#6 All delivery service will be severely reduced. Insurance coverage in areas unprotected by Police will stop. This is happening now. Why risk losing a claim when you knowingly entered a hazard zone. Can you imagine insurance coverage for a business in these areas. No, they have doomed themselves. Numbers will all go negative. Bail them out?, why bother if no effort is made to secure areas.
