#4 ...Keep this in mind: apparently the most fiendishly capable weapon the ~~Soviets~~ Russians can come up with is a megaton-size nuke on an unmanned drone sub. This in turn should tell you a LOT about what they think of our air and space defenses, but it also tells you that they are that desperate to counter us that they're actually trying this.
