be considered illegal. And I'm pretty sure you can't sign and ratify treaties that would negate the Bill of Rights. Constitutionally anyway. Not that I trust the Supreme Court these days to do the right thing.

#10 So it will end up like the pot legalization. Pot got legalized, regulated, and the best pot is on the black market. Guns will go down that road as well. It wont stop us. And they can enforce a law that wont get past the 2nd amendment.
